Abstract

This study aims to generate descriptions about mathematical representation of the students of Class IX SMP Alkarim of Bengkulu City using Two-Variable Linear Equation System (TVLES) based on extended level triad ++ after exploratory study. The test instrument is about to find out by exploring (exploratory study) students mathematical representation about set operations based on the Extended level Triad ++. The steps taken in the development of test instruments were such as, the preparation of the research permit, the implementation of the test, correcting and analyzing the test results, grouping the students into the levels of the Extended Level Triad ++ based on the test results, selecting subjects which were two students from each level to be interviewed, conducting trial interviews with several Class IX students, revising interview guidelines, conducting interviews with selected subjects using interview guides and audio recordings, analyzing data, making recapitulation of data and conclusion, and finally preparing reports. The subjects of this research were the students of Class IX of SMP Alkarim of Bengkulu City academic year 2015/2016 with total of 11 students. Based on the result of the research and discussion, it was generated the descriptions of mathematical representation of the students of Class IX SMP Alkarim of Bengkulu City about Two-Variable Linear Equation System (TVLES) based on the extended level triad ++ after the exploratory study, which are the following: there was no student in Pre-Level 0 (Pre-Intra); there were 2 students for Intra Level (Level 0) i.e. AR and LR; there were 2 students for semi intra level (level 1) i.e. PS and NN; there were 2 students for Inter Level (Level 2) i.e. PR and RO; there were 3 students for Semi-trans level (level 3) i.e. QN, RA and SW; there was 1 student for level Trans (Level 4) which is MD; and for the extended trans level (Level 5) there was only 1 student i.e. HN. Keywords: Exploratory study, Mathematical Representation, Extended level Triad ++

