Abstract

The study began with the maximal student learning outcomes in volleyball learning materials. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of volleyball games through the modification of volleyball games to the interests of eighth grade female students at MTs Islamiyah Balen Bojonegoro. This research is a classroom action research study consisting of 2 cycles, each cycle having 2 meetings. Each face-to-face meeting lasts 2 hours or 2 x 40 minutes (80 minutes). The research sample was all students of class VIII Putri MTs Islamiyah Balen Bojonegoro Academic Year 2017, totaling 66 students. Data collection methods used in this study used a questionnaire / questionnaire, while the data analysis researchers used descriptive analysis of percentages.The results showed that the interest of VIII grade female students at MTs Islamiyah Balen Bojonegoro after learning to use volleyball game modifications had increased. This can be seen from the aspect of interest that originally increased by 43.3% to 68%, while the aspect of attention that was originally 42.8% to 66.1%, and the aspect of the activity which was originally 43.5% to 67.6%. So it can be concluded that the interest of students towards physical education learning by using a volleyball game modification in class VIII Putri MTs Islamiyah Balen students in 2017 academic year in the high category.

Abstract

Kondisi kesehatan dewasa ini sering dihubungkan dengan pola makan, indeks massa tubuh (IMT), dan aktivitas fisik. Kondisi ketiga variabel tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi tolok ukur pola hidup sehat yang sedang dijalani oleh seseorang. Sebagai matakuliah pengembangan kepribadian, matakuliah pendidikan jasmani dan kebugaran memiliki beberapa misi yang salah satunya adalah memberikan pengalaman kepada mahasiswa dalam menerapkan pola hidup sehat. Untuk itu, tujuan artikel ini adalah sebagai langkah awal mengetahui kondisi pola makan, IMT, dan aktivitas fisik sebagai need-assessment dalam merumuskan treatment dalam proses perkuliahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional study memanfaatkan survei online menggunakan google form yang terbimbing saat pelaksanaan perkuliahan. Sebanyak 254 (51 laki-laki dan 203 perempuan) dari 267 responden layak digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif statistik dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asupan gizi mahasiswa cenderung cukup dan frekuensi makan mahasiswa wajar, komposisi tubuh mahasiswa berdasarkan IMT mayoritas ideal, aktivitas fisik mahasiswa belum cukup ditinjau dari frekuensi dan waktu, instensitas aktivitas fisik tergolong cukup. Untuk itu, treatment dalam proses perkuliahan direkomendasikan untuk memacu aktivitas fisik mahasiswa agar memenuhi rekomendasi WHO atau hasil-hasil penelitian yang relevan.

Abstract

Pengukuran physical literacy idealnya dilakukan pada ranah motivasi, kepercayaan diri, kompetensi fisik, pengetahuan dan pemahaman. Tingkat physical literacy dapat diprediksi dengan mengukur tingkat pengetahuan seseorang mengenai physical literacy menggunakan Physical Literacy Knowledge Questionnaire (PLKQ) yang berhasil dikembangkan oleh Longmuir et al. (2018). PLKQ terbukti memenuhi syarat instrumen di negara Canada untuk anak usia 8-12 tahun. Tujuan artikel ini adalah menguji kelayakan PLKQ ditinjau dari validitas dan reliabilitas untuk mengukur physical literacy anak usia 8-12 di Indonesia. Protokol descriptive study diterapkan dengan memanfaatkan survei terhadap 110 anak usia 8-12 tahun yang dipilih menggunakan accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Validitas dianalisis memanfaatkan product-moment pearson sedangkan reliabilitas menggunakan split-half. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PLKQ dinyatakan layak ditinjau dari vaiditas (r= 0,338-0,680) dan reliabilitas (r= 0,613). Tingkat pengetahuan physical literacy anak masuk dalam kategori kurang (m= 25,93, SD= 6,722).  Sehingga PLKQ dapat menjadi alternatif pilihan untuk mengukur pengetahuan physical literacy di Indonesia.

Abstract

The background of this research is quantitative descriptive research that is about efforts to increase student learning interest using a modification of the game tavol. In this study the number of eighth grade students of kanisius juwana middle school were 16 students consisting of 8 men and 8 women with efforts to improve. Student interest in using tavol modifications. In this study before the pre-test was conducted to measure the initial interest of eighth grade students of kanisius juwana. Based on the calculation, the sig value 0.631>0.05 so it canbe concluded. Pretest data were normal. Significant figures obtained through the t test were p=0.00<0.05. thus it can be concluded that Ha was rejected. The average result of interest in lerning to fit under a volleyball before being given a modified learning design is tavol 10.88 the maximum value 10.88 the maximum value is 16 and the minimum value. The average result of learning interest after being given a modification design of tavol is 13.56, a maximum value of 19 and minimum value of 10, it can be concluded that efforst to increase student interest in using the modification of tavol are successful. The suggestion in this research is that it needs to create a pleasant atmosphere so that in an effort to increase students interest is learning they do not feel boed.

