Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of job stress on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods with SPSS software version 21. The sample used for data collection amounted to 44 employees using saturated sampling with all the parts in PT Rahayu Perdana Trans Branch Jakarta. The results showed that based on analysis of correlation coefficient test has a significant 2-tailed relationship of 0.746 this means that job stress and employee performance have a strong and direct positive relationship. The coefficient of determination has influence between work stress and employee performance with the result of contribution given equal to 55,7% and the rest influenced by other factor outside this research. And the regression equation shows that every addition of 1 unit of motivation, Y = -26,314 + 1,515X, then there will be addition of 1,515 unit at employee performance. Preferably, PT Rahayu Perdana Trans Branch Jakarta can maintain and motivate employees so that employee performance increases.

Abstract

This study is to examine whether the financial statements made by the issuer have provided reliable and relevant information. Investors, securities sales agents and creditors are the respondents who will answer the questionnaire. The respondents were asked to comment on the reliability and relevance of the company's financial statements used as the basis for their decision making. The research sample was selected randomly based on the group of financial report users who periodically use the issuer's financial statements in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for decision making. questionnaires were sent to 200 respondents. There were 50 respondents' answers that were analyzed using the match pairs sign test method. The results showed that the issuer's financial statements on IDX tended to present information that was less relevant but the user considered that the accounting information presented was still reliable.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) bagi perusahaan sangat diperlukan untuk menjalankan aktivitas organisasinya sebagai pelaksana penting dalam mengelola produksi agar tercapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan salah satu syarat untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan yang erat kaitannya dengan hasil produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Restu Prima Mandiri Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data meliputi metode observasi, metode kuesioner dan metode dokumentasi. Kuesioner disebar kepada 40 responden dengan menggunakan skala likert. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,775, menunjukan hubungan variabel tersebut kuat antara K3 terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 61,7% artinya variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) sebesar 61,7% dan sisanya 38,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan hasil persamaan uji regresi diperoleh nilai Y = 12,261 + 0,716X, menunjukan bahwa tanpa ada (K3) maka produktivitas kerja sebesar 12,261 dan setiap penambahan 1 (satu) K3 maka produktivitas akan meningkat sebesar 0,716 atau sebaliknya, jika ada penurunan untuk keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja maka akan mempengaruhi produktivitas sebesar 0,716.

Abstract

Abstract. Nowadays, payment systems in the digital era use more electronic money than physical money; one of the famous ones is OVO e-wallet. OVO has supported in some various merchandises, so that people can easily download and use it. Moreover, the trust of the community is very important that OVO continues to be used in every online transaction in almost every places and vendors. The purpose of this study is to study the factors that influence the use of OVO by its consumers. The location of the research in Depok, West Java, Indonesia. The number of respondents is 123 persons; who were surveyed by online using the convenience sampling methods. This type of research is a quantitative research with explanatory analysis. The analysis technique uses validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing by using the AMOS application as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that the perceived ease of use, trust, and benefits significantly influence the combination of OVO use. Based on the results of the research, the research proves that OVO can convince the users of the data in the OVO application that confidentiality is guaranteed so that OVO can be trusted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Human Resources has a very important role in developing and achieving the goals of the organization, in addition to organizational performance is also based on the human factor. In order to obtain reliable and professional staff, good activities are required, including recruitment and selection process in the early stages. Good recruitment and selection activities are expected to produce well-performing candidates. To form a qualified workforce it is necessary to determine the qualifications of the required workforce and place it in the right position, so that the company's goals will be achieved. To achieve the goals of the company then required a good workforce planning for each division or department within the company. With the existence of manpower planning, it is expected the company will obtain information relating to the determination of the quality of labor required by the company to fill the existing positions effectively. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu Watchout di Giant Dept Store Bintaro. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel citra merek diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,401 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,829 dengan kriteria baik. Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 8,943 + 0,863X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,783 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 61,4%. Uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Service is an activity to serve customer needs. Companies engaged in products or services can provide the best service so that they can provide satisfaction to customers. The research objective was to find out how much influence the service had on customer aging at the Primary Outpatient Clinic of Sukamaju Tapos Depok. This research is a quantitative study with data calculation using SPSS version 16. The population taken is the average data of patient visits in a day, namely 79 patients. The sample in this study was 65 samples using the random sampling method. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a total of 30 (thirty) statement items. Based on data analysis, the results of the study on a correlation coefficient of 0.872 indicate that service quality has a strong relationship with customer satisfaction. From the determination coefficient test, it was found that the contribution of service variables to patient satisfaction was 79.4% and the remaining 20.6% was influenced by other variables not examined by the author. The simple regression results obtained 13,878 showed good with unidirectional constants and it can be concluded that the effect of service quality on satisfaction at the Sukamaju clinic has a significant effect. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Employee performance very important for an organization, one of them is the purpose of employee performance is to improve the discipline of work employees so as to achieve the purpose of obtaining a good performance. The research was conducted to know the influence of discipline employees can be transferred to these pay rises on performance he would do to PT Selaras lawang Sewu Jakarta. Sample used is sample saturated with use likert scale, to measure the magnitude of variable influence is used test a correlation coefficient, test the coefficients determined and test the regression equation is linear simple with the help of application program computer IBM SPSS 21. Methods used in this research is observation, the questionnaire and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis done. That the value a correlation coefficient of 0,728 which means strong and had links positive between discipline of the performance of employees. Employee performance affected by the discipline to employee performance. Employee performance influenced by the discipline of 53% and the rest 47% influenced by other factors out research. The results of the regression equation of Y = 9,368 + 0,776X every unit and the X up by 0,776

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Alam Indah Property in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 40.9%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (8,320> 1,661). Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 42.1%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (7.551> 1.661). Price and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 10.311 + 0.406X1 + 0.345X2 and the contribution of the effect is 50.6%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (47.631> 2,700).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi karyawan pada PT Trisentosa Adhirajasa Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah responden 30 orang, dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan perhitungan uji koefisien korelasi, uji determinasi, dan uji persamaan regresi, dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Pada perhitungan koefisien korelasi didapatkan hasil sebesar 0,693 yang berarti disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi pegawai memiliki hubungan kuat. Perhitungan uji koefisien determinasi didapatkan hasil sebesar 48,0% yang berarti pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi pegawai, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 52,0% yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Untuk hasil uji persamaan regresi didapakan sebesar Y = 18,224 + 0,598X itu berarti setiap kenaikan satuan Disiplin Kerja meningkat sekitar 0,598.
