Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of lifestyle and product quality on interest in buying Yamaha NMAX motorcycles with promotion as a mediating variable. Data were collected through questionnaires to 55 respondents who owned Yamaha NMAX motorcycles in Jakarta, data collection used purposive sampling technique. The collected data is processed by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method with the SmartPLS 3.0 software tool. The results show that lifestyle has a significant effect on promotion and buying interest, product quality has a significant effect on promotion and buying interest, promotion does not significantly affect buying interest, promotion is not a good mediating variable on buying interest.

Abstract

Empowerment of women has the aim of developing all the potential that women have, this empowerment is carried out through activities that can improve the welfare of women, especially helping improve the family economy. Methods of data collection with technical triangulation, to test the credibility of the data is done by checking the data to the same source with different techniques, in other words when the researcher has obtained data from the interview method, it is necessary to check again with other methods such as observation and documentation. So that it can be ascertained that the data is considered valid. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis is carried out, this analysis is used to formulate qualitatively and holistically both the internal and external environment of the entity being observed. The results of the research, First, the deepening of several industrial centers in the village of Sukajaya, Sukabumi District has different dynamics and characteristics. such as identity, age and education and the length of time workers have worked in centers in the location of this study, and Fourth, in order to realize the empowerment of women workers, integrated support is needed, both local agencies and community institutions (civil society), the private sector and educational institutions.  Keywords: Empowerment, women

Abstract

Perubahan dalam bentuk renovasi yang dilakukan oleh Citrus department store Botani Square Bogor, menyebabkan perubahan suasana toko yang ada di toko. Dengan perubahan dalam suasana toko, respons konsumen terhadap lingkungan belanja (respons emosional) juga akan berubah dan mengarah pada pembelian impulsif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek positif atmosfer toko dari respons emosional, mengetahui pengaruh positif atmosfer toko terhadap pembelian impulsif, menyelidiki pengaruh respons emosional positif terhadap pembelian impulsif, dan mengetahui respons emosional yang memediasi hubungan toko. atmosfer pada pembelian impulsif. Desain penelitian adalah studi kausal yang melibatkan satu variabel eksogen dan dua variabel endogen. Data penelitian ini adalah data interval dengan data primer melalui kuesioner yang menggunakan skala 5 likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atmosfir toko memiliki efek positif pada respons emosional, pengaruh atmosfer toko positif terhadap pembelian impulsif, respons emosional pengaruh positif pada pembelian impulsif, dan respons emosional memediasi hubungan atmosfer toko pada pembelian impulsif.

Abstract

Credit is a form of business run by various banks. In running credit, banks will always consider the credit that will occur, for that data about creditworthiness decisions will be very necessary to support the business wheels of banking life. Credit analysis is carried out to support credit or historical data. This can reduce credit. Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi is one of the largest finance companies in Indonesia. This company provides financing services for the purchase of new vehicles or used vehicles, some funds and funds provided by Sinarmas Bank in terms of credit, credit assistance, one for analyzing important credit, because one of them, looking for credit, bad things that can be done by companies that are not careful in granting credit. The ID3 algorithm can search all discussions and decisions. The application of the ID3 method by comparing the three criteria for obtaining credit, understanding the assessment criteria, obtaining an accuracy value of 62.67% and an AUC value of 0.800, the highest in accordance with the criteria being compared, is discussed with the criteria. The Strengthening Ratio and Gini Index have the lowest Accuracy and AUC values. Thus, the ID3 method with Gain Information criteria is a good method and criterion in predicting lending to Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi.

Abstract

This study intends to investigate how consumer interest in buying affects consumer perceptions of product quality and pricing while making decisions to buy Acer laptops. Users of Acer laptops in Jakarta who were sampled for this study by completing an online questionnaire made up the respondents. Purposive sampling was used as the method of data gathering. Software called SmartPLS 3.0 is used to process the collected data. The study's findings show that only price perceptions have an impact on consumers' decisions to buy Acer laptops, and that buying interest is not a significant mediating element that influences both price perception and product quality.

Abstract

Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam sebuah perusahaan harus dilakukan dengan sebaik mungkin dalam menunjang kinerja perusahaan yang baik sehingga perusahaan perlu meningkatkan sebuah kualitas sumber daya manusia tersebut, salah satunya adalah lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Dexter Ekspressindo Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data meliputi metode observasi, metode kuesioner dan metode dokumentasi. Kuesioner disebar kepada 34 responden dengan menggunakan skala likert. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,761, menunjukan hubungan variabel tersebut kuat antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,579 artinya variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja sebesar 57,9% dan sisanya 42,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan hasil persamaan uji regresi diperoleh nilai Y = 11,833 + 0,732X, menunjukkan bahwa tanpa ada lingkungan kerja maka kepuasan kerja sebesar 11,833 dan setiap penambahan 1 (satu) lingkungan kerja maka nilai kepuasan kerja akan meningkat sebesar 0,732 atau sebaliknya, jika ada penurunan untuk lingkungan kerja maka akan menurunkan nilai kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,732.

Abstract

Kualitas produk menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam mencapai kepuasan pelanggan.Kualiast produk itu sendiri adalah keunggulan suatu produk yang menggambarkan kemampuan memenuhi persyaratan atau spesifikasi kualitas produk yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk PT Mitra Bangun Perwira. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis desktritif kuantitatif dengan angket dn dokumentasi. Penentuan total sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sample sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 42 responden dan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien korelasi, menunjukan hubungan variabel tersebut kuat antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa  variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja sebesar 50% dan sisanya 50% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan hasil persamaan uji regresi, dapat dikatakan arah pengaruh hubungan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah positif, artinya searah. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penyakit kardiovaskular merupakan penyakit gangguan pada jantung dan pembuluh darah. Jenis pengobatan kardiovaskular sangat beragam, sebagian masyarakat termasuk masyarakat wilayah Kota cianjur mempercayai pengobatan tradisional dapat mengobati dan mengurangi resiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini Cardiovascular disease is a disease of the heart and blood vessels. Types of cardiovascular treatment are very diverse, some people including the people of the city of Cianjur believe that traditional medicine can treat and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. The research method in this study was observation and interviews with the administration of registration of patients with traditional medicine and patients with cardiovascular disease in several places of traditional medicine in the city of Cianjur. The selection of traditional medicine for cardiovascular patients uses the SMART decision-making system method with four alternatives, namely: Repleksi, Leech, Gurah and acupuncture. The result of the calculation of the SMART method for selecting the right traditional medicine for cardiovascular patients is the traditional leech treatment. This is evident from the results of the calculation of the utility value of 81.45 as the largest utility value of the four alternatives.
