Abstract

The learning activities about basic moves of Martial Art at class VII of SMPN 1 Salimpaung were not optimally done yet. As a result, the expected learning outcomes were not succesfully obtained. Thus, a new instructional design needs to be developed. This research apllied the ADDIE model that consisted of five phases : analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The learning model used was the tactical model. A syllabus, lesson plans, handouts, and a learning implementation guide were developed in this research. The instruments used were interviews, observation, validation questionnaires, and a test to measure the learning outcomes. The data were analyzed by using the qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The research result shows that instructional design was valid, practical, and effective to be applied in the learning process.

Abstract

Pencak silat course is one of the Important practical courses at Universitas Negeri Padang. The unavailability of teaching media that is in accordance with the model and learning method used is the main problem that will be solved in this study. The purpose of this study is to produce teaching media (videos) that are in accordance with the learning model used today (blended learning) and can be used in the process of learning activities. The stages/methods of implementing this research use the ADDIE model development method which has 5 phases of interrelated activities. The research was carried out in the Physical Education, Healt and Recreation Departemen Universitas Negeri Padang with 200 students as respondent and 5 user lecturers. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study are 7 audio-visual media (video) each 5 minutes in duration that has met the Valid and Practical categories for use in pencak silat courses at the Sports Science faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang

Abstract

Masih banyak sekolah yang belum melaksanakan pengajaran pencak silat ini. Dengan kata lain, sebahagian besar sekolah belum melaksanakan pengajaran dan pembinaan pencak silat. Melihat permasalahan di atas, penulis ingin memberikan sumbangan pikiran untuk lebih mendorong usaha pembinaan dan pengembangan pencak silat di sekolah-sekolah. Melalui bimbingan teknis ini diharapkan guru-guru pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dapat menyusun bahan ajar dan memberikan perhatiannya untuk melakukan pembinaan pencak silat di sekolah tempat mereka bertugas. Selain itu diharapkan jga pembelajaran encak silat bukan hanya memberikan bekal gerak, bela diri saja, tetapi juga mengembangkan kemampuan membentuk kepribadian, disiplin dan rasa tanggung jawab serta terpupuk pula rasa silaturrahmi dengan berbagai pihak sehingga berusaha menghindari perselisihan dan bentrok dengan orang lain dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang dominan digunakan adalah metode ceramah, demontrasi dan simulasi gerakan. Berdasarkan evaluasi diperoleh hasil bahwa terjadi peningkatan guru PJOK di Kabupaten Tanah Datar yang signifikan, yang meliputi pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pembinaan mental dalam pembelajaran Pencak Silat.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low montong dollyo chagi ability of athletes of Taekwondo Dojang Head of Sub-District VII Koto Sungai Sariak, Padang Pariaman Regency. This study aims to determine how much the variable contribution of leg muscle explosive power to the ability of montong dollyo chagi. The population in this study were athletes of Taekwondo Dojang Head VII Koto Sungai Sariak, Padang Pariaman Regency, the sample was drawn using purposive sampling technique, so that 11 people were obtained as a sample. The data were collected using a standing board jump test for the explosive power of the leg muscles, and the dollyo chagi kick test with a dollyo chagi speed test with a test time of 10 seconds. The data analysis was processed using the product moment correlation technique. Based on the product moment correlation calculation, the results showed that there was a significant relationship between leg muscle explosive power and the athlete's montong dollyo chagi ability with a contribution of 63.68%.

