Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pola pengembangan karir guru di Pondok Pesantren Cendekia Darul Lutfiyah Murni NW Aikmel Lombok Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pengembangan karir guru di Pondok Pesantren Cendekia Darul Lutviyah Murni NW Aikmel dilakukan melalui aspek internal dan eksternal dengan melibatkan peran kepala sekolah/madrasah, pola pengembangan karir guru dilakukan melalui beberapa ranah yaitu penugasan, kenaikan pangkat dan perbaikan tingkat pendidikan. Beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengembangan karir guru di Pondok Pesantren Cendekia Darul Lutviyah Murni NW Aikmel antara lain masih rendahnya kesadaran sebagian guru terhadap peningkatan karir guru melalui jenjang pendidikan dan pelatihan, rendahnya kompetensi sebagian guru dan rendahnya keinginan guru dalam mengelola. promosi/jabatan karena merasa berada pada posisi yang nyaman.

Abstract

This research examines the strength of land sale and purchase certificates in religious courts and the factors that influence them. The research objective is to find out, explain, analyze and obtain answers about the strength of the land sale and purchase deeds at the Religious Courts and the factors that influence them. This study uses normative/doctrinal legal research methods to find law in concreto cases in the form of determining the legal force of proof of land sale and purchase deeds at the Religious Courts and the factors that influence them. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that first, the strength of the land sale and purchase deed in the Religious Court has perfect and binding strength if the deed is not denied by the opposing party, denied by the opposing party but strengthened by other evidence or photocopy that has been nazegelen (sufficiently stamped), matched with the original which turned out to be appropriate, then the Chairperson of the Assembly was given the code, date and initial of the Chairperson of the Assembly and other evidence was strengthened, and secondly, the factors that influenced the strength of the land sale and purchase deeds at the Religious Court were the fulfillment of formal and material requirements for the deed of sale and purchase, so that the evidence has perfect and binding strength, in accordance with Article 1875 of the Civil Code / BW and the absence of denial by the opposing party on the deed submitted as evidence, the existence of land denial as ownership rights is caused by because of ignorance of one of the parties who litigated well because it did not pe have not bought the land in question, do not know of its existence or the land has been transferred, and the existence of other evidence and local examination by the Panel of Judges (descente) that supports the truth of the deed.

Abstract

A proof by law is essentially a process of determining the substance or essence of the existence of facts obtained through a reasonable measure with a logical thought of the facts of the past which are not clear to be clear facts in relation to the matter examined. Therefore, we conducted legal counseling on the role of evidence of suspicion in the beautiful gatep environment of Taman Sari sub-district, Ampenan sub-district, Mataram City. Which aims to spread widely about the importance of evidence in civil matters especially in the settlement of civil cases which should include evidence of suspicion in evidence as a means or tool to resolve a matter that is key and very important and decisive in resolving civil cases in addition to improving knowledge and awareness of the law in society. The method used in this extension activity is to use the method of lectures and discussions. So it is hoped that participants can better understand the material presented. The target audience for this activity is students, village youths and the general public in the area of Gatep Permai. Based on the results of the evaluation conducted by the counselor after the completion of this counseling activity in general can be said that the new participants know the material presented, due to the lack of knowledge of participants about the role of evidence of suspicion.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Biaya dan Pendapatan Usahatani berbagai komoditi hortikultura di Kecamatan Gerung Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriftif, Penentuan desa sampel dilakukan secara Purposive sampling dan Penentuan jumlah petani responden dilakukan secara quota sampling sebanyak 75 orang . Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Rumus analisis biaya dan pendapatan. Sementara untuk menghitung Kelayakan Usaha, rumus yang digunakan adalah Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui usahatani berbagai komoditi hortikultura layak diusahakan, karena nilai R/Cdari semua komoditi yang diteliti lebih dari satu. Adapun permasalahan yang dihdapai oleh petani responden berbagai jenis sayuran di Kecamatan Gerung Kabupaten Lombok Barat diantaranya adalah hama/penyakit, pengairan, pupuk, obat-obatan, harga, dan iklim ABSTRACT Research aims to know the cost and income farming various horticultural commodities in District Gerung West Lombok Regency. This research is done by the method of Deskriftif, sample village determination is done in Purposive sampling and determination of the number of farmers conducted by quota sampling as much as 75 people. The data analysis method used in this study is to use the formula for cost and income analysis. While calculating the business feasibility, the formula used is the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C). Based on the results of the research is known farming various horticultural commodities are worth the effort, because the value of R/Cfrom All commodities are examined more than one. The problems that were struck by farmers respondents various types of vegetables in the district Gerung West Lombok District among others are pests/diseases, irrigation, fertilizer, medicines, prices, and climate

