Abstract

The use of gadgets in early childhood has the potential to trigger social-emotional development disorders by showing symptoms such as the inability to get along with peers and the surrounding environment, children are unable to recognize their own emotions and those of others, children are also unable to communicate and interact with the surrounding environment. This study uses a qualitative method by analyzing various journals, books, and information about the socio-emotional development of early childhood, identifying indicators, urgency in early childhood social-emotional development so as to achieve the socio-emotional development of children who are able to socialize and behave to understand oneself and others. The results show 1). The use of gadgets can hinder the social-emotional development of early childhood. 2) The socio-emotional development of children really needs to be taught by parents or PAUD educators to help children develop in designing a better life .3). The urgency of socio-emotional development makes early childhood ready to face the needs of themselves and the surrounding environment. AbstrakPenggunaan gadget pada anak usia dini berpotensi memicu gangguan perkembangan sosial emosional dengan menunjukkan gejala – gejala seperti ketidakmampuan bergaul dengan teman sebayanya dan lingkungan sekitar, anak tidak mampu mengenali emosi dirnya sendiri dan orang lain, anak juga tidak mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengalisis berbagai Jurnal, buku- buku, dan informasi- informasi tentang perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini, mengindentifasi indakator, urgensi dalam perkembangan sosial emosinal anak usia dini sehingga mencapai pengembangan sosial-emosial anak yang mampu bersosialisasi dan dan berprilaku memahami diri sendiri serta orang lain.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan1).Penggunaan gadget dapat menghambat perkembangan sosial-emosial anak usia dini.2) Perkembangan sosial-emosional anak sangat perlu diajarkan oleh orangtua atau pendidik PAUD untuk membantu perkembangan anak dalam mendesain kehidupan yang lebih baik.3). Urgensi perkembangan sosial emosional menjadikan anak usia dini siap menghadapi kebutuhan dirinya sendiri dan lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

This research was conducted by the author aims to determine how the influence of PAK Teacher Professionalism on Student Interest in Learning. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods by interviewing several active teaching staff and browsing several books related to PAK teacher professionalism and learning interest. The results of the study show that the influence of PAK Teacher Professionalism on Student Interest in School is very large and good in meeting the development of knowledge and spiritual character of students towards Christian Religious Education. AbstrakPenelitian ini di lakukan oleh penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Profesionalisme Guru PAK terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dekriptif dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa tenaga pengajar yang aktif dan menelusuri beberapa buku yang berkaitan dengan profesonalisme Guru PAK dan Minat Belajar. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan pengaruh Profesionalisme Guru PAK terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Disekolah sangat besar dan baik dalam memenuhi perkembangan pengetahuan dan karakter rohani siswa terhadap Pendidikan Agama Kristen.

Abstract

This service aims to provide psycho-educational guidance to Christian female inmates at the Class II B Women's Prison in Batam so that the inmates return to fully understand themselves as noblewomen. This study involved 35 Christian female inmates in the Class II B Women's Prison in Batam. The methods used are self-compassion therapy, psychoeducation and woman discussion, as well as games for participants. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the inmates' understanding of Self-Compassion so that after this therapy the inmates understand the recovery of their image and are able to accept themselves with their current conditions in prison. Furthermore, for psychoeducation of the role of women in ideals, participants have the tools to evaluate themselves with their roles so far and desire to experience transformation in themselves to become noblewomen in society.AbstrakPengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembinaan psiko-edukasi pada warga binaan wanita kristen di Lapas Perempuan Kelas II B Batam, agar warga binaan kembali memahami dirinya secara utuh sebagai perempuan yang mulia. Penelitian ini melibatkan 35 warga binaan wanita beragama Kristen yang ada di Lapas Perempuan Kelas II B Batam. Metode yang digunakan adalah self-compassion therapy, psikoedukasi dan woman discussion, serta games bagi peserta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan pemahaman peserta warga binaan tentang Self-Compassion agar setelah terapi ini warga binaan memahami pemulihan akan gambar dirinya serta mampu menerima dirinya dengan kondisi saat ini di Lapas. Selanjutnya untuk psikoedukasi peran perempuan dalam cita-cita , peserta memiliki alat untuk mengevaluasi diri dengan perannya selama ini dan berkeinginan untuk mengalami transformasi pada diri sendiri untuk menjadi perempuan yang mulia di masyarakat.

