Abstract

Sebagai lembaga intermediasi sebuah Bank memiliki peranan sentral dalam perekonomian sebuah negara. Sebuah bank diharapkan mampu bertahan dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian ekonomi terutama setelah adanya wabah pandemi covid 19 ini. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis rasio profitabilitas PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk dan juga bagaimana pengaruh dari rasio tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang bersumber dari Annual Report PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) periode 2016 sampai dengan 2020. Adapun rasio yang dijadikan penelitian yaitu rasio profitabilitas yang terdiri dari NIM, dan ROA serta Perkembangan laba Bank selama 4 tahun.Hasil penelitian menunjukan kinerja profitabilias dan perkembangan laba dari Bank BRI selama 5 tahun berfluktuasi dan memiliki kecondongan untuk meningkat setiap tahunnya hanya saja pada saat tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan. Sedangkan hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa rasio profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba BBRI.

Abstract

Based on Law No. 33/2004 on the transfer of power from the central government to the local government in managing, collecting and managing the source of receipt in accordance with the potential and conditions of their respective regions or seized by fiscal decentralization. In order to realize this goal, local governments are allowed to carry out regional expansion. The purpose of the expansion is to optimize services to the community in light of the growing population development. To improve service performance, it is certainly required to have sufficient financial capabilities. In order to ensure the implementation of the implementation, the financial capabilities of each region are required, but regional autonomy often creates fiscal gaps and becomes a burden on the central government as a result of the inability to finance development carried out by local governments. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve and find alternative sources of new admissions taking into account the conditions and potential that exist in each area. On the basis of the problem, this research needs to be carried out to see if the implementation of regional autonomy has been effectively carried out in accordance with the objective of regional autonomy which is to achieve fiscal independence. The objectives of this study are (1) analyzing the financial capabilities of the expansion area and the parent region (2) analyzing how the new and parent districts receive efforts in the implementation of fiscal maturity. The data used in this study is secondary data of danalm bentum time series in the period 2009-2017 sourced from Dispenda, BPS and related agencies from 11 districts / cities in Jambi Province. Analysis of data used by nature of this study with models of fiscal decentralization degrees (FDD), Regional Spending Performance and Regional Financial Retdor. While to measure tax efforts used the Tax Ratio and Tax Capacity model.

Abstract

The quality of service is a unique phenomenon, because the dimensions and indicators can differ among the people involved in the service. BRI Unit Simpang IV Sipin focuses on the quality of service provided in the form of speed and convenience given to customers. One form of problem that becomes a phenomenon experienced by customers and needs to be the main concern for banks to always be improved and improved so that the bank's performance becomes more productive is the queue, queueing or waiting line that occurs while waiting for banking services. This research aims to know and analyze the characteristics of BRI Unit Simpang IV Sipin Jambi city and to know and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer service BRI Unit Simpang IV Sipin Jambi City. In this study the data used is primary data. This primary data was obtained from live interviews using questionnaires on research objects with the time the study was conducted in January - March 2020. The result of this research is that the Quality of Customer Service service has an effect on the customer satisfaction of BRI Unit Simpang IV Sipin Jambi City. The amount of influence of the training is 19.8%. The service provided by BRI Customer Service Unit Simpang IV Sipin must still be maintained or worthy to be improved again, this can affect the satisfaction of existing customers.

Abstract

The level of health in the financial services industry is important, both for consumers and for management. The banking sector itself must have a level of health that refers to regulations regulated by Bank Indonesia. One of the companies engaged in banking sector in Jambi City is PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Mitra Lestari. This research aims to find out and analyze the health level of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Mitra Lestari based on profitability ratio and liquidity ratio. The results of this study are: The health level of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Mitra Lestari is seen from the Provitability Ratio judging by the ratio of Return On Asset (ROA) especially in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018 obtained healthy predicate, this means that in that period PT BPR Mitra Lestari managed to optimize the assets owned to gain profit (Profit). The health level of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Mitra Lestari is seen from liquidity ratio which is cash ratio (CR) always got healthy predicate. And from the results of the analysis can be concluded that to fulfill /pay obligations to customers who have invested their funds in the credit provided during the period 2014-2018 PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Mitra Lestari has been very good, this can be seen from the loan to deposit ratio (LDR) ratio always got a healthy predicate.

Abstract

Decentralization is a tool to achieve one of the objectives of the state, especially providing public services. Decentralization is often called granting autonomy. The formation of autonomous regions, including through regional expansion. During the 16 years of the decentralization era, the rate of increase in DOB was very fast. In addition to the growth of new autonomous regions, transfers of central revenue to regions have also increased. Following the national phenomenon, the implementation of decentralization in Jambi Province was also marked by regional expansion. Jambi Province is one of the provinces that has significantly expanded regions. Regional expansion is deemed necessary given the development of the population and the increasing workload and work volume in each district. On that basis, I would like to carry out research related to the impact of pemekaran on financial performance and public services. This study aims to analyze the impact of regional expansion in Jambi Province on parent regions and new autonomous regions in terms of regional and public financial aspects in the post-division period. Analysis of the data in this study used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that regional expansion had a positive impact on financial performance and public services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis kinerja keuangan Bank yang berbentuk Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016 sampai dengan 2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis perkembangan rasio-rasio 4 bank BUMN tersebut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang bersumber dari Annual Report yaitu PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk dan PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Adapun variabel yang dijadikan penelitian yaitu rasio profitabilitas yang terdiri dari rasio NIM, ROA dan ROE. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rasio – rasio profitabilitas bank BUMN selama periode 2016 sampai 2020 berfluktuatif dan menunjukan trend menurun pada tahun 2020 dikarenakan wabah pandemi covid 19.

Abstract

Perkembangan Financial Teknologi sangat dirasakan dampaknya ditengah industry keuangan. Transformasi menuju digitalisasi keuangan menjadikan bank dengan modal dan asset yang kecil tidak mampu bersaing dengan lainnya. Fokus dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis dampak merger bank terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan setelah dilakukan merger pada PT. Bank Danamon Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan tahunan perusahaan yaitu data rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setelah dilakukan merger perusahaan, kinerja keuangan perusahaan dilihat dari rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas lebih baik jika dibandingan sebelum adanya merger. Pembuktian tersebut dilihat dari perkembangan rasio – rasio keuangan tersebut selama 2 tahun setelah merger.

Abstract

The marketplace industry in Indonesia, especially Jambi Province, is starting to grow rapidly over time. Behind its convenience, some users still feel dissatisfied when making transactions. Problems that are often encountered are product incompatibility, delivery problems, types of payment methods, unsatisfactory service, to difficult return policies. In addition, the many considerations such as prices, discounts and promos make users confused about choosing the right marketplace in making transactions. This study applies the AHP-TOPSIS method as a decision support to determine the best marketplace in Jambi Province with the criteria used, namely discounts & promos, services, features, product quality, payment methods, and availability of goods. While the alternatives used are Belanjo, Payo ke Pasar, Angso Duo Online, Kribo, and Wikiniaga. The results of this research are expected to be useful for the community, especially in Jambi Province, in making decisions about choosing the marketplace that best suits their needs and circumstances for conducting transactions.
