Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan merupakan faktor pembangun perusahaan. Hal ini dikarenakan SDM yang membuat serta menggunakan teknologi. Karyawan merupakan asset berharga yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Meningkatkan kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu strategi yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing. Tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dimiliki namun juga menunmbuhkan loyalitas karyawan kepada perusahaan. Memiliki karyawan yang loyal terhadap perusahaan merupakan salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui pengaruh kualitas hubungan kerja, TQM, dan stres kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Populasi penelitian kuantitatif ini merupakan karyawan di salah satu perusahaan di Surabaya yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan aksesoris komputer. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 158 responden. Data penelitian akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa quality of work life memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada loyalitas karyawan. Selanjutnya TQM juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada loyalitas karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa loyalitas karyawan dipengaruhi oleh stres kerja. Ketiga variabel secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada pembentukan loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

The community chooses to open a small business as an economic activity. MSMEs provide many benefits for the state and society. MSMEs can provide high income for the country and create jobs for the community. For this reason, the government provides assistance as support to MSME actors. However, not all MSME actors can receive government assistance because they do not have a permit. PkM activities are carried out to help the community with the knowledge possessed by the PkM team as academics. The purpose of the PkM activities being carried out at this time is to help MSME actors who do not have a business license to register their business. PKM activities were carried out in Tropodo Waru Village, Sidoarjo. PkM activities were attended by 35 MSME actors. The implementation of the activity ran smoothly with a few obstacles caused by weather conditions. Positive support was obtained by the PkM team from the village, MSME actors, and Sunan Giri University. PkM activities are also used as a means to build good relations from Sunan Giri University in Surabaya to the community, especially in Tropodo Village.

Abstract

This study aims to identify how certain factors, such as internal environmental locus of control and environmental insight, can influence pro-environmental behavior. The research method used involved collecting data through questionnaires distributed via Google form to 100 students from tertiary institutions in the city of Surabaya. The sample in this study was selected through an accidental sampling technique, which means that the respondents were selected by accident according to their availability. The data obtained from the questionnaire will be analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. Multiple linear regression is used to identify the relationship between several independent variables (in this case, internal environmental locus of control and environmental insight) to the dependent variable (pro-environmental behavior). The results of multiple linear regression analysis can provide information about the significant influence of the internal environmental locus of control and environmental insight on pro-environmental behavior

Abstract

This study aims to examine how three factors, namely interpersonal skills, psychological capital, and supervisor support influence the performance of salespeople in a business. In an increasingly competitive business environment, these factors are considered to have a crucial role in shaping individual performance in the sales team. The research method used is quantitative. Questionnaires are used to measure interpersonal skills, psychological capital, supervisor support, and salesperson performance. The collected data can then be analyzed using statistical techniques such as multiple linear regression to examine the influence of the research variables. The results of the data analysis show that interpersonal skills have a significant influence on salesperson performance. This emphasizes the importance of communication skills, building positive relationships, and managing social interactions in achieving successful sales results. Furthermore, psychological capital also has a significant impact on salesperson performance. Psychological factors such as self-confidence, motivation, and psychological well-being can motivate and encourage salespeople to achieve targets and overcome obstacles better. In addition, the findings also show that the support provided by supervisors has a significant effect on salesperson performance. Support in the form of clear directions, and emotional support from supervisors can motivate and assist salespeople in achieving set sales goals

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business literacy and risk tolerance on employee entrepreneurial skills in a business environment. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees from one of the industrial sectors in the city of Surabaya. Accidental sampling was used as a sampling technique in this study. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to examine the effect of business literacy and risk tolerance on employee entrepreneurial skills. The results of this study reveal that business literacy and risk tolerance have a significant influence on employee entrepreneurial skills. Thus, this research contributes to deepening understanding of how business literacy and risk tolerance can affect the level of entrepreneurial skills of employees in a business environment. These findings can serve as a guide for companies in designing more effective training programs to enhance their employees' entrepreneurial skills

