Abstract

This writing aims to prove several HR variables that affect the performance of teachers in this digital learning era. In this era of digital learning, it is believed that the role of the teacher as a channel for children's educators is even replaced by the digital device. Based on this phenomenon, teacher performance is assumed to decrease. This research was conducted at Pelita Harapan BangsaTegal. The study population was 57 teachers and data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and the data were analyzed using the Smart PLS  research tool.3.0. The results of the analysis show that the HR variable consisting of Work discipline, Organizational Commitment and the Work Environment positively influences teacher performance. HR strategies have positive effects such as: disciplining all levels, expressed organizational commitment and fulfillment, and work costs that are designed as comfortable as possible for teachers can improve.

Abstract

There is comprehensive literature in the public sector on the management of organizational change. Recent studies, however, have shown that due to transformative leadership, the particular context of public organizations may have implications for the organizational change of management. This research explores the effect of transformative leadership in relation to creative actions in order to create a successful corporate culture. Approaches to institutional change and direct supervisors' transformative leadership contribute to the successful adoption of organizational change in public organizations, and to what degree the public organizations' bureaucratic framework allows the implementation of organizational change unique. The application of transformative leadership in a public corporation is analyzed using the leader's direct questions. The findings suggest that with both expected and evolving transition strategies, bureaucratic institutions can successfully adopt transformational leadership. The contribution of transformational leadership depends on the style of approach to change and the nature of the organization.

Abstract

In order to study what is a concern in order to enhance human resources, different forms of research have been performed. In addition to research undertaken by non-profit corporations and profit-oriented organizations. For this reason, this research is also often carried out by universities or higher education as a form of obligation in order to enhance awareness through innovation. This is due to a community phenomenon, especially industries engaged in services or hospitality, that needs to be improved. In general, all research carried out always results in the creation of human resources to make employees feel an attachment to always having a feeling of belonging to a corporation or company and wanting fulfillment in the organization through the different performances they perform. These findings have been extracted from two forms of methods that can be performed both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat analisis dari gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dan otokratis serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja penerapan Sistem Jaminan Halal HAS 23000 pada industri makanan di Tangerang. Obyek dari penelitian adalah karyawan di beberapa industri makanan yang berkolasi di wilayah Kota Tangerang yang telah menerapkan Sistem Jaminan Halal HAS 23000 sebanyak 200 orang dan metode pengumpulan data dengan memberikan kuesioner elektronik kepada beberapa karyawan secara acak. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM (Structural Equation Model) pada program LISREL versi 8.70. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penerapan Sistem Jaminan Halal HAS 23000 dan gaya kepemimpinan otokratis juga positif dan mempengaruhi kinerja penerapan Sistem Jaminan Halal HAS 23000d an disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan merupakan hal penting dalam kinerja penerapan Sistem Jaminan Halal HAS 23000

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui latar belakang seorang ibu rumah tangga untuk bekerja di luar sebagai guru honorer, mengetahui kondisi finansial keluarga guru honorer wanita, dan untuk mengetahui work-family conflict yang dialami wanita selama menjadi guru honorer. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi fenomenologi dengan metode pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Narasumber yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja di luar rumah sebagai guru honorer di Tangerang. Untuk mengetahui keabsahan data digunakan uji kredibilitas data atau kepercayaan terhadap data. Metode pengujian data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan member check. Metode analisis data menggunakan data reduction, dan drawing conclusion. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor utama ibu rumah tangga untuk bekerja di luar rumah adalah karena faktor finansial dan pendidikan. Faktor lainnya adalah faktor mengisi waktu luang dan untuk bersosialisasi dengan rekan kerja. Solusi menangani work-family conflict dibahas mendalam dalam kajian ini.

Abstract

Bekerja sambil kuliah atau kuliah sambil bekerja bukanlah hal baru di kalangan mahasiswa karyawan. Beragam sebab telah menjadi alasan yang melatarbelakanginya. Tantangan bagi mahasiswa karyawan adalah membagi waktu antara kuliah dan bekerja. Salah satu kompetensi utama untuk sukses manjalani peran sebagai karyawan sekaligus mahasiswa adalah kemampuan self management. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perspektif self management di kalangan karyawan mahasiswa etnis Jawa yang bekerja di Kota Seribu Industri Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam situasi ilmiah di STMIK Insan Pembangunan Tangerang. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah etnografi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 5 orang narasumber. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipan, analisis dokumen, wawancara mendalam, dan focus group discussion (FGD). Penelitian etnografis dilaksanakan dengan mengikuti tahapan dan proses penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat induktif, yang terdiri dari tahapan alur penelitian maju bertahap (the developmental research sequence). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang bekerja sambil kuliah dari etnis Jawa mampu mengatasi problem akademik dan non-akademik. Karyawan etnis Jawa mampu menggunakan cara yang dianggapnya paling efektif untuk mengatur dirinya (self management), meliputi manajemen perasaan (affective), perilaku (behavior) dan pikiran (cognitive). Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa daya dorong terbesar karyawan etnis Jawa untuk terus kuliah adalah keinginan untuk memperbaiki kehidupan diri dan keluarganya, dalam filosofi Jawa adalah dadi wong. Rute untuk mencapainya adalah dengan melalui urutan tahapan 5E, yakni: enjoy, easy, excellence, expert dan earn.

Abstract

It becomes a challenge for lecturers to provide services to the community through a culture of collaboration that makes it easier for academics to make their contribution to society. This study aims to investigate the relationship between academic culture and collaborative culture as a collaborative academic culture for effective teaching in higher education. This study involved 35 lecturers as respondents in this survey from five universities in Indonesia. A Likert scale was used to collect data from an online survey using Google Forms, and Smart-PLS was applied to evaluate the data. The findings of the study indicate that this climate must be cultivated so that a culture of academic collaborative is achieved optimally. The two concepts are understood implicitly but remain a unity and an interaction that is not confusing in implementation to study the dynamics of institutional behavior and encourage or manage effective teaching improvement. Keywords: Academic collaborative culture, effective teaching, academic culture

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a profound impact on the world of education. Online learning (KBM) is a process that must be done. This study aimed to prove a number of HR variables that affects the teachers’ performance in the online learning era. In this era, it is believed that the role of teachers as a children educator even the face-to-face is irreplaceable by these digital tools. It turns out that the teacher who performs well is not merely motivated by payroll and bonuses, but there are other aspects that determine the good performance. This study was conducted at Pelita Harapan Bangsa Tegal. The population was 57 teachers and data collection techniques used in this study by distributing questionnaire, and the data were analyze with Smart PLS version 3.0. The result showed that HR variable consisting of Work discipline, Organization commitment and the Work Environment that positively influences teacher performance. HR Strategies have positive effects such as: disciplining in all levels, expressed and fulfilled organizational commitment, as well as work environment that is designed as comfortable as possible for teachers to improve their performance.