Abstract

Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a condition of brain damage or disorder that causes a person to have impaired movement. Under certain conditions, the situation can also interfere with the ability to hear, see, taste and speak, even mentally. It generally occurs in children or is a condition that is present at birth. From 1000 births, there is a 1-5 chance of a child being born with CP. With this fact, parents need to be made aware, nurtured and assisted in dealing with, especially if they have children with such conditions. For this reason, this socialization activity aims to raise awareness and provide knowledge about what CP is and how to deal with it, including giving spiritual advice to the parents. The activity was given to Christian families in the Special Children's Service Association (Persekutuan Anak Istimewa-PAKIS) of Batam, all of whom are parents with children with disabilities. The result of this community service is the delivery of material about CP and its handlers in the form of physical therapy including spiritual advice. The results of this socialization are useful so that parents in the PAKIS fellowship can increase their knowledge, insight, experience and motivation in dealing with such conditions.AbstrakCerebral Palsy (CP) merupakan kondisi gangguan otak yang menyebabkan seseorang terganggu gerakannya. Dalam kondisi tertentu, keadaan ini bisa juga mengganggu kemampuan mendengar, melihat, mengecap dan berbicara, bahkan juga mengganggu mental. Hal ini umumnya terjadi pada anak-anak atau merupakan kondisi yang dibawa sejak lahir. Dari 1000 kelahiran, ada 1-5 kemungkinan anak terlahir dengan CP. Dengan fakta tersebut, para orang tua perlu disadarkan, dibina dan dibantu dalam menghadapi dan menangani, jika memiliki anak dengan kondisi demikian. Atas hal tersebut, kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk menyadarkan dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang apa itu CP dan bagaimana penanganannya, termasuk juga memberi siraman rohani terhadap para orang tua tersebut. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini diberikan kepada keluarga-keluarga Kristen dalam Persekutuan Pelayanan Anak Istimewa (PAKIS) yang ada di pulau Batam yang kesemuanya merupakan orang tua dengan anak disabilitas. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adaah penyampaian materi tentang CP dan penangannya dalam bentuk terapi fisik termasuk siraman rohani. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini bermanfaat sehingga para orangtua dalam persekutuan PAKIS bisa meningkat pengetahuan, wawasan, pengalaman dan motivasi dalam menghadapi kondisi-kondisi demikian.

Abstract

Fulfilment of children's rights needs to be improved so that national development can run smoothly, for that the Regional Child Supervision and Protection Commission (hereinafter abbreviated as KPPAD) carries out its function in supervising children's problems, especially issues of sexual abuse. It is clear that supervision will determine the function of the KPPAD in achieving the goals and plans that must be realized as well as making policies that must be socialized to the public. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of the study was to determine the benefits and the inhibiting factors for implementing the benefits of the KPPAD Commission on Victims of Child Sexual Harassment in the Anambas Islands Regency. The final result of the study stated that the function of the KPPAD was still not optimal, namely the lack of socialization and the slow process of resolving cases.AbstrakPemenuhan hak-hak anak perlu ditingkatkan agar pembangunan nasional dapat berjalan dengan lancar, untuk itu Komisi Pengawasan dan Perlindungan Anak Daerah (untuk selanjutnya disingkat KPPAD) melaksanakan fungsi nya dalam mengawasi permasalahan anak terutama permasalahan pelecehan seksual. Hal ini Jelas bahwa pengawasan sangat menentukan fungsi KPPAD dalam usaha pencapaian tujuan dan rencana yang harus direalisasikan serta pembuatan kebijaksanaan yang harus disosialisasikan kepada publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui manfaat dan faktor-faktor penghambat pelaksanaan manfaat Komisi KPPAD Terhadap Korban Pelecehan Seksual Anak Di Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Hasil akhir penelitian menyatakan bahwa fungsi KPPAD masih belum maksimal, yaitu masih kurang sosialisasi serta lambannya proses penyelesaian kasus.

Abstract

This paper is an attempt to include the role of Christian religious education as a strategy in counteracting religious Radicalism in Indonesia. The purpose of Christian religious education is significant in the lives of families, schools, churches, and the midst of plural society. The presence of Christian religious education in plural society becomes essential so that believers can live and apply their faith in daily life. The challenge of Christian religious education today is radicalism. Radicalism is an understanding that requires a change, turnover, and penetrating a community system to the root. Radicalism wants a total change in a condition or all aspects of community life. Radicals assume that the plans used are the ideal plans. The meaning of radicalism in a religious perspective can be interpreted as a theological understanding. That refers to a fundamental spiritual foundation with a very high religious fanaticism, so it is not uncommon for adherents of these understandings/sects to use violence to actualize the spiritual belief held and believed. In this case, there are several characteristics that can be identified from radical attitudes and perceptions, namely, intolerance (not wanting to respect the opinions and beliefs of others), fanatics (always feeling right on their own; think others are wrong), exclusive (assuming their religion is the most correct) and revolutionary (tend to use violent means to achieve goals). Seeing the development of radicalism that is increasingly developing in Indonesia, especially Radicalism in Religion, we try to include Christian religious education as a strategy in counteracting religious radicalism through teaching Christian religious education in families, churches, schools, and even amid plural society.
