Abstract

This study aims to find out about the Management of the Implementation of the Program for Handling the Poor at the Kendari City Social Service. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the management of the implementation of the poor program carried out by the Kendari City Social Service is management carried out by taking into account the level of problems, objectives, strategies, activity programs, results to be achieved and schedule of activities. Likewise, the objectives and strategies are carried out in accordance with the existing activity programs at the Social Service in terms of handling the poor. the existing social masters so that they still need the next stage to be able to accommodate the poor. The schedule of activities is all carried out with an emphasis on the action plans carried out by the Social Service in every activity carried out as well as the existing poor program activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of coordination on employee work effectiveness at the Regional Secretariat of Kendari City. By using questionnaire data collection techniques, documentation and interviews with informants who are considered potential to provide information about the coordination system and work effectiveness at the Kendari City Regional Secretariat.Then to test the hypothesis, statistical analysis techniques are used through simple linear regression, which is to find out the relationship between the independent variables (X), namely coordination and non-independent variables (Y), namely the effectiveness of employees in Kendari City. Testing the hypothesis is used version 22 of the Statistics Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that coordination has a significant influence on the effectiveness of Employee Work in the Regional Secretariat of Kendari City. The results of testing the Spearman-Brown Correlation coefficient indicate that coordination has a relatively large contribution to work effectively in the Regional Secretariat of Kendari City. This means that the better the coordination is carried out, the higher the work effectiveness of employees. In this study, it was also found that the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the ten sections and twenty-nine sub-sections had not been implemented properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of leadership in increasing employee productivity in the Lalolara sub-district, Kecamatan Kambu Kendari city. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative which describes the data obtained from the field, and the data obtained from the results of interviews with informants, namely: village heads, secretaries, personnel, staff, and the community. Then the data is analyzed and draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the analysis and discussion that have been explained, that the leadership role in the Lalolara Lurah Office has been carried out well and full of responsibility, especially in determining the vision and mission of the Lalolara Lurah Office, which can be seen from three indicators, namely; The role of leadership as a search path, the role of the leader as a harmonic and the role of the leader as an empowerer of the three indicators have been carried out well and quite satisfactorily. Meanwhile, in the work productivity of employees using four indicators, namely: ability, improving the work achieved, morale, and self-development. of the four indicators, then based on the results of the study show that in improving the work results achieved is still not quite satisfactory
