Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lokasi bisnis dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan konsumen hotel. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden sebagai sampel yang merupakan pengguna jasa hotel. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa akses dan visibilitas berkontribusi signifikan sebagai indikator lokasi bisnis yang strategis. Arsitektur penempatan fasilitas, interior, kelengkapan fasilitas dan sirkulasi udara merupakan indikator penting dari variabel fasilitas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lokasi usaha dan fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan ayam pedaging Cita Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analistis dengan pendekatan survey. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 50 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian adalah regresi linier sederhana, analisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan ayam pedaging Cita Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty at the Bina Umat Foundation (YASBU) Al-qomariyah Vocational School at Sodonghilir. The research method used in this research is explanatory research. The use of this method is because the researcher does not only describe empirical facts found in the field, but also intends to analyze and explain the influence between variables. Data collection is obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were employees of the YASBU Al-qomariah Vocational School.Methods Analysis of the data used is the Multiple Regression Analysis, where data is processed with the help of SPSS. The results of testing the data using the regression equation show the results of the existence of a positive and significant influence variable satisfaction with loyalty. This means that the higher the job satisfaction of an employee, the higher the loyalty of employees of YASBU Al-qomariah Vocational School

Abstract

UMKM  represent business activities that can expand employment and reduce problems while also providing economic services to the community and can facilitate the process of equity and increase public budgets, encourage economic growth, and enhance national success. This study aimed to look at differences in product quality towards the buying interest of UMKM products in Tasikmalaya. And to know the purpose of increasing consumer buying interest. Research uses explanatory research methods. Use this method because research not only discusses empirical facts found in the field, but also discusses and explains the relationship between indicators. Using the sampling method by opposing questionnaires to 120 residents of Tasikmalaya who know about UMKM  information in Tasikmalaya. The object of research is UMKM in the City of Tasikmalaya. The research subjects are consumers of UMKM  products. Analysis using regression with the results of product quality affect the buying interest of UMKM products in the city of Tasikmalaya

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the application of total quality management (TQM) and supply chain management (SCM) in UMKM in Tasikmalaya city to improve the performance of UMKM operations. And to understand which methods can improve the performance of UMKM operations. Using the probability sampling method by spreading questionnaires against 90 UMKM who apply the TQM and SCM methods in the operation process. Hypothesis tests using multiple regressions with research results have significant influences on the application of TQM and SCM to improve operatic performance during the covid-19 pandemic in UMKM in tasikmalaya city.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Pangandaran Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research). Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Pangandaran. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Multiple Regression Analysis, dimana dapat diketahui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dengan loyalitas pegawai. data diolah dengan bantuan SPSS.Kata kunci : kepuasan kerja, loyalitas pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the commitment and work environment will affect the engagement of YASBU Al-Qomariah Vocational employees. The research method used in this research is explanatory research. The use of this method is because the researcher does not only describe empirical facts found in the field, but also intends to analyze and explain the influence between variables. Data collection is obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were employees of YASBU Al-Qomariah Vocational High School. Methods Analysis of the data used is the Multiple Regression Analysis, where data is processed with the help of SPSS. The results of testing the data using the regression equation showed the results of a positive and significant effect of commitment to engagement variables with a significant value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05, while the work environment was not significant with a value of 0.563.Keywords: Commitment, work environment, employee engagement.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of Product Design and Price on Purchasing Decisions of Yamaha NMax Motorbikes at Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sampling technique used in this study is the nonprobability sampling technique by purposive sampling. Primary data sources were obtained from distributing questionnaires.The results showed the Product Design, Price and Purchasing Decisions of the Yamaha NMax in the Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya as a whole were in the good category. Product design and price simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to buy a Yamaha NMAX at Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. Product design partially has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Yamaha NMAX at Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. Desain Produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Yamaha NMAX di Fortuna Motor Tasikmalaya. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama untuk mengetahui bagaimana kecerdasan emosional, kedua mengetahui bagaimana kinerja, ketiga mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta keempat menjadi dasar penelitian berikutnya. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan diatas adalah metode penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research), penggunaan metode ini karena peneliti tidak hanya menggambarkan fakta-fakta empiris yang ditemui di lapangan, tetapi juga bermaksud menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Guru SD di Kecamatan Cipedes pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tasikmalaya dalam kurun waktu empat bulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Guru SD di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tasikmalaya. Luaran dari penelitian ini berupa publikasi ilmiah dijurnal nasional tidak terakreditasi (JUMPER) dan sebagai bahan ajar dalam mata kuliah manajemen sumber daya manusia.Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Kinerja Guru SD  ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is first to know how emotional intelligence, secondly to know how performance, third to know how emotional intelligence affects employee performance, and fourth to be the basis of the next research. The method used to achieve the above objectives is explanatory research method, the use of this method because researchers not only describe empirical facts found in the field, but also intend to analyze and explain the influence between variables. This research was conducted on elementary teachers in Cipedes sub-district at tasikmalaya city education office within four months. The result of this study is that there is a significant influence between emotional intelligence on the performance of elementary school teacher civil servants in the Tasikmalaya City Education Office. Outside of this research in the form of scientific publications in the national journal is not accredited (JUMPER) and as a teaching material in human resource management courses.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Elementary Teacher Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan selebgram (celebrity endorser instagram) terhadap minat beli konsumen secara online khususnya pada Followers Akun @mia_raaa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survey berupa kuesioner, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi melalui bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diambil simpulan sebagai berikut (1) penggunaan selebgram (celebrity endorser Instagram) pada media sosial Instagram yang terdiri dari indikator daya tarik, kepercayaan, dan keahlian sudah berada pada kategori baik; (2) minat beli konsumen secara online pada media Instagram yang terdiri dari indikator informasi, pengalaman, merek, model, dan jaminan sudah berada pada kategori tinggi; dan (3) berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dinyatakan bahwa penggunaan selebgram (celebrity endorser Instagram) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen secara online pada media Instagram.Kata Kunci : Selebgram, Minat Beli Konsumen, Instagram ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of using celebrities (celebrity endorser instagram) on consumer buying interest online, especially on followers of the @mia_raaa account. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using a survey in the form of a questionnaire, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary data. The data analysis used was regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient through the help of SPSS software. Based on the results of research and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn (1) the use of celebrities (celebrity endorser Instagram) on Instagram social media which consists of indicators of attractiveness, trust, and expertise that are already in a good category; (2) consumer buying interest online on Instagram, which consists of indicators of information, experience, brand, model, and guarantees are in the high category; and (3) based on the results of the study it can be stated that the use of celebrities (celebrity endorser Instagram) has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest online on Instagram media. Keywords: Selebgram, Consumer Purchase Interest, Instagram
