Abstract

This study examines the role of the Wanamina HKm Group in the economic alternative innovation of the Kota Kapur Village Community. Innovation is a way to answer problems faced by community groups. Innovations applied in the empowerment activities of the Wanamina HKm Group to manage its natural and human resources in order to provide the ability to increase income as an economic alternative for the local community while providing greening to the environment of mangrove forest areas. The theory used in this study is the diffusion theory of innovation from Everett M. Rogers and F. Floyd Shoemaker with the method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The number of informants in this study was 14 people. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. The data sources in this study are from primary data and secondary data. This research was analyzed through 3 stages including data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research obtained from the field, that the economic condition of the people of Kota Kapur Village has decreased due to several things including damaged fishing gear for fishermen, the selling price of tin has decreased, and the Covid-19 Pandemic. This condition gave rise to the empowerment program of the Wanamina HKm group with reforestation activities, shellfish and honey cultivation, marine tourism as an economic alternative for the people of Kota Kapur Village. The impacts caused by these activities include, strengthening solidarity, the condition of forests and beaches becoming maintained, government assistance to fishermen is more targeted, new businesses emerge from the cultivation of shellfish and honey such as nurses of cultivation sites.

Abstract

Hundreds of years of tin mining on Bangka Island has caused damage to tens of thousands of hectares of land. Through the Kuliah Kerja Nyata Pemberdayaan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN-PPM), physical mapping of environmental damage due to mining and the potential that can be developed in Lumut Village, Riding Panjang and Gn. Muda village, Belinyu sub-district, Bangka district. Physical mapping was conducted through field observations of the mining area, focus group discussions (FGDs) and socialization of the potential of the pit. More than 3,000 ha of land is critical land, environmental damage resulting in erosion, sedimentation, flooding, drought and potential landslides. The pit has the potential to be developed as a source of clean water, fish farming and pit tourism. Generally, the community utilizes the pit as a source of clean water during the dry season. A total of 40 out of 128 collars have the potential to be developed as a source of clean water, a location for freshwater fish farming and the development of collector tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai strategi bertahan pedagang konvensional ditengah perkembangan online shop (studi kasus pedagang konvensional di pasar Belinyu). Pedagang pakaian yang ada dipasar Belinyu kecamatan Belinyu, Kabupaten Bangka, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung yang dimana para pedagang masih mempertahankan usaha ditengah maraknya belanja online saat ini. Berdagang merupakan sebagai mata pencaharian utama untuk menopang perekonomian keluarga. Semakin maraknya belanja online saat ini para pedagang pakaian mengalami dampaknya, tetapi para pedagang tetap mempertahankan usahanya yang telah mereka jalankan selama bertahun-tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam mengenai strategi bertahan pedagang pakaian kovensional ditengah perkembangan online shop yang ada dipasar Belinyu. Penelitan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak dari online shop dan strategi yang telah dilakukan oleh para pedagang konvensional untuk mempertahankan usahanya secara berkelanjutan agar dapat menopang perekonomian keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori modal sosial dari Robert Putnam sebagai pisau analisis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari dara primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa online shop membawa dampak bagi pedagang konvensional yang mana dampak yang dirasakan pedagang pakaian di pasar Belinyu yaitu sepinya pembeli sehingga pemasukan pun otomatis berkurang hingga mencapai 50% dari sebelumnya hal ini juga membuat modal ikut tersendat. Tetapi karena ada pelanggan membuat pedagang tetap semangat untuk menjalankan usahanya, kepercayaan dari pelanggan salah satu strategi untuk mempertahankan usahaya sebagai penopang perekonomian keluarga. Strategi lain yang dilakukan yaitu menambah barang-barang yang umum digunakan masyarakat seperti tikar, bantal, karpet dan lain-lain dan juga mengikuti tren pasar.

Abstract

 The family serves as the primary socialization agent for a child, along with the environment that influences a child's growth and development. However, with an increasing number of mothers working outside the home, the role of mothers in child socialization has become more complex. This study aims to analyze how children are socialized in families where the mother works as a teacher. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with working mothers and observations of family interactions. The results of the study show that there are distinct socialization patterns, namely the repressive and participatory socialization patterns. These patterns lead each family to have different methods of educating and nurturing their children. Additionally, the study also reveals that the time mothers spend outside the home can affect their interactions with their children. Limited time with children can result in fewer opportunities to impart social values and norms. This research provides a better understanding of how the role of working mothers as teachers influences child socialization within the family. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to future research and serve as a reference. Moreover, this research can offer insights for parents and families in managing interactions and socialization experiences for children in the context of the increasingly diverse modern family.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to work up MSME in record and prepare financial reports using an Android-based application. This activity is based on the fact that MSME have made a large economic contribution to the development and economic resilience of society, but they still face many stugles. There are still many MSMEs that have not prepared adequate financial reports, which has an impact on limited access to capital, thereby hampering the development of MSME business capacity. In fact, currently there are many free Android-based applications available to help MSMEs prepare financial reports. MSME players can use this application to record finances and then the application will prepare financial reports automatically. Apart from functioning as a performance measurement tool, financial reports will also increase MSMEs' access to capital. This community service activity was carried out in Sungkap Village, Central Bangka Regency with participants being business actors who are members of the Dharma Wanita Business Group of Sungkap Village. The result of this activity is that business actors in Sungkap Village understand the importance of recording their business finances to measure business performance and increase access to capital from financial institutions.
