Abstract

The professional ethic codes is the moral basis and guidance of professional behavior that is upheld, implemented and secured by every member of the professional organization of guidance and counseling of Indonesia, including the Guidance and Counseling’s Teacher of SMP/MTs (Secondary Schools) in Kudus Regency. The result of the survey on the implementation of the professional ethic codes towards the Guidance and Counseling’s Teachers of Secondary Schools in Kudus Regency shows that the scores and categories are as follows: Introduction 85% (Very High); Qualifications, Competencies, and Activities 84% (Very High); Implementation of Service 78% (High); Violations and Sanctions 33% (Very Low); and The total score average is 74.22% (High). The Professional Ethic Codes of Counselor in Secondary Schools (MTs/SMP) in Kudus Regency have been well implemented by teachers which means that teachers of Guidance and Counseling at schools have applied and obey the Professional Ethic Codes.

Abstract

Manajemen bimbingan dan konseling adalah segala upaya atau cara yang digunakan untuk mendayagunakan secara optimal semua komponen atau sumber daya (tenaga, dana, sarana-prasarana) dan sistem informasi berupa himpunan data bimbingan dan konseling untuk menyelenggarakan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Permendikbud Nomor 111 Tahun 2014 diterbitkan untuk menjadi acuan baru pelaksanaan tata kelola bimbingan dan konseling mulai dari planning, organizing, staffing, leading dan controlling.

Abstract

Teacher is the main factor in education. The teacher quality improvement is compulsory to be done in the internalization of character building. This is only can be done if teacher as a model of the students can show the good characterized personality. This article aimed to explore about how important to design teacher training to enhance teacher with smart personality.

Abstract

This research aims to unveil the improvement of elementary school student’s conceptual understanding through the implementation of E-Jas Science Edutainment. This research is a pre-experimental research with the design of one group pretest and posttest. The sample of the research uses purposive sampling technique. The result of the Normalized-Gain research shows that there is an improvement of student’s achievement under the criteria of medium (28.57%) and high (71.43 %). The classical result shows the normalized gain of 71% or 0.71, which means that student’s improvement was really high. The result shows that the implementation of E-JAS Science Edutainment can improve student’s learning achievement.
