Abstract

Abstract   Public service become the cynosure over all paradigm of public administrative science. Two especial paradigm, that is clasical public administration and new public administration paradigm, placing public service in special position, besides public policy. This matter do not get out of the especial function of state before its people, that is service. Contemporary opinion [is] which bayak conversed by circle of administrative science expert given by the lebel sound governance center at governmental sector service, private sector, society and international community. Abstract

ABSTRACT To do working, each and every person wishes competent production to taking place its life, to fulfill requirement and his desire. So also in the world of trading, obtaining advantage represent target the core important. However, searching advantage may not tip of greed by raging so that can cause to harm others. Every transaction must be done admittedly and is fair. Price specified and agreed on according to quality of service or goods which is transaction. Abstract

The study aims to measure the performance of SMKN 6 Surakarta by Balanced Scorecard approach. It is a quantitative study with descriptive design. The study was conducted by measuring the level performance of SMKN 6 Surakarta on four aspects (perspectives) performance in the Balanced Scorecard, namely: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes, and learning and growth perspective. The primary data which is questionnaire was used to measure both the performance of customer perspective and learning and growth perspective, while the secondary data was used to measure both the financial perspective performance and internal business process perspective. The study used students and teachers and also staffs of SMKN 6 Surakarta as respondents. The final result of the study shows that the performance of SMKN 6 Surakarta is on the very good level in general. The performance of financial perspective shows good performance which qualifies the requirement of economical, effective, and efficient, while the performance of customer perspective gains good category. In addition, the performance of internal business processes shows very good level and also the performance of learning and growth perspective shows good category. The results recommend SMKN 6 Surakarta to (1) make effort to improve the school performance which has been at the good level into very good category, (2) the staffs and the librarian should improve the service quality to students, (3) the teachers should concern much more toward the problem of student’s learning, (4) the school leader should be more accommodative and creative in dealing with any school problems, so that the performance of SMKN 6 Surakarta will improve.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan masyarakat berupa pemanfaatan sampah rumah tangga menjadi industri kerajinan tangan yang kreatif semakin giat dikembangkan oleh berbagai daerah di Indonesia, program ini juga berkembangan di Kelurahan Bahagia Kecamatan Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi, di wilayah ini sendiri terdapat kelompok kecil (small group) yang bernama POSDAYA BAHAGIA dimana anggota dan pengurus POSDAYA tersebut adalah Ibu-ibu rumah tangga. POSDAYA yang dikelola oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga tersebut mampu mendaur ulang sampah rumah tangga menjadi pupuk kompos dan kerajinan tangan berupa tas, dompet dan lain-lain. Persoalan utama yang dihadapi oleh kelompok ibu-ibu POSDAYA ini adalah pada pemasaran hasil produk, salah satu upaya yang ingin dikembangkan adalah memasarkan produk kerajinan ini melalui website sebagai upaya promosi, yang sementara ini promosi yang dilakukan masih menggunakan pola-pola tradisional. Tema IbM Pemasaran produk kerajinan tangan dari hasil daur ulang sampah rumah tangga berbasis web. Keputusan mengambil tema ini diawali dari hasil survey dan interaksi sosial dengan Pengurus POSDAYA maupun warga yang melakukan aktivitas membuat kerajinan tangan dari hasil daur ulang sampah yang berada di Kelurahan Bahagi.Pembuatan web dan Pelatihan pemasaran produk berbasis Web dilakukan dengan melatih kelompok POSDAYA yang akan mengelola dan memasarkan produk hasil daur ulang sampah tersebut melalui Website Pasar Bahagia Online dengan sistem layanan yang yang terintegrasi. Luaran yang dihasilkan oleh program IbM ini adalah keterampilan mitra untuk memproduksi produk kerjainan dari hasil daur ulang sampah rumah tangga dan sistem layanan pemasaran melalui Website Bahagia serta terbentuknya usaha ekonomi produktif yang dikelola secara bersama. Kata Kunci: Sampah, produk kerajinan, pemasaran berbasis web.