Abstract

In physical education learning there are several obstacles that occur in the process of passing and control learning in soccer for fifth grade students of SDN Mori 01, Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency 2019. One way that can be done to improve student learning outcomes is through classroom action research, making a learning model that appeals to students with the learning approach to play. The problem in this study is whether the implementation of passing and control learning using cat - and - mouse games can improve the quality and learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN Mori 1, Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency in 2019? The purpose of this study was to determine the application of passing and control learning through the cat-cat game media can improve the quality and learning outcomes for students of class V SDN Mori 01 Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency 2019. in physical education subjects. This research was conducted at SDN Mori 1, Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency. The sample in this study was class V students, amounting to 31 students. This research is a class action research consisting of two cycles where each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation (observation) and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study are: observation methods, documentation methods, and test methods. The results showed that the application of play methods could improve the results of learning passing and control in fifth grade students of SDN Mori 1, Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency 2019. From the analysis results obtained there was an increase in student learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle. The average value of passing and control learning outcomes in the first cycle (71.59), the second cycle (83.84). So that the increase in learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle is (12.25). While the number of students who were declared complete in the first cycle were 11 students (35.5%) and the second cycle were 26 students (83.9%). The conclusion of this study, that passing and control learning through playing cat and mouse media for fifth grade students of SDN Mori 01, Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency in 2019 can improve student learning outcomes. It is recommended that every physical education teacher is always creative and innovative in making learning models, with the aim of student learning outcomes can be improved.

Abstract

Kualitas hasil pembelajaran olahraga sangat di tentukan oleh kompetensi guru PJOK. Untuk pembinaan keprofesian guru diperlukan pengukuran kompetensi guru PJOK secara berkala. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kompetensi guru PJOK di Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni desciptive study dengan metode survey kadar keguruan guru PJOK untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Guru PJOK di Sekolah SD, SMP,dan SMA di Bojonegoro berjumlah 30 orang menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner kadar keguruan PJOK dengan mengunakan rentang nilai 0%-100% (Suroto, 2016). Kuesioner ini menggunakan skala empat poin tipe Likert (1 = katergori kurang, 2 = kategori biasa, 3 = kategori baik, 4 = kategori hebat). Hasil penelitian kadar keguruan kompetensi guru PJOK secara keseluruhan hasil dari 30 orang sampel penelitian guru PJOK berdasarkan semua tingkatan yang masuk pada kategori kurang dengan skor persentase 23,3%, guru PJOK yang masuk kategori biasa dengan skor persentase 30,0 %, guru PJOK yang masuk kategori baik dengan skor persentase 33,3 % dan guru PJOK yang masuk kategori hebat dengan skor persentase 13,3 %. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah masih diperlukan peningkatan kompetensi guru PJOK agar lebih baik dalam konteks proses dan hasil pembelajaran

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani merupakan salah satu indikator capaian pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang juga berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kualitas hidup siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah dasar di kecamatan Sugihwaras kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Sebanyak 112 (56 laki-laki dan 56 perempuan) menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan Plank dan PACER Test. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebugaran otot dan kardiovaskular siswa laki-laki lebih baik dibanding dengan siswa perempuan. Namun, kebugaran kardiovaskular baik siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan sebagian besar berada dalam tingkat pemula dan berkembang. Oleh karena itu, sekolah, stakeholder, dan guru pendidikan jasmani perlu lebih memfasilitas siswa agar dapat berkativitas jasmani di waktu luang atau ketika istirahat, melakukan pengukuran kebugaran jasmani secara berkala dan meciptakan pembelajaran meaningful dipadukan dengan permainan berorientasi kebugaran yang inovatif

Abstract

Getting used to regular and regular physical activity is very important to be instilled from an early age to improve children's physical fitness and immunity. However, the problem of the COVID-19 pandemic has made online Physical Education, Sports and Health learning less effective in making children happy to do physical activity on a regular basis. The purpose of this activity is to improve the knowledge and skills of physical education teachers in utilizing plank training activities as physical fitness learning activities effectively and efficiently in this era of the covid-19 pandemic. The method of this activity is a workshop with plank exercise material, as well as assistance on how to apply it at school. The results of this activity showed that the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the workshop was very good, many expressed that this activity had added new insights for them and was very interesting to apply in schools. The participants' knowledge and skills regarding plank exercises were also very good, this was evident from the high enthusiasm, motivation, and confidence of the participants in applying them to students.

Abstract

The lack of assisting tools in improving the quality and accuracy of kicks also affects the enhancement of muscle mass and physical fitness of athletes in the Puslatcab Pagar Nusa Bojonegoro. This research aims to produce a development product of a kickboxing tool that assists in kicks for Pagar Nusa Pencak Silat athletes at the Puslatcab Pagar Nusa Bojonegoro. This study is a research and development (R&D) study that adapts the research and development strategies proposed by Borg and Gall. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, consisting of descriptive feedback and assessment scores from all reviewers on each aspect of the product evaluation. The results of the conducted development research indicate that the product is a Kickboxing Tool Media for Pencak Silat Athletes at the Puslatcab Pagar Nusa Bojonegoro. It is suitable for use as a learning medium as it obtained a good average score. Based on the data obtained through the summary of three aspects, namely (1) accuracy aspect, (2) balance aspect, and (3) strength aspect, the small-scale study obtained a total score of 1800, while the large-scale study obtained 2771. Based on these research findings, it can be concluded that the average score for all questions is 2771 (Very Good).
