Abstract

Manajemen pembelajar merupakan hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan, dalam hal ini pemahaman mengenai kurikulum 2013 perlu dikuasai oleh seorang guru agar efektifnya pembelajaran. Kurangnya sarana atau media guru untuk menambah wawasan mengenai hal tersebut menjadi dampak terjadinya pembelajaran yang kurang sesuai. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu diketahui bagaimana pengelolaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SMPIT Khairunnas Kota Bengkulu. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui penemuan di lapangan dan metode analisis tersebut dapat menyajikan hasil penelitian secara lebih terperinci. 2 orang guru yang mengajar pendidikan jasmani dipilih sebagai responden penelitian berdasarkan kriteria mata pelajaran yang diampu. Pengumpulan data menggunakan bantuan instrumen pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Melalui penelitian yang sudah  dilakukan didapati ternyata pengelolaan pembelajaran penjasorkes di SMPIT Khairunnas Kota Bengkulu telah terlaksana dengan baik, Namun ada beberapa faktor yang perlu ditingkatkan yakni mengenai persiapan guru dalam melengkapi perlengkapan pembelajaran seperti silabus pada saat sebelum kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan. RPP dipersiapkan agar tidak memunculkan kesan jika seorang guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan ketika melaksanakan tugasnya. kehidupan sehari-hari mereka hanya menjalankan kewajibannya atau hanya memenuhi tuntutan atasannya yang mana di akhir hasil belajar siswa jadi kurang optimal.

Abstract

Management of learning media is part of efforts to improve the quality of education and learning in schools. With good management of learning media, it is expected to be able to increase interest in learning, learning outcomes and children's abilities in learning while the purpose of this study is to find out the right media management that can be used in physical education learning at SMPIT Khairunnas schools. Good learning can be in the form of pictures, videos and others to facilitate learning. One model of learning media to support and increase student interest that can be used in learning is contextual learning. Contextual learning model is a learning concept that helps teachers relate the material being taught to students' real world situations and conditions and further encourages students to make connections between their knowledge and its application in real life. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, data collection uses observation techniques, field observations. Keywords: Contextual Media Management.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk dapat memberikan Pelatihan Manajemen Pembelajaran Paradigma Baru Yang Menyenangkan Berbasis IT Pada Guru-Guru Sekolah Penggerak Bengkulu Selatan. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan cara melakukan kolaborasi antara program studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu dengan Sekolah Penggerak yang ada di Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Hasil yaitu: 1. Meningkatnya pemahaman guru-guru dalam pentingnya seorang pendidik. 2. Pemahaman guru-guru dalam menggunakan chromebook sudah semakin baik. 3. Tumbuhnya kesadaran guru-guru dalam belajar. 4. Guru-guru lebih aktif dalam berdiskusi dan bertanya tentang materi yang kurang dipahami. 5. Keseriusan dalam guru-guru dalam belajar mengenal teknologi baru. Dari hasil kegiatan sosialisasi, dapat membantu guru-guru dalam mengetahui inovasi inovasi baru dalam pembelajaran. disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman baru bagi guru-guru seolah penggerak di Bengkulu selatan.

Abstract

The curriculum is one of the spearheads in the education unit, the government always analyzes, evaluates and makes changes to the curriculum for development and progress in education. One of the curriculum changes in 2023 is the independent curriculum. The Merdeka Curriculum is a learning program that suits students' abilities, and provides a wider space for character development and basic competencies. The independent curriculum is a new curriculum implemented in schools with project-based learning. With the implementation of the new curriculum, all academics, namely principals, teachers, students and students must adapt to the renewal. Efforts that can be made so that schools can adapt to curriculum changes with mentoring activities. Dehasen University took a role in accelerating the implementation of the independent curriculum in schools in North Bengkulu Regency. The result of the IKM mentoring activities is that the academic community understands, applies an implements the independent curriculum in their respective schools. Activity participants consisting of school principals and teachers who are in North Bengkulu Regency Regional Coordinator IV can understand material regarding the use of the Merdeka Platform and the features on the Merdeka Platform to teach well.

Abstract

In order to boost participation and encourage student participation in homeschooling activities in SMPN 1 Bengkulu, this research aims to: establish plans and regulations; move; control; check the effectiveness of implementation; and remove any barriers that arise during that process. This study employs documentary techniques, observations, and interviews to conduct a qualitative descriptive study. The researchers will investigate and determine whether or not the management of the PJJ program has been implemented successfully. Kushendar model analysis was employed. Data is reduced, presented, concluded from, and verified by researchers. The conclusion is as follows, based on data analysis: (1) Planning is done by creating operational work plans and objectives. (2) Methods for regulating the use of resources, methods for socializing the work plan, and mechanisms for regulating the execution of a work plan that go along with the delegation of tasks and powers are established.

Abstract

Freedom to Learn is an educational terms that is currently being promoted by the Minister of Education and Culture. It is hoped that the principle of Freedom to Learn can accelerate the process of education reform in Indonesia, which has so far been considered to be slowly withering. Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar is motivated by the results of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) which shows that 70% of students aged 15 years are below the minimum competence in understanding simple reading or applying basic mathematical concepts. This community service activity focuses on sports teachers in JSIT Bengkulu who are given training on the content of Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pancasila, then the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pancasila in PJOK learning. The method used in this activity is Lectures on the Content of Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pancasila students, the Implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pancasila in PJOK learning). Evaluation of the success of this activity is carried out smoothly and well. The response of the participants during this activity was very positive and very enthusiastic. Where the theme of this activity is useful for all sports teachers who are members of JSIT in carrying out kurikum merdeka belajar learning.

Abstract

Implementation is the implementation of a plan that has been prepared or assembled in a thorough and detailed manner. In implementing the independent curriculum, especially at SDN 17 Benteng, there are stages of planning, implementation and evaluation. Where, at the planning stage as a school principal you have to plan by making a coaching schedule for all teachers regarding important materials in the independent curriculum. At the implementation stage, the selected teachers create a learning plan that will be given to their students which consists of a new learning paradigm that focuses on active student learning, strengthening Learning Achievements (CP), and understanding learning material through differentiated teaching modules that are appropriate to student learning material. , as well as understanding in strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). And at the evaluation stage, the teacher is able to prepare and formulate lessons that will be carried out the next day in each lesson chapter in strengthening the material in each lesson chapter. The Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students must first be evaluated by the teacher in order to adjust the needs and characteristics of each student.
