Abstract

Basic movements and dominant physical conditions are often still a problem for soccer players in supporting the strategies and tactics of a coach in building attacks or in defense, especially at Football Club Gemilang Raya Kuningan. Some players still have shortcomings in carrying out correct and accurate basic movements and do not yet know the physical procedural requirements that a professional soccer player must possess. Based on the problems faced, the STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan Service Team carried out activities to overcome the problems faced by partners. Community service activities aim to improve the abilities and skills of Football Club Gemilang Raya Kuningan athletes in performing basic movements and knowing the dominant physical condition. The activity was carried out at the Gemilang Raya Kuningan Football Club and was attended by 20 players. The method used is a coaching clinic which consists of 2 sessions. The material provided consists of understanding basic movements and dominant physical conditions, practice on basic movements and dominant physical conditions. The results of the activity to the community showed an increase in the abilities and skills of Football Club Gemilang Raya Kuningan players regarding basic movements and dominant physical conditions.

Abstract

Bentuk latihan yang diciptakan ada yang menggunakan alat, media, atau tanpa alat. Peneliti dalam kesempatan ini mencoba dua bentuk latihan yang menggunakan alat atau media. Media tersebut adalah kotak dan segi tiga. Kotak dan segi tiga tersebut diberi tanda. Tanda yang dimaksud penulis dapat berupa angka, huruf, atau warna. Tujuan dari tanda tersebut adalah untuk mengatur ke arah mana pemain pada saat melakukan passing atas. Metode eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, populasi adalah siswa putera SMA Negeri 1 Cikatomas sebanyak 20 siswa putera. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel total atau seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian yaitu sebanyak 20 siswa putera. Sampel setelah diberikan perlakukan dengan antara latihan kotak berwarna dan segi tiga angka. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Latihan media kotak berwarna memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan passing atas dalam permainan bola voli; 2) Latihan media segi tiga angka memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan passing atas dalam permainan bola voli; dan 3) Latihan kotak berwarna memberikan pengaruh yang lebih signifikan terhadap peningkatan passing atas dalam permainan bola voli dibandingkan dengan segi tiga angka.

Abstract

Pengaruh Pendekatan Taktis Terhadap Keterampilan Passing pada Siswa Turangga Sakti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan taktis terhadap keterampilan passing dalam sepak bola di sekolah sepakbola Turangga Sakti. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen, dengan membagi menjadi dua kelas, yaitu kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Kelas kontrol dengan tidak ada perlakuan pendekatan taktis dan kelompok eksperimen dengan perlakuan pendekatan taktis. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah sepakbola Turangga Sakti yang berjumlah 96 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan passingdengan melakukan teste dengan jarak 4 meter dengan durasi waktu 30 detik yang dilakukan dilapangan dan diruangan. Analisis data menggunakan uji t dan persentase. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan pada hasil pre tes dan post tesdengan t uji t didapat nilai t = 2.349 dengan derejat kebebasan n1 + n2 – 2 = 48 + 48 – 2 = 94 dan p-value (2-tailed) = 0,021. Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan adalah hipotesis satu sisi nailai p-value (2-tailed) dibagi menjadi 2.349 : 2 = 0,11745 karena harga p-value = 0,11745 lebi kecil dari α = 0,05 maka Ho ditolak. Artinya ada pengaruh penerapan pendekatan taktis terhadap keterampilan passing siswa Sekolah Sepakbola Turangga Sakti.

