Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau merupakan sebuah intansi yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan yang berjalan sudah 12 tahun. Dalam proses Pendidikan terhadap mahasiswa pihak Univeritas Muhammadiyah Riau juga membantu dalam penyaluran beasiswa dari Pemerintah Provinsi Riau yaitu beasiswa Bidikmisi (Biaya Pendidikan Mahasiswa Miskin Berprestasi). Permasalahan yang sering muncul ketika melakukan penyeleksian calon penerima beasiswa yaitu terjadi kesulitan dalam penyeleksian calon penerima mahasiswa dengan kondisi banyaknya mahasiswa yang mendaftar beasiswa dengan kriteria yang banyak sehingga penyeleksian kurang mendetail dan Ketatnya persaingan antara mahasiswa dan tipisnya perbedaan kondisi mahasiswa sehingga menyulitkan pemberian beasiswa yang lebih tepat sasaran. Untuk mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan dalam pemberian beasiswa yang kurang tepat dan membuat data penyeleksian beasiswa lebih tersistemisasi maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai alat bantu bagi para pengambil keputusan dengan menambahkan kebijaksanaan manusia menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarcy Proces (AHP) sehingga meringankan pekerjaan tim penyeleksi yang dilakukan setiap program studi. Hasil yang dicapai dalam pengimplementasian sistem pendukung keputusan ini yaitu dapat merekomendasikan calon penerima beasiswa dimana tampilan data mahasiswa calon beasiswa pada sistem diurutkan dari nilai terbesar hingga terkecil dengan status rekomendasi apabila nilai mencapai standar yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

Profil Desa Sei Simpang dua masih belum efektif dan efisien dalam melakukan penyebaran informasi yang menyebabkan warga setempat perlu datang ke kantor desa untuk mengetahui informasi yang terkini terkait Desa Sei Simpang Dua. Dalam hal ini, pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan untuk membantu masyarakat agar memanfaatkan internet dalam mencari dan mengetahui perkembangan desa terkait kegiatan-kegiatan, potensi desa secara lengkap melalui website profil desa. Website Profile Desa Sei Simpang Dua ini dikelola oleh instansi pemerintahan desa sehingga diharapkan dapat mempermudah warga setempat untuk mengetahui informasi yang ada di Desa Sei Simpang Dua secara maksimal dan juga masyarakat luas dapat mengakses informasi yang dibutuhkan kapanpun dan dimanapun.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the most promising ecosystems for economic sectors worldwide. A strong tourism sector directly contributes to the country's national income, fights unemployment, and improves the balance of payments. Tourism development can be seen from the increase in arrivals to a nation; based on data obtained from the UNWTO from 1995-2019, it has increased and decreased. The sudden increase and decrease in tourists will have positive and negative impacts. Forecasting is an activity to predict events that will occur in the future by taking data from the past. So this study will expect tourist arrivals to a country using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. SVM has properties about maximizing margins and kernel tricks to map nonlinear data. The results obtained in this study indicate that SVM Confidence is 86.3%, has a MAPE value of 56.00%, and an RMSE worth of 11126.36 from the total data of 53 countries. And forecasting is carried out in 5 countries with the highest tourist visits. The results obtained are excellent: SVM Confidence of 99.13%, a MAPE value of 2.78%, and an RMSE value of 2783.57.

Abstract

Higher education is one of the organizations that has a pretty complicated business process, in which each department has the obligation to coordinate closely with one another, exchange data, make reports, conduct calculations, and make executive summaries as material for leaders to use in the formation of policies. On the other hand, certain industries have developed information systems that are constructed in a distinct manner in accordance with the business processes that are carried out. Because of this, the data that is stored will not be uniform. As a result, the planning of information systems that integrate college business functions requires the use of enterprise architecture. The Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method, which has been customized to fit within the Zachman framework, is the approach that is taken. This study will ultimately result in the production of a blueprint that will serve as the basis for the planning of an information system. The research was carried out over the course of seven stages. The initial phase of the research into the EAP and the Zachman framework, which focuses on the literature. The second stage is the gathering of data, which consists of making firsthand observations at universities and conducting interviews with the director of the SIMFOKOM UIR division. In the third stage, you will initiate the planning that will decide the scope of the EAP, as well as the initialization of the college's vision and mission statements. In the fourth stage, a business modeling analysis will be carried out. The fifth step provides an overview of the present circumstances at the college. This is the sixth step of the planning process for the data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. The final step is developing a strategy for carrying out the decisions made during the architectural planning stage. The findings of this research were presented in the form of blueprints, which may be utilized by businesses for the purpose of system planning in educational institutions.

Abstract

This service focuses on MSMEs in Sei Simpang Dua Village, Kampar Regency, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Riau Province. The purpose of this service is to meet customer needs and make it easier for MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) players to disseminate information related to products in the village, as well as support government programs, namely smart villages and be able to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0, namely the importance of digital transformation with a vision towards village digitalization. This service method includes observation, training, monitoring and evaluation. So that the results of this service are in the form of utilizing e-commerce applications that have been built for the village of sei simpang dua with 3 menus including the home menu, product menu and basket menu. The home menu contains general information, the product menu displays all products from the village of sei simpang dua and the basket menu displays the number of items and the total shopping price.