Abstract

Wasit dikatakan profesional apabila seorang wasit dapat melaksanakan peraturan permainan dengan baik, memiliki kondisi fisik yang baik dan tentu dipengaruhi oleh mental yang baik. Mental memiliki peranan yang sangat tinggi dalam kesuksesan kepemimpinan wasit. Kondisi mentel memiliki korelasi besar terhadap kesiapan fisik, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi penerapkan peraturan permainan dengan baik. Sebaliknya, mental yang buruk dapat mempengaruhi fisik seorang wasit dalam memimpin dan dapat mempengaruhi setiap keputusan yang diambil dalam penerapan peraturan pertandingan tenis. Kondisi ini sangat banyak terjadi di wasit-wasit pemula. Demikian pula pada wasit PELTI Sumatera Barat. PELTI Sumatera Barat, merupakan salah satu Pengcap yang rutin mengadakan pelatihan dan penataran wasit. Menurut tingkatannya pelatihan tersebut mulai dari tingkat yang paling rendah dengan level 1, level II (white badge), level III (bronze badge), level IV (silver badge) dan level V (gold badge). Tingkatan tersebut menjadi syarat bagi seorang wasit tenis untuk dapat bertugas di turnamen Internasional. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka akan disusun program-program yang diberikan pada para wasit terkait penanganan gangguan psikologis sebelum memimpin bertandaing. Jenis program yang diberikan berupa pelatihan tentang penanganan gangguan psikologis. Metode yang akan diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Partisipation Active Learning system (PALS). Seluruh peserta akan terlibat aktif dalam setiap materi yang diberikan. Teknik evaluasi ketercapain program adalah berupa uji keterampilan. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah berupa peningkatan pemahaman (softskill) para wasit terkait penanganan gangguan psikologis.

Abstract

Mata kuliah pencak silat merupakan salah satu mata kuliah praktek wajib di FIK UNP. Tidak tersedianya media ajar yang sesuai dengan model dan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan merupakan masalah utama yang akan diselesaikan dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan media ajar (video) yang sesuai dengan model pembelajaran yang digunakan saat ini (blended learning) dan bisa digunakan dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Tahapan/metode pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan ADDIE model yang memiliki 5 fase kegiatan yang saling berkaitan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di program studi pendidikan olahraga fakultas ilmu keolahragaan universitas negeri padang dengan jumlah responden uji coba produk sebanyak 200 orang mahasiswa dan 4 orang dosen pengguna. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi, wawancara dan menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah media ajar dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran pencak silat secara Blended learning (syncromous & asyncronous), terdiri atas 5 buah media audio visual (video) masing-masing berdurasi 5 menit dan telah memenuhi kategori Valid dan Praktis digunakan dalam mata kuliah pencak silat di Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Padang.

Abstract

Preliminary research results show that conventional gymnastics learning and online media in the form of e-learning at the Department of Physical Education, Faculty of Sports Science, have not been able to produce students' gymnastic skills to the fullest, especially for round back roll movements. Therefore it is necessary to design a digital-based exercise learning device with the aim of making it easier for students to understand learning and lecture material, specifically for round back roll material. This research was conducted to produce e-RPS and e-Modules for digital-based gymnastics learning that meet valid, practical and effective criteria for students of the Department of Sports Education, Faculty of Sports Science. Operationally, the design of the e-RPS and e-Module is manifested in the form of learning links and also in the form of pdfs and videos. This research is Research and Development (R&D). The design development process refers to the development of the Ploom & Nieveen model which consists of the preliminary research, prototyping phase, and assessment phase. Field trials were carried out at the Department of Sports Education, Faculty of Sports Science. The results of the study were obtained by the level of effectiveness of the development of digital-based floor gymnastics learning on round back roll material with a gain n score of 60.73%, with a moderately effective category.

Abstract

Another problem faced by the tourism management community in the Simawang district is the lack of knowledge and expertise in tourism management, both in terms of administration, organization and management of existing facilities and infrastructure. The lack of insight and knowledge of the tourism management community in IT development also has an impact on the lack of tourism promotion through social media that is currently developing. The solution to overcome these problems is by implementing a program to increase the insight and knowledge of the tourism management community related to management, administration, promotion, marketing and the ability to use IT. In addition, the solution provided is also in terms of increasing the quality and quantity of tourist objects from existing natural and regional potentials, namely through the development of sport tourism, such as water sports using kayaking. This community service or partnership activity includes; participant recruitment, implementation of training activities, coaching, guidance and development of activities using the Participation Actions Learning System (PALS) method, real development by tourism managers through partner participation in training and coaching and activity evaluation.
