Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembinaan dan pengembangan Madrasah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, sehingga mampu berperan sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang memenuhi dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat serta mampu berpacu dengan sekolah-sekolah umum dalam rangka mencapai tujuan Pendidikan Nasional. Pembangunan Nasional di bidang pendidikan merupakan suatu upaya mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan meningkatkan kualitas manusia Indonesia, guna mewujudkan masyarakat yang maju, adil dan makmur, serta memungkinkan setiap warga negaranya mengembangkan diri, baik dalam aspek jasmaniah maupun rohaniah berdasarkan falsafah Pancasila. Peranan pendidikan di dalam kehidupan manusia, terlebih dalam zaman modern ini diakui atau sebagai satu kesatuan yang menentukan prestasi dan produktivitas seseorang. Salah satu pendidikan formal yang ada di Indonesia adalah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Menurut Surat Keputusan Bersama 3 Menteri. Usaha peningkatan mutu Madrasah dan usaha maju kesatuan sistem pendidikan nasional dalam rangka pembinaan semakin ditingkatkan. Hal ini terbukti pada tahun 1975 dikeluarkan Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) 3 Menteri yakni antara Menteri Dalam Negeri, Menteri Agama, dan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of tahfidz program management activities at Dayah MUQ Pagar Air as the integrity of the oldest tahfidz institution in Aceh, in order to survive the many applications of tahfidz programs that have sprung up in educational institutions, especially in Aceh. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of the tahfidz program. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were Dayah Leaders, Head of Tahsin and Tahfidz Divisions, Ustadz/Ustadzah, and Santri. Data analysis starts from data collection, data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study: The management of the tahfidz program includes (1) planning activities by analyzing program needs, setting goals, being in charge, costs, time and place. (2) Implementation is carried out by dividing intensive and regular classes. (3) Supervision by musyrif/ah by supervising program activities. (4) Evaluation is carried out through the development of the number of students' memorization and the quantity of tahfidz teachers. The application of the management function to the management of the tahfidz program if carried out properly, the success of achieving the number of hafidz-hafidzah 30 juz increases every year.

Abstract

Dayah (Pesantren) is the forerunner of genuine education in the archipelago, which only received juridical recognition in 2003 through the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003. The focus of this study is learning in the dayah education system in Aceh. This research is research with a qualitative approach that produces findings that cannot be achieved by using statistical procedures or by other means of quantification. The location of this research was taken at Dayah Darul Ihsan, Siem, Darussalam, Aceh Besar. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The collected data is analyzed inductively every time during the research by processing empirical materials. The results of the study indicate that the implications of planning in learning management in Dayah in Aceh are proven by conducting teaching planning because teaching planning is very important to be arranged as optimally as possible before the implementation of the learning process. The implementation implication is done by a) managing the learning process, b) managing the class, c) using media, d) mastery of the educational foundation and e) managing learning interactions. While control is done by evaluating to see where there are weaknesses and what programs have been put in place.

Abstract

This study aimed to explain the development of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in Islamic religious higher education which refers to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI), the National Higher Education Standards (SNPT), and the Science Integration-Interconnection Paradigm as an orientation for scientific development at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This research used qualitative methods with a naturalistic qualitative approach. The research took place at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education (FITK), UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta with a focus on the study program of PAI. The subjects of this study consisted of the Dean, Deputy Dean, and Chair of the Study Program, lecturers, and students of PAI. The research procedure was taken in four steps: observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data were analyzed by using the inductive model. The findings of the study indicated as follows; first, curriculum development emphasizes the clarity of the graduate profile, learning outcomes, the PAI field of study as the scope of development, the weight of the semester credit units. Second, curriculum development accommodates professional teacher competencies with four competencies; pedagogic, personality, social and professional. Third, curriculum development in the PAI Study Program emphasizes aspects of Islamic Education with its main sources, namely the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith.