Abstract

Ganjar Cahya Ramadhan (162223097), Efektivitas Gaya Mengajar Command dengan Self Check Terhadap Penerapan Pola Taktik Paralel Permainan Futsal Di Ekstrakurikuler SMP Negeri 2 Kuningan. Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR), 2020, 66 halaman. This Research is based on the mistakes learning of attack strategy in Futsal, during matches or training. The Purpose of this research to know capability of students learn about attack strategy in Futsal, combined with two different teaching styles, that is command and self check.. This Research uses experimental by design pre-experimental with form intact-group comparison. The technique used is the test technique. The instrument used is Game Peformance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). The result from using teaching style command is (C=33,58) and then the result from using teaching style self check is (S= 29,33) results from the level of 0.05 and get the results of t count = 0.280, t table 1,795 or t count smaller than t table . Based on the results it can be concluded teaching style command is more effective compared with teaching style self check to practice attack strategy futsal in extracurricular Junior High School 2 Kuningan..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of audio-visual media-based training on improving the skills of single golok skills in PBSS Kuningan athletes. This research is an experimental method. The study population was 30 athletes of the PBSS Kuningan club. The sample was determined as many as 10 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with the criteria (1) already having the basic material of pencak silat Tunggal Golok (2) having at least 75% experience in training activities at the PBSS Kuningan club. The research instrument used in this study was a test of the correctness of the movement of pencak silat in the single category of the golok with 3 series of movement moves, using the IPSI format for the single category of the golok. The data analysis technique used the t test at the 5% significance level. To fulfill the assumptions of the research results, the analysis prerequisite tests were carried out, namely the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the application of audio-visual media-based training had an effect on the single-blade pencak silat skills of PBSS kuningan athletes. This is evidenced by the results of the calculation of the final exercise test, namely t count 4.468> t table 1.83311 with a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of ABC Running Drill using Training Mask on increasing Vo2max Android-based. From the research objective, the researcher used the Pretest-Posttest Experiment Design. The research method used is the research and development (RnD) model from Borg and Gall. Population this research is beginner athletes, members of the Unit Kegiatan Mahasiwa (UKM) Track and Field STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan totaling 10 people, the sampling technique uses total sampling technique. The research test instrument used to collect data is the 2400 Meter run test (Cooper Test). After getting the data and obtaining it then the data is input into the system to be used as a database on the application, the android application can be downloaded link bit.ly/PDPDickyReva. To analyze the research data using SPSS Version 26, the results of the processing of the Hypothesis Test using the Pearson formula obtained the following data: There is a significant effect after the ABC Running Drill training process using the Training Mask (sig.) 0.00 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that the ABC Running exercise Drill using a Training Mask has a significant effect on increasing vo2max in Track and Field UKM STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani merupakan mata pelajaran wajib yang diberikan kepada peserta didik mulai dari jenjang pendidikan dasar hingga pendidikan menengah. Hasil wawancara dan observasi terhadap guru PJOK di SMP Negeri Garawangi Kabupaten Kuningan, terdapat temuan bahwa masih adanya kesulitan bagi guru PJOK dalam mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran seperti merancang pembelajaran yang inovatif, sehingga berimplikasi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk menguatkan kompetensi pedagogi guru pada mata pelajaran PJOK melalui lesson study. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang kami lakukan berupa pengayaan kepada MGMP Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) SMP gugus Kecamatan Garawangi Kabupaten Kuningan yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 – 14 Maret 2018. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi lapangan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru model dan peserta didik. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan lapangan sepakbola, rancangan pembelajaran (chapter design), ruangan untuk focus group discussion (FGD) refleksi guru dan observer, dan lembar observasi. Hasil pengabdian adalah; 1) peserta didik melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan berpikir kritis, kreatif, kolaboratif, dan komunikatif. 2) kegiatan pembelajaran terdiri dari pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup. 3) refleksi atau evaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini diantaranya; 1) guru bersama merancang perencanaan pengajaran (chapter design), guru dan peserta didik melaksanakan pembelajaran (Do), dan refleksi hasil pembelajaran (See).   Physical education subjects are compulsory subjects given to students ranging from elementary school to university education. The results of interviews and observations of physical education teachers at SMP Negeri Garawangi, Kuningan Regency, said that they still had difficulties in developing learning tools such as designing innovative learning, so that it had implications for student learning outcomes. The purpose of this service activity is to share knowledge in strengthening teacher pedagogical competencies in physical education subjects through lesson study. Community service activities that we carried out were in the form of enrichment to the MGMP of Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) of the SMP group Garawangi District, Kuningan Regency which was held on March 13-14 2018. The data collection technique was in the form of field observations of learning activities carried out by model teachers and students. The tools and materials used are the football field, the lesson plan (chapter design), the room for focus group discussion (FGD) for teacher and observer reflection, and observation sheets. The results of service are; 1) students carry out learning by thinking critically, creatively, collaboratively, and communicatively. 2) learning activities consist of introduction, core, and closing. 3) reflection or evaluation of learning outcomes. Conclusions in this service activity include; 1) the teacher together designs the teaching plan (chapter design), the teacher and students carry out the learning (Do), and the reflection of the learning outcomes (See).