Abstract

This study intends to analyze and determine the determinants of job attachment based on the role of performance appraisal, leadership behavior and innovative behavior. A quantitative approach is used in this research and this descriptive research will collect various information to test hypotheses. The number of samples taken using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique based on certain considerations. The basis of consideration used in determining the number of samples is permanent employees. Based on these considerations, the sample taken was 85 employees. The data collected will be identified with the help of the SPSS version 26 application and the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study concludes that work engagement is significantly influenced by performance appraisal, leadership behavior and innovative behavior. Through a deeper understanding of how work engagement, performance appraisal, leadership behavior and innovative behavior are interrelated, it is hoped that organizations can take strategic steps to improve employee work engagement, and ultimately improve overall performance. This research has the potential to provide valuable insights for human resource practitioners, managers and other stakeholders interested in optimizing their organizational effectiveness

Abstract

Competition in the business world is increasingly fierce, making entrepreneurs look for the right strategy to market their products. This research aims to analyze factors that can improve business performance, namely entrepreneurial behavior, business ethics and social capital. The research method used was ex post facto with a questionnaire given to owners and managers of micro businesses in Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. The collected data was analyzed using the regression method to test the influence of the independent variables, namely entrepreneurial behavior, business ethics and social capital, on the dependent variable, namely micro business performance. The results of the study show that entrepreneurial behavior has a significant positive effect on micro business performance. This shows that being proactive, innovative, and oriented to business opportunities can improve micro business performance. In addition, business ethics also have a significant positive influence on micro business performance, demonstrating the importance of operating with integrity and following ethical principles in running a business. Finally, social capital has also been shown to have a significant positive influence on micro business performance, indicating that social networks and relationships between micro business owners and related parties can increase access to resources and business opportunities

Abstract

Work productivity has become a key focus in an increasingly complex and changing business environment. The process of measuring and improving work productivity has become a pressing challenge for organizations in various sectors. This study explains the underlying issues of work productivity and the associated managerial implications. Analysis is conducted on factors that affect productivity, including occupational health and safety, work efficiency and innovative behavior. A quantitative approach was used in this study. The data collected came from a specially designed survey administered to employees. The number of employees who responded to the questionnaire was in accordance with the sample requirement, which was 130 employees from the production division only. These employees are employees of companies located in Sidoarjo City. The data that has been collected will then be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Through SPSS version 26, the proof of data analysis can be seen. From the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that occupational safety and health insurance and work efficiency and innovative behavior have a significant positive effect on work productivity. Occupational safety and health (K3) and work efficiency are the main pillars in creating a productive and sustainable work environment

Abstract

In a dynamic and increasingly competitive business world, organizational effectiveness is a major concern for business leaders and practitioners. However, organizational effectiveness is not solely about achieving financial goals, but also involves deeper aspects, including operational efficiency, innovation, adaptation to market changes, and employee engagement. For this reason, this research was conducted to analyze more deeply the problematization of organizational effectiveness by focusing on various factors that influence it, namely organizational culture, leadership, organizational commitment. This research uses a quantitative approach. This research can be started by collecting data through a specially designed employee survey. the research sample is employees who work in one of the multinational companies in the urban area of Surabaya. The identified employees totaled 150 employees. this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study reveal that of the three independent variables namely organizational culture, leadership and organizational commitment can affect organizational effectiveness. Organizational culture, leadership and organizational commitment have an important role in shaping the identity and performance of an organization

Abstract

The research described in this study aims to evaluate the extent to which academic performance is influenced by self-efficacy, academic motivation, and information and communication technology resources. This study involved a quantitative design using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The target population is 120 students who are carrying out their studies in the city of Surabaya. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and student academic performance. Students who have a high level of self-efficacy tend to achieve better academic achievements. Apart from that, academic motivation also has a strong influence on academic performance. Motivated students can achieve their academic goals and tend to achieve higher results. Information and communication technology resources were also found to have a significant impact on academic performance. Students who have access to and use information and communication technology in their learning process have greater opportunities to achieve higher academic achievements