Abstract

Salah satu kasus sengketa tanah yang menarik perhatian public khususnya di pulau Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat adalah kasus sengketa tanah yang diperiksa, diadili, diputus dan diselesaikan oleh Mahkamah Agung pada peradilan Kasasi sebagaimana Putusan Kasasi Mahkamah Agung Nomor: 1484 K/PDT/2018, tanggal 10 Agustus 2018. Putusan Mahkamah Agung ini sebagai tindak lanjut putusan Pengadilan Tinggi Mataram No. 149/PDT/2017/PT. MTR tanggal 22 Nopember 2017. Penelitian terhadap Putusan Kasasi Mahkamah Agung Nomor: 1484 K/PDT/2018, tanggal 10 Agustus 2018) sebagai graduasi dari penelitian tim peneliti pada penelitian sebelumnya, yaitu penelitian terhadap Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Praya No. 37/Pdt.G/2016/PN.Pya., tanggal 14 Juni 2017 dan Pengadilan Tinggi Mataram No. 149/PDT/2017/PT. MTR tanggal 22 Nopember 2017. Penggugat dalam Putusan Kasasi Mahkamah Agung Nomor: 1484 K/PDT/2018, tanggal 10 Agustus 2018 tersebut adalah bernama Suryo yang menjadikan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat sebagai pihak tergugat. Dalam dalil gugatannya Suryo selaku penggugat mengklaim memiliki tanah sawah seluas ± 41 hektar yang terletak di DesaPuyung, Kecamatan Jonggat, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah yang saat ini dikuasai oleh Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat selakut tergugat. Sedangkan Pemerintah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat mendalilkan bahwa tanah seluas ± 41 hektar bukan hak milik Suryo, melainkan tanah yang harus dikuasai oleh Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat berdasarkan sertifikat hak pakai yang tercatat atas nama Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Dalam penelitian ini dikemukakan 2 (dua) rumusan masalah yang akan diteliti dan dikaji yaitu : (1) Apakah Majelis Hakim Makamah Agung dalam putusan Kasasi Nomor: 1484 K/PDT/2018, tanggal 10 Agustus 2018 telah menerapkan hukum materiel yaitu, substansi UU No. 56 Prp. Tahun 2019 tentang Penetapan Luas Tanah Pertanian, (2) Bagaimana pertimbangan hukum putusan Kasasi Mahkamah Agung Nomor: 1484 K/PDT/2018, tanggal 10 Agustus 2018 terhadap fakta hukum dalam dalil gugatan penggugat dan jawaban tergugat maupun alat-alat bukti yang disampaikan oleh penggugat dan tergugat.

Abstract

Coral reefs are a very complex ecosystem with a fairly high diversity of biota, the existence of coral fish will be greatly affected by the condition of coral reefs, coral transplantation is an effort to restore coral reefs which aims to improve coral reef ecosystems. This study aims to look at the reef fish community in coral transplant media.  Data collection was carried out on January 15 – February 26, 2023. The method used in this study was a survey method. Data was collected using the Underwater Visual Census (UVC) technique and underwater cameras using SCUBA equipment. Data collection was carried out 4 times by looking at diversity, abundance, and categories based on how they eat. The results of this study obtained 6 families belonging to 13 genera and 15 species of reef fish with a total of 549 individuals. The categories of fish found consisted of 4 categories, namely 3 species of carnivores, 2 species of herbivores, 8 species of omnivores, and 2 species of corallivores. The diversity index value (H') was 1.662, the uniformity index (E) was 0.613, and the dominance index value (C) was 0.266.
