Abstract

Criminal Rubric Discourse in Online Media Jawa Pos Radar Madura ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis wacana rubrik yang memuat berita kriminal di koran daring Jawa Pos Radar Madura. Penganalisisan wacana pada rubrik berita kriminal didasarkan pada struktur berita yang ditulis dapat merujuk pada pemarjinalan posisi dalam suatu wacana. Kelompok dominan lebih memegang kendali dalam menafsirkan suatu peristiwa dan pemakainya, sementara kelompok lain posisinya rendah cenderung untuk terus menerus sebagai objek pemaknaan dalam berita. Wacana rubrik criminal ini akan dikaji dengan pendekatan analisis wacana Theo Van Leeuwen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi dengan teknik baca catat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam wacana  berita kriminal yang terdapat bentuk pasivasi. Pemakaian kalimat pasif yang digunakan oleh wartawan dalam menyampaikan suatu wacana dapat menghilangkan aktor (pelaku) tindakan kriminal. Bentuk objektivasi dalam wacana kriminal akan memberikan informasi yang lebih konkrit terhadap pembaca karena menggunakan data sesuai dengan yang ditemukan di lapangan. Kemunculan abstraksi dalam wacana berita Nampak pada penyebutan secara berulang-ulang kejadian yang telah disebutkan sehingga memengaruhi pembaca untuk mencapai simpulan. Dalam wacana berita kriminal juga terdapat kategorisasi sering disampaikan dalam bentuk ciri fisik pelaku. Wacana berita kriminal dapat memengaruhi konsepsi dan persepsi pembaca dan akan menghasilkan keberpihakan.Kata kunci: wacana kriminal, inklusi, eksklusiABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the rubric discourse that contains criminal news in the online newspaper Jawa Pos Radar Madura . Discourse analysis in the crime news rubric is based on the structure of the written news which can refer to the marginalization of positions in a discourse. The dominant groups have powerful control of interpreting an event and its users, while the other groups have a low position which tends to continuously as the object of meaning in the news. The discourse on the criminal rubric will be studied using Theo Van Leeuwen's discourse analysis approach. The research method used is the documentation method with reading and note-taking techniques. The result of this research is that in the discourse of criminal news there is a form of passivation. The use of passive sentences used by journalists in conveying a discourse can eliminate actors (agent) of criminal acts. The form of objectification in criminal discourse will provide more concrete information to the reader because it uses data in accordance with what is found in the field. The emergence of abstraction in news discourse appears in the repeated mention of the events that have been mentioned. Consequently, it influences the reader to reach a conclusion. In the discourse of criminal news, there is also categorization that is often conveyed in the form of the physical characteristics of the perpetrator. Crime news discourse can influence the reader's conception and perception and will result in partisanship.Keyword: Criminal discourse, inclusive, exclusive

Abstract

Kegiatan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat berupa Pembinaan Profesionalitas Guru Dalam Optimalisasi  Kurikulum 2013. Luaran dalam pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelaksanaan pembinaan profesionalitas guru dalam pengoptimalisasian kurikulum 2013 dengan memberi pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi guru-guru di UPTD SMPN 2 Kamal tersebut agar semua guru mampu melaksanakan kurikulum 2013. Dengan memulai Pengembangan buku siswa dan buku pegangan guru dari tahun 2012 – 2014, Pengembangan manajemen sekolah , Pengembangan kepemimpinan, sistem administrasi sekolah , pengembangan budaya sekolah (budaya kerja guru) terutama untuk SMP. Pendampingan dalam bentuk Monitoring dan Evaluasi untuk menemukan kesulitan dan masalah implementasi dan upaya penanggulangan kegagalan dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013. Dengan adanya kerja sama yang baik antara tim pengabdi dan pihak mitra, akan menumbuhkan keberhasilan sebuah usaha pembinaan profesionalitas guru dalam pengoptimalisasi kurikulum 2013. Kata Kunci: pembinaan profesionalitas, guru, optimalisasi, kurikulum 2013

Abstract

Higher education tridarma activities in the independent campus curriculum really need the role and function of research and community service. The synergy of the use of research and dedication to seek and find solutions in society for some of the problems that will be found solutions depart from research that will be implemented in the form of synergy of the independent campus curriculum. The Synergy of the Roles and Functions of the Higher Education Tridarma Institute in Optimizing the Independent Campus (1) The Role of the LPPM STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. (2) Functions of LPPM STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. (3) Research synergy and community service in Optimizing the Independent Campus. (4) Products of LPPM STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, uncovering the phenomenon of problems from informants and informants. Data Source STKIP Chairperson, Vice Chairmen 1, 2 and 3, lecturers, education staff, several foundation management figures. Data was collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis was performed using qualitative data analysis procedures. The results of the study show (1) The role of LPPM STKIP PGRI Bangkalan in Optimizing the Merdeka Campus has not been able to play an optimal role. (2) The function of LPPM has not fully functioned according to its duties in its role in synergizing research and independent campus service. (3) Research synergy and community service in carrying out the Independent Campus Tridarma have not synergized and have not been implemented (4) LPPM STKIP PGRI Bangkalan Independent Campus products are only implementation (KKN) Real work lectures, conducting several training methods for writing scientific journals, publishing HKI and managing Labs Language.

Abstract

Studying the effect of location, accreditation and tuition fees on the intention to choose a private university in Surabaya is the aim of the research being carried out. In Surabaya there are quite a number of private tertiary institutions that compete with each other to generate interest from students. Therefore, it is important to better understand the factors that influence the intention of prospective students to choose a private university in the city. The survey method was used in this study through the distribution of questionnaires given to prospective students and they were considering continuing to higher education. There were 100 high school graduates who were used as respondents. The collected data were analysed using regression analysis to test the relationship between the variables of location, accreditation, and tuition fees with the intention to choose a private college. The results obtained state that the three independent variables in this study are proven to have a real role in generating the intention to have a private university in Surabaya.

Abstract

Dalam melakukan sebuah penelitian tentunya harus ada objek yang akan diteliti. Objek yang akan diteliti ini tentunya harus memiliki sebuah tongkak yang menarik, sehingga pada saat melakukan penelitian bisa berjalan dengan lancar. Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan keagamaan spiritual, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya dan masyarakat. Mengoptimalan sebuah pendidikan harus bisa diluar jam pembelajaran semisal bimbingan belajar malam atau les malam. Mahasiswa KKN STKIP PGRI Bangkalan mengambil satu program yakni bimbingan belajar malam dengan tujuan pengoptimalkan pendidikan. Metode yang diambil dalam penelitian ini dengan cara pendekatan ke peserta didik, pendidik, dan masyarakat sekitar. Hasil yang di dapat dari penelitian ini adalah keantusiasan serta respon dari peserta didik dan orang tua pendidik. Program bimbingan yang di jalankan mahasiswa KKN STKIP PGRI Bangkalan sejauh ini berjalan lancar dan suskes sampai hari terakhir.

Abstract

The research described in this study aims to evaluate the extent to which academic performance is influenced by self-efficacy, academic motivation, and information and communication technology resources. This study involved a quantitative design using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The target population is 120 students who are carrying out their studies in the city of Surabaya. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and student academic performance. Students who have a high level of self-efficacy tend to achieve better academic achievements. Apart from that, academic motivation also has a strong influence on academic performance. Motivated students can achieve their academic goals and tend to achieve higher results. Information and communication technology resources were also found to have a significant impact on academic performance. Students who have access to and use information and communication technology in their learning process have greater opportunities to achieve higher academic achievements