Abstract

Study about motivation is needed for HRM practices that able to motivated employees in work, but motivation theory is much variation so the kind of practices cannot choose precisely. This study tries to investigation Herzberg theory in government officer. The result is rejecting Herzberg theory, although employee?s motivation still has significant influence to performance. Abstract

Penelitian komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan telah banyak dilakukan, tetapi hasil penelitian tersebut belum menunjukkan konsisten.  Penelitian ini menguji apakah variabel status karyawan (PNS atau Swasta) berinteraksi dengan variabel komunikasi dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Status karyawan yang merupakan proksi dari perbedaan struktur organisasi didesain sebagai variabel dummy. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa yang bekerja di Unisma Bekasi.   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Komunikasi (X1) dan status karyawan (X2) berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan, tetapi interaksi X1 dan X2 tersebut tidak  signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan supaya organisasi mengelola kegiatan komunikasinya dengan baik

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a real picture of the company's image from the point of view of the surrounding community as a result of the implementation of CSR programs and business operations of the company towards its stakeholders, particularly to residents around the company. This study used a qualitative approach, with descriptive-qualitative method.This research will be directed descriptive to find out CSR programs conducted by PT GCS, which has a direct impact to the community around the company. Then the survey was also carried out to communities around the company to see what the community regarding CSR PT GCS program, which includes welfare and community satisfaction, community participation in CSR programs, as well as the image of the company according to the community. The results show, it turns out the company has no specific CSR programs. Giving grants for religious activities and posyandu are recognize as company's CSR activities. However, communities around company are not satisfied with what the company has done, especially in the form of environmental pollution of air pollution that is odor and dust that sometimes interfere community activities. While the company considers the pollution is coming from leaks in the production process and is not a serious problem. This problem led to disharmony between communities and companies that lead to prolonged conflict and the community gives a bad image to the company. For advice, company needs to review the concept of CSR and formulate more precisely what and how their relationships with the community will be built. In addition, society itself seems also to be invited participation in designing CSR programs. With so expected dissemination and implementation of new concepts that CSR can occur in a good partnership between the companies with the community.

Ponorogo District mission carried out by the Departement of Public Works,Housing and Settlement Area one of them is to arrange a comfortable area for all,with the availability of adequate public space, environmentally friendly, as well asefforts to accelerate the reduction of inequality between rural and urban areas.One of which is done is by Rural Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM)development activities. After the completion of the Rural SPAM developmentactivities, requires organization to manage the SPAM. SPAM managers isHimpunan Penduduk Pemakai Air Minum (HIPPAM) and Badan PengelolaSistem Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi (BP-SPAMS). To strengthen theorganizational capacity of The HIPPAM and BP-SPAMS, in 2018 formed AsosiasiPengelola Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi (SPAMS) Perdesaan?Sumber Bathoro Katong? Kabupaten Ponorogo for The 2018 ? 2023. ThisAssociation is a government partner and other concerned parties related to thedelivery of community based drinking water and sanitation services in thePonorogo District. The Association aims to support increasing coverage ofdrinking water and sanitation services to 100%, increasing the capacity of villageleveldrinking water and sanitation managers and facilitating partnership activitieswith District Governments and Village Governments, the private sector(Corporate Social Responsibility / CSR) and other actors. Although TheAssociation has been formed for more than a year, and has a large task andfunction; but The Association's performance is not yet optimal. The performanceof The Asosiasi Pengelola Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi (SPAMS)Perdesaan ?Sumber Bathoro Katong? Kabupaten Ponorogo in 2019 based onperformance indicators according to Robbins (2006: 260) is as follows.Association performance based on performance indicators in the form of quality,the quality is rather good. Based on performance indicators in the form ofquantity, the quantity is rather poor. Based on the performance indicators in theform of timeliness, the timeliness of The Association in completing the workincluding almost on time (rather good). Based on performance indicators in theform of effectiveness, the effectiveness is sufficient. Based on performanceindicators in the form of independence, the independence is sufficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) terhadap audit judgment dalam menentukan risiko kecurangan. Objek yang diteliti adalah Kantor Akuntan Publik di Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan sampel penelitian adalah auditor eksternal yang memiliki masa kerja lebih dari 1 (satu) tahun. Jenis data penelitian menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner online. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 40 auditor. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kecerdasan intelektual (IQ) berpengaruh terhadap audit judgment dalam menentukan risiko kecurangan, sedangkan kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap audit judgment dalam menentukan risiko kecurangan.
