Abstract

Augmented Reality is a type of interactive technology that combines real objects and virtual objects at the same time and is displayed on the screen. Augmented Reality has been applied as a way of working based on image detection and it is commonly called a marker. By using the smartphone's camera and then detects the marker that has been printed. Augmented Reality is widely used in various purposes, the example is for advertising or promotion. In advertising, Augmented Reality can be used as a promotion or information that can make it more interesting. This research aims to apply AR technology to the campus promotion media on the University of Panca Marga's new student admission brochure. The stages taken in this research are literature study as well as observation, design, and implementation stages. The application of Augmented Reality was built using Unity 3D software, Android SDK, Vuforia SDK, and Sweet Home 3D. The results of the application of Augmented Reality technology can display 3D virtual objects, 2D, and video using the new student admission brochure used as a marker. The marker that is detected by the camera on the Android smartphone can display 3D UPM buildings, location plans, UPM profile videos, and faculty digital brochures. So users can see how the campus buildings are in real-time as well as some other information that has been provided. Based on the tests, all features can run well.

Abstract

Teaching and learning is basically a process of educational interaction between teacher and student. Learning media become a very important part of the learning process. Therefore it is necessary to find an attractive learning media for students one of them is interactive learning media. Computer learning is one of the basic competency standards taught to students in vocational high schools. Based on observations at the Vocational High School Zainul Hasan Genggong Genggong with the speaker Mr. Mohammad Saleh, S.Kom as a teacher in the Vocational Basic Computer and Network Engineering, he said that the teacher still uses the delivery of material by whiteboard and also uses projector presentation aids using the projector power point slides especially the Vocational Basic Computer and Network Engineering lessons. Therefore it is necessary to find an attractive learning media for students one of them is interactive learning media. Interactive learning media has several elements such as text, audio, video and images, so that it is more interesting to students and students feel happy in learning compared to the way that is still very conventional. The research method used is research development with the stages of study of literature, observation, data collection, system analysis, system design, application implementation, application testing. For the implementation stage, an application has been made as a learning medium that can be accessed using an Android smartphone with a user friendly display, including pictures and videos. Based on the results of testing using blackbox testing and testing in various android platforms learning applications run well in accordance with the results expected by the user.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit kelamin. Data yang digunakan untuk penelitian terdiri dari 4 penyakit kelamin pada perempuan dengan 10 gejala. Dan 4 penyakit kelamin laki-laki dengan 10 gejala. System pakar yang dibuat menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes Classifier. Pada aplikasi yang dibuat terdapat 2 tahapan. Yaitu tahapn yang pertama pasien diminta untuk memasukkan gejala yang dialami. Tahap kedua sistem akan otomatis memberikan hasil diagnosis dari penyakit yang diderita pasien menggunakan perhitungan Naïve Bayes Classifier. Selanjutnya, tahap uji coba dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil diagnosis yang didapat dari sistem dengan hasil diagnosis dari pakar yang sebenarnya. Dari hasil uji coba prosentase kesesuaian dengan diagnosa sebesar 95%.Kata Kunci : naïve bayes classifier, sistem pakar, penyakit kelamin.

Abstract

Short Message Service (SMS) saat ini sangat luas dipakai untuk proses komunikasi menggunakan Hand Phone. Ukuran pesan untuk satu paket SMS sebenarnya sudah mencakupi kebutuhan pengiriman pesan singkat. Namun, pada saat tertentu akan dibutuhkan pesan yang cukup besar yang tentunya akan menambah jumlah paket SMS yang dikirimkan. Biaya pengiriman paket SMS akan menjadi sangat tidak efisien jika paket SMS terakhir hanya membawa pesan yang jauh lebih kecil dari kapasitas maksimumnya. Untuk itulah aplikasi kompresi SMS ini dibuat, selain untuk menekan biaya SMS juga untuk meminimalisasi ukuran file SMS dan mompreteksi isi pesan jika terjadi penyadapan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan studi literatur, menganalisis kebutuhan dan merancangnya dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language. Implementasi dari aplikasi ini berbasis Java Micro Edition dengan menggunakan metode Huffman statis sebagai proses kompres dan dekompresnya. Uji coba kelayakan aplikasi dilakukan dengan melakukan serangkaian skenario uji coba.Kata Kunci: SMS, Java Micro Edition, Unified Modeling Language, Huffman Statis

Abstract

Pertanian merupakan salah satu mata pencarian masyarakat Indonesia, sebagian besar penduduknya menggantungkan hidup dalam dunia pertanian, karena merupakan sumber utama penghidupan dan pendapatan sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia terutama di kabupaten Probolinggo. Untuk mempermudah melihat potensi pertanian di kabupaten Probolinggo maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi untuk mengetahui potensi hasil pertanian, oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini penulis merancang aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis komoditas hortikultura di kabupaten Probolinggo. Perancangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Diagram Alir Sistem. Digitasi peta menggunakan QuantumGIS tujuannya untuk mendapatkan data shapefile. Untuk pengolahan data spasial berbasis web penulis menggunakan framework Pmapper. Implementasi dari penelitian ini dapat menampilkan peta tematik untuk tanaman hortikultura yang terdiri dari 26 jenis tanaman hortikultura tiap kecamatan di kabupaten Probolinggo. Sistem ini dapat menampilkan pemetaan dari potensi hasil pertanian tanaman hortikultura tiap kecamatan di kabupaten Probolinggo, sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam melihat area kecamatan yang berpotensi menjadi sentra komoditas unggulan yang dapat digunakan dalam mengambil kebijakan agar dapat meningkatkan hasil pertanian atau produktifitas hasil pertanian.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Geografis, Quantum GIS, Hortikultura, P-mapper.

