Abstract

This qualitative research aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of online learning in the Covid-19 Pandemic. In general, the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic positively impacts the continuity of education in Indonesia. This research method is obtained from online observations and Scoping reviews. Literature is obtained from various databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, Crossref Search. Furthermore, the literature was mapped in several parts so that 40 appropriate literature was obtained and could be used regarding teaching and learning activities in schools and the higher education environment. The study results show that online learning is currently considered adequate to replace conventional learning, but several factors related to the implementation of learning must be considered.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kecemasan kelas XII siswa SMA/SMK di Kecamatan Cibuaya terhadap pembelajaran penjas dari rumah tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskrptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen pernyataan berupa angket dengan teknik data analisis menggunakan statistik deskrtiptif dengan persentase. Poopulasi dalam penelitiannini adalah siswa kelassXII SMA/SMK di Kecamatan Cibuaya dengannmenggunakannteknik Purposive Sampling beserta responden yang berjumlah 139 siswa. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dan informasi yang diberikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan siswa dalam mata pelajaran penjas dari rumah masuk kedalam kategori “SangattTinggi” 7 responden dengan persentase 5%, kategorim“Tinggi” 26 responden dengan persentasen19%, kategorin“Sedang” 62 responden dengannpersentase 45%, kategorin“Rendah” 35 responden dengan persentase 25%, dan kategori “SangatnRendah” 9 responden dengan persentase 6%.

Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini adalah mengkaji dan memaparkan profil pemimpin pendidikan masa depan islami yang mampu menghadapi masalah kompleks. Hasil kajian menjelaskan bahwa profil pemimpin tersebut adalah yang memiliki kemampuan: 1) Pemimpin yang kuat keyakinannya secara spiritual dan religi, mengenai nilai-nilai kehidupan positif yang dianut, dan dipercayainya atau dengan kata lain yang beriman dan bertakwa serta beramal sholeh dengan berpegang pada kehendak Tuhan Yang Maha Rahim; 2) Pemimpin yang kuat jiwanya, sehingga mampu merealisasikan kebijaksanaan dan cinta kasih dalam kehidupan ini. Hal ini dapat dinyatakan pula bahwa pemimpin harus memiliki jiwa yang kuat dan sehat secara mental, fisik dan rohani, dan memiliki kearifan, kebijakan dan keluhuran budi; 3) Pemimpin yang kuat secara psikologi sehingga telah mempersiapkan dirinya untuk menjadi pemimpin, dalam hal ini kebutuhan dasar sebagai individu manusia telah terpenuhi, sehingga tujuan sebagai pemimpin adalah mengaktualisasikan dirinya dan membalas budi pada kehidupan ini dari apa yang diberikan oleh kehidupan padanya. Dengan kata lain memiliki fisik yang sehat dan kuat; 4) Pemimpin yang kuat dalam bermasyarakat, sehingga dapat menjaga keseimbangan interaksi yang timbul dari berbagai hubungan dalam masyarakat yang rawan akan berbagai konflik. Tentunya ini memerlukan kemampuan membina dan membangun hubungan baik antar pribadi dengan pribadi, pribadi dengan kelompok maupun kelompok dengan kelompok.

Abstract

LEADERSHIP STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SMP) TEACHERS IN KARAWANG. Education at the secondary level is a first step in a journey of a protege life where this is a serious thing in a management of an educational institution at the junior level (SMP). Therefore an education at junior level requires a competitive leadership quality in being able to build a new strategy in improving teacher quality. If observed the quality of junior high school teachers in Karawang regency in particular requires a freshness in an education management process, where every educational institution requires a leader figure who can improve the teachers quality. Thus, a school leader must have a strategic in managing teachers and staff. So this study aims to determine the extent to which strategic management has been done in improving the quality of junior high school teachers in Karawang. Research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted on the leader in junior high school in Karawang regency, with research time from March to December 2015. While in the preparation of this study, the authors take field research where to obtain accurate and objective data, the researchers come directly to the location of research that is in Karawang regency.

Abstract

Geometry Transformation courses is contained visuals (diagrams, graphs, tables), images, equations, and interpretations. So that in order to understand it, students must have good mathematical representation ability. Furthermore, this article examines the comparison of the improvement of students' mathematical representation abilities in Transformation Geometry courses. Comparisons were made on three groups selected purposively with subject matching techniques. The results showed that in the 95% confidence level there was a difference in the increase in students' mathematical representation ability between those who received learning by using van hiele theory-based teaching materials assisted by Geometer's Sketchpad software, and students who learned the van hiele theory assisted by Geometer's Sketchpad software and students who obtained learning with constructivism theory.

