Abstract

The variables in this study are Emotional intelligence, Organizational Commitment and Collector Performance. Logic intelligence is an attempt to manage controlled logic and can be used to solve life problems. Organizational commitment that reflects some people recognizing and supporting the organization and performance represents quality and equal work results that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given. This study uses a quantitative method, the subject of this research is 30 collectors, the sampling technique uses positive sampling data obtained by collecting research results questionnaires obtained from the hypothesis between X1 (Emotional Intelligence) on Employee Performance (Y) with a R value of 0,000 with the rules used P ≤ 0.05. So with the results of the hypothesis there is the influence of the emotional intelligence variable. The results obtained from the hypothesis between X2 (Organizational Commitment) on Employee Performance (Y) with a R value of 0,000 with the rule used P ≤ 0.05. So with the results of the hypothesis needed the influence of variables on the performance of collectors in the Mori Sama Gowa cooperative. Value is a quality and satisfying work that can be achieved by an employee in a job that is in accordance with the responsibility given to him based on the results performed can be seen in the appropriate table with a calculated F value of 11,650 with an F table of 3.39 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 <0.05 then H0 and H3 are accepted. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction for Grab Motor Makassar branch. This type of research is a sampling study using a simple linear regression analysis method with a quantitative approach. The research population is all consumers of Makassar City Grab Motors during the month of July, where the exact number cannot be known or is called the infinite population. Thus the research sample is part of the research population that is used as the research subject, with a total sample of 139 respondents obtained by purposive sampling method with incidental technique. The results showed that the service quality variable partially had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the value of the Adjusted Coefficient of Determination, it shows that all contributions between service quality and customer satisfaction are 54%.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Produk Domestik Bruto dan Pengeluaran Pembangunan Terhadap KesempatanKerja Daerah Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari instansi-instansi atau kantor-kantor yang ada hubungannya dengan penelitian ini.Data sekunder adalah data yang dikumpulkan secara tidak langsung dari yang bersangkutan atau dari sumbernya.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengeluaran pembangunan, produk domestik regional bruto dan kesempatan kerja di Kabupaten Gowa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengeluaran pembangunan, PDRB, dan kesempatan kerja di Kabupaten Gowa. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesempatan kerja memiliki t-hitung sebesar 3.054 dan probabilitas sebesar 0,005 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel PDRB dan PP secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja pada taraf 5%. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,723 dari Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan Pengeluaran Pembangunan dapat meningkatkan kesempatan kerja. Hal ini berarti bahwa apabila terjadi peningkatan 1 % dari Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan pengeluaran pembangunan memberikan kesempatan kerja sebesar 0.723%.   Sehingga peneliti memberi kesimpulan bahwa Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan Pengeluaran Pembangunan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kesempatan kerja di Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of Islamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units in Indonesia. The independent variables of this study were ROA (X1) and FDR (X2), and the dependent variable was CAR (Y). This is a quantitative analysis that was conducted in 2019 from January to December using secondary data that has previously been released. The population of this research is the financial ratios of Islamic commercial banks and my business units acquired from the Financial Services Authority's statistical reports on Islamic banks issued in 2019 utilizing Time series data. This original study test is multiple linear regression, which is measured with Stata 16. The Common Effect model was selected for this study based on the model accuracy test and the classical assumption test with normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity test methods. According to the results of a study, ROA and FDR have a positive relationship to CAR. CAR will grow for every 1% increase in ROA, and CAR will increase for every 1% increase in FDR. The independent variable is simultaneous and has no effect on the dependent.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to learn more about the business model canvas (BMC) and how it may be used to help students develop an entrepreneurial attitude. The BMC technique for both corporations and organizations is becoming increasingly popular in examining startups or businesses to show the business entity. Action This study's research reveals the most effective and efficient method for demonstrating a gain in performance or learning. This study is both qualitative and quantitative in nature. A questionnaire was completed by 30 students who had taken entrepreneurial classes. The results suggested that using the BMC method could help students develop a more entrepreneurial mindset. The BMC technique allows students to be recognized, taught, and utilized in entrepreneurship courses and practices

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture and time management on the work ability and performance of ASN at the Office of the Village Community Empowerment Service in South Sulawesi Province.The study used a sample of 111 State Civil Apparatus at the Office of Community and Village Empowerment Services in South Sulawesi Province.The sampling technique used probability sampling with purposive sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire . This study used quantitative data analysis techniques using path analysis.The results of this study state that organizational culture and time management have a direct positive and significant effect on work ability and performance of the State Civil Apparatus, then time management has an effect on work capability. It is also known that work ability has a significant effect on employee performance, while organizational culture and management time has a positive and significant effect on performance through the work capability of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Village Community Empowerment Service in South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze customer relationship marketing's impact, service performance, and product innovation on customer loyalty. The sample for this study is Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The findings show simultaneously that customer relationship marketing, service performance, and product innovation together affect customer loyalty. The findings partially show that there is no significant influence of customer relationship marketing and service performance on customer loyalty. Although consumer loyalty is significantly influenced by product innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak sebelum dan sesudah adanya training and development terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Novena Watampone. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat membantu pihak manajemen Hotel untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan pelayanan karyawan kepada pelanggan  Hotel Novena Watampone dengan bantuan  sistem traning and development. Penelitian ini menggunaan metode kuantitatif. Obyek penelitian adalah karyawan Hotel Novena Watampone dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan dari populasi sebanyak 150 karyawan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja setelah karyawan mendapatkan traning and development. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa bahwa traning and development merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh dalam usaha meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Hotel Novena Watampone sehingga dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja para karyawan sangat dibutuhkan traning and development yang memadai. Memberikan sistem pelatihan yang harus sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaan  dari setiap karyawan dan indiaktor yang ingin dicapai harus jelas dan tercapai dalam pelatihan yang diberikan.