Abstract

The implementation of this geographic information system development aims to present the distribution area of the poor in Probolinggo Regency in three dimensions in the form of a digital map. So that the information displayed is easy to analyze and can be identified the distribution of the population in a visual form. The method of developing this application uses the Software Development Life Cycle method, which consists of Planning, Analysis, Design, and Implementation. This application was created using QuantumGIS, P-mapper, and MapServer with the PHP programming language. This Geographical Information System can display the mapping of poor areas based on four levels of poverty, namely moderate poverty, near poverty, poor, and very poor. Thus, this application is very useful for the Regional Development Planning Agency of Probolinggo Regency to understand the meaning of the data that has been displayed visually on a map by looking at areas that have been grouped with the same poverty level.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises during the Covid-19 pandemic is due to the reduction of workers in several companies. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, also known as MSMEs, are groups that already have small-scale businesses. MSMEs have the potential to grow large so that they are able to absorb labor and reduce unemployment. For this reason, it is necessary to empower this business group to grow well. One of the MSME products in traditional food is Bakpia. The target for this research is Bakpia Kirana MSMEs. This study aims to answer how the process, benefits, and impact of empowering MSME Bakpia Kirana. To identify these problems, the researchers used a qualitative approach, using the method of instrumental observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is the data analysis of the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that Bakpia Kirana managers benefit from empowering MSMEs through capital, infrastructure, marketing support, non-material support, and always reminding them of the main objectives of each activity carried out, and the impact of empowerment has both positive and negative effects. The positive impacts obtained include having income, having more skills, being able to develop a business. The negative impacts include a lot of trade competition among bakpia products which is a benchmark between managers.

Abstract

Pembelajaran di dalam kelas tidak bisa dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar di sekolah. Disamping karena keterbatasan waktu dalam menerangkan materi, tingkat konsentrasi siswa yang berbeda juga mempengaruhi. Maka tidak jarang dari orang tua yang ingin anaknya berprestasi memanggil guru private ke rumah. Les private yang sudah tersebar diberbagai daerah masih menggunakan cara manual dalam proses reservasinya. Customer harus mendaftar ke kantor / menghubungi melalui telpon, kemudian masih harus menunggu untuk dicarikan guru yang sesuai. Bahkan kenyataan dilapangan masih ditemukan guru yang tidak hadir saat sesi les berjalan. Untuk mempermudah customer dalam reservasi dan membantu lembaga dalam memonitoring kinerja guru, maka dibangun sistem reservasi dan monitoring les private berbasis android. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemorgraman java dan Android Studio sebagai IDE, serta database SQL sebagai media penyimpanannya. Fungsi aplikasi ini diantaranya dapat mencari guru sesuai dengan keinginan, mengatur jadwal dan melakukan reservasi. Selain itu bagi manajemen aplikasi ini disamping sebagai pendataan murid, guru dan reservasi yang berjalan, juga dapat melihat kinerja guru dari feedback yang diberikan murid. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya aplikasi reservasi dan monitoring les private Jawara Cerdas Private berbasis Android, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu customer dalam mereservasi guru les private serta direksi dalam mengelola lembagales private.

Abstract

A radial distribution electrical network at a certain distance will have a large voltage loss due to conductive losses, especially at the endpoint. The tip voltage is determined by the distance of the distribution and the amount of load. The form of configuration also affects the amount of power loss and voltage loss. So that a good configuration is needed in order to obtain good efficiency. Reconfiguration of the distribution network is used to reset the network configuration form by opening and closing switches on the distribution network. Reconfiguration is expected to reduce power losses and improve distribution system reliability. Many feeders and buses on the network if calculated manually will be difficult and require a very long time. So it is necessary to solve problems using program assistance. In this case, use Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm based on the behavior of a herd of insects, such as ants, termites, bees, or birds. BPSO is a development of the PSO algorithm designed to solve the optimization problem in a discrete combination, where the particle takes the value of binary vectors with length n and speed which is defined as the probability of bits to reach value 1. The results show a significant reduction in losses.

Abstract

A sharp bend is a bend that has an acute angle with the level of difficulty when the vehicle crosses the road. In sharp turns frequent vehicle accidents occur. Accidents are caused by vehicles traveling at high speeds when they will cross the bend in the road. In addition, the driver also wants to overtake the vehicle when going through the bend. By making this warning system, it is expected to reduce accidents on the road bends. This tool can detect the presence of a vehicle and will give a warning in the form of an indicator light that is controlled by the Arduino UNO microcontroller using an Ultrasonic sensor and will light up if within 10 m before crossing the road bend there is a vehicle that will pass