Abstract

The development of science and technology, at the moment is increasingly rapid. Therefore the world of education must be able to adapt it to the learning process, namely by implementing a curriculum to determine the quantity and quality of education outcomes, the good and bad results of education depend on "Quality of curriculum implementation", the most important thing in curriculum implementation is the quantity and quality of the learning process. To obtain relevant information data in this study, using the method of quality concept analysis The implementation of the curriculum in learning inquiry concepts through theoretical analysis. Researchers identify, study and then synthesize research data to gain an understanding of the quality of curriculum implementation in learning that can be directly observed. Research data was collected through literature studies of various theoretical documents. The researcher interprets the data and facts to obtain an explanation of the concept of curriculum implementation in learning. The writing of this article aims to examine the concept of curriculum implementation in effective, efficient and productive learning in achieving the learning objectives set in the curriculum. Achieving learning objectives can be supported by the roles and functions of professionalism of teachers/educators in determining and implementing: 1) Implementation of the curriculum in learning with activities include: planning, implementing, evaluating and improving learning that is useful for increasing the quantity and quality of learning objectives. 2) The process of implementing the curriculum in learning is in accordance with the goals and achievements set by using various approaches / models, media, methods, techniques, and learning strategies and managing the learning process in the classroom and outside the classroom efficiently. 3) Learning outcomes that oriented to the quantity and quality of repairs can solve various problems.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes are tangible skills that can be measured in the form of knowledge, skills and attitudes as active interactions between subjects and learning objects during the learning process to achieve learning outcomes. One important factor is how much effectiveness the implementation of classroom-based assessment and teacher competence in improving student learning outcomes. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach and survey methods using questionnaires and interviews. The population is 135 people, a sample of 60 people in the Bandung Regency Cluster 8 Middle School teachers fill out a questionnaire. There is a significant influence of variable (X1) on variable (Y) of r = 0.784, and r2 = 0.614. Shows that the variable (X1) determinant factors to the variable (Y) gives a positive influence so that changes in the variable (Y), influenced by other factors. There is a significant influence of variable (X2) on variable (Y) r = 0.493, and r2 = 0.243. This shows that the variable (X2) determinant factors to the variable (Y) gives a positive effect so that changes in the variable (Y) are influenced by other factors. There is a significant influence between variable (X1) and variable (X2) with variable (Y) r = 0.787, and r2 = 0.620, regression equation: Y = 41.164 + 0.427 X2. Containing a significant understanding is to be expected, if an increase in variable (X1) and variable (X2) is one point, there will be a change in variable (Y) of 0.427 points. To achieve quality schools, the improvement in student learning outcomes is positively influenced by two determinant factors together, the effectiveness of classroom-based assessments and teacher competency where the improvement in student learning outcomes is subjected to the creation of quality schools. Based on the conclusions and it is recommended that the effectiveness of classroom-based assessments and teacher competencies should be further improved in the ability (ability) to manage the class, so that student learning outcomes will increase and quality in accordance with the objectives of national education. Abstract

This paper seeks to describe the concept of implementation and learning outcomes based on character values ​​as an effort to achieve the goals to be achieved by an individual / community group in order to improve lives in the present and the future effective and efficient, so it needs a variety of support resources that must be met so that learning can be implemented optimally. This study uses a concept analysis method of Character-Based Learning Values " concept inquiry through theoretic analysis. The researcher identifies, studies and then studies research data to gain an understanding of the character-based learning values ​​in learning that can be directly observed. Research data were collected through observation and interviews, library research from various theoretical documents. technical analysis of the data used is an interactive model through the stages of data collection, data reductional, data display, and conclusion / verifying. Analytic results of the study 1. Concepts of character-based learning values ​​can be applied and have an impact on the learning process, special in the achievement of predetermined learning goals, in improving skills, knowledge, attitude skills and behavioral skills. 2) The implementation of value-based learning can be carried out with the power of support, teachers, students, parents and the environment, although in its implementation in the educational process can not optimal support the learning process due to limited resources, 3) The results of value-based learning can a conservative role, creative, critical, evaluative, productive and innovative continuous towards improving the benefit of the people.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the author's interest in the implementation of learning from home in class XI volleyball learning at SMAN 1 Banyusari. The implementation of learning from home (BDR) is a method of learning from home for learners to still get education during the covid-19 pandemic. The goal is to find out how the process in the implementation of learning from home on volleyball learning in the current pandemic period. This study uses survey methods with a quantitative approach. This data collection technique uses a statement instrument in the form of a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using deskrtiptive statistics with percentages. The population in this study is a student of SMAN 1 Banyusari class with using Random Sampling Techniques and respondents of 35 students. Based on the results of research and money information provided so that the minimum value = 235, maximum value = 520, average value = 370, standard deviation = 67.68 and concluded that the implementation of learning from home on volleyball learning category "very low" 7 respondents with a percentage of 20%, "low" category 3 respondents with a percentage of 8.57%, category "medium" 2 respondents with a percentage of 5.71%, category "high" 0 respondents, category "very high" 23 respondents with a percentage of 65.71%

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Berbasis Website Dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Pendidikan. Kemampuan mengembangkan agenda yang komprehensif mulai dari tahap mengidentifikasi kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kualitas pendidikan yang banyak MTs belum mampu lakukan. Miftahul Huda Tegal waru Kab. Karawang. Oleh karena itu, sasaran dalam pengabdian ini adalah (a) menyebarluaskan pemahaman konsep, pemahaman fungsi sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan dan mutu pendidikan; (b) memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta tentang penggunaan aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan dan (c) memberikan keterampilan teknis dalam penggunaan aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan. Melalui metode pendampingan (ceramah, konseling, konseling, dan praktik persiapan), hasil pengabdian yang didukung oleh data pre-test dan post-test telah mampu meningkatkan aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan komitmen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan tentang konsep dan strategi untuk menggunakan aplikasi sistem manajemen. pendidikan berbasis website dan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepercayaan para pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam memberikan pelayanan pendidikan yang berkualitas di MTs. Miftahul Huda Tegal waru Kab. Karawang. Dari sisi perilaku, instrumen layanan menunjukkan optimisme bahwa kualitas layanan informasi dan kualitas pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di MTs. Miftahul Huda Tegal waru Kab. Karawang, akan lebih baik, baik dari segi proses input, pengolahan dan penyajian data informasi, akan mampu mendukung pendidikan yang berkualitas secara efektif, efisien dan produktif.