Abstract

This study aimed to generate a learning model of Computer Science based on brain research to improve learning outcomes of PTIK students of Dehasen University Bengkulu. Type of this research was a development study that generates a brain-based learning model. The syntaxes were a) introduction; b) coreactivities, including (i) problem-giving phase, (ii) investigation phase, (iii) group discussion phase, (iv) class discussion phase, (v) application phase; c) closing. The development design according to Plomp (in Wahyu Widada: 2012), consists of five phases, namely: initial investigation; design; construction (realization); test, evaluation and revision; and implementation. The subjects of this study were students of PTIK Dehasen University of Bengkulu City academic year 2016/2017.Based on the results of the study and from the test that had been conducted once―which was a limited test, it can be concluded that: all aspects used to state that the learning model and all learning devices developed are practical and effective had been fulfilled, then the development cycle to get a practical and effective learning model has ended.But even if all the criteria were met, some revisions needed to do to get the final Prototype. The revisions were related to the use of language in the model book and student activity sheets. After the revisions were done, the final prototype was obtained, which is a valid, practical, and effective Mathematical Learning Model based on brain research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan guru olahraga menulis karyatulis ilmiah di lingkungan JSIT Bengkulu. 76% responden mempunyai hambatanmenyuusn KTI, 96% responden mempunyai hambatan kurangnya motivasi. 68%responden mempunyai cara menghadapi permasalahan tersebut dengan mengingatpentingnya menyusun KTI. 56% responden mempunyai hambatan luar diri dengantidak ada pendamping pada menulis KTI. 76% responden mempunyai caramengatasi dengan mencari informasi dari internet. 96% responden menyadarihambatan dari dalam dan luar diri. 96% responden mengetahui dampak padapeningkatan penyusunan KTI. 80% responden menyadari hal yang belum dilakukandalam menghadapi hambatan menulis KTI. 60% responden mengikuti latihanpenyusunan KTI sudah efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran matematika berbasis digital. Software yang digunakan adalah software geogebra yang merupakan perangkat lunak yang membatu siswa untuk membuat grafik fungsi. Software ini secara tepat dapat menunjukan titik-titik koordinat pada grafik fungsi sehingga memudahkan siswa dalam belajar. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa siswa memahami materi dengan baik dan siswa menjadi lebih kreatif dalam membuat grafik-grafik fungsi. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam belajar. Nilai siswa ≥ 75% mendapat nilai yang baik. Selain itu aktifitas siswa \berada pada taraf aktif dikelas baik bertanya maupun mengerjakan soal dengan baik melalui software geogebra. Dilihat dari skor rata-rata pengamat setiap siklus meningkat, Dilihat dari hasil analisis tes siklus I sampai siklus III diketahui Berdasarkan hasil tes belajar mahasiswa, nilai rata-rata mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I ke siklus II dan III.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 14 Bengkulu Tengah yang beralokasi di Jln. Sunda Kelapa, Desa. Sunda Kelapa, Kec. Pondok Kelapa, Kab. Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif subjek penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar di kelas IX A yang menggunakan media berbasis video dalam melakukan pembelajaran dengan siswa yang diajarkan berjumlah 19 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Pada saat melakukan pembelajaran kepada siswa guru melaluli (3) tahap yaitu tahap awal, inti dan penutup. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di ruangan terlihat siswa aktif dan antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dikarenakan guru memanfaatkan media berbasis video dengan cara membuat tampilan yang menarik pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Sehingga terciptanya pembelajaran yang menarik dan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to optimize the virtual classroom system based on google classroom and hypnotherapy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses qualitative research, namely literature, interviews, the making process, implementation and evaluation. The results showed that of the 37 students there were 27 students who worked on assignments and exam questions on time based on the agreed time before the exam started with a percentage of 73%. While 10 people have not been able to be on time in doing the assignments and exam questions that have been given with a percentage of 27%. The cause based on the interview were network limitations. In this study it can be concluded that the optimization of the virtual class system is able to provide benefits in the use of google classrooms for lecturers and students during the Covid-19 pandemic by providing assignments, assessment schemes, active communication in discussing material, time efficiency in the learning process. In line with the learning process students are given suggestions in their subconscious mind to stay focused and concentrate on the lecture material and be able to manage their positive thought patterns and actions in accordance with the expectations of lecturers and parents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the concept of a cognitive ability-based demonstration strategy in class X TKJ SMKN 1 Seluma. This type of research is a qualitative field research (descriptive) carried out on 25 May-31 May 2021. This research uses the following data collection techniques, interview observations, giving tests and documentation. The subjects of this study were students of class X TKJ SMKN 1 Seluma, totaling 20 people. The results of the research conducted by researchers on 20 students who used the concept of a cognitive ability-based demonstration strategy, it was found that 16 students already understood and understood how to share data on 2 laptops/pc using a LAN cable, while the other 4 students did not really understand and understand how to share data on 2 laptops/pc using a LAN cable, and are still not able to do the test questions properly and correctly so they still get scores below the KKM.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Vocational High School (SMK) S 8 Grakarsa Bengkulu which is located on Jl. Adam Malik Km 8, Kel. Sido Mulyo, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique in this study was by means of Observation, Interview, Questionnaire and Documentation, when teaching students the teacher went through (3) stages, namely the initial, core and closing stages of using learning media, knowing the concept of learning media, who used learning media, the stages of making learning media and internal and external factors that were found when video-based learning media were applied, in the implementation of learning in the room, students were seen to be active and enthusiastic in participating in learning because the teacher used video-based media by sending videos via android with an attractive display and media on when learning takes place, so that learning is interesting and good.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a brain exercise-based computer application learning model to improve learning outcomes of PKOM students at Dehasen University Bengkulu. This type of research is a development research that produces a learning model based on brain exercise in understanding the concepts of the basics of using Ms. Excel whose syntax is a) introduction, b) core activities include (i) the problem giving phase, (ii) the investigation phase, (iii)) the group discussion phase, (iv) the class discussion phase, (v) the application phase, c) the closing phase. The development design according to Plomp (1999) consists of five phases, namely: initial investigation, design / design, construction / realization, testing, evaluation & revision and implementation. The subjects of this study were students of the first semester of Computer Education at Dehasen University Bengkulu for the 2019/2020 academic year with 18 students. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that: 1) from the results of the trials conducted 2 times which were limited trials in this study it can be concluded that all aspects are determined to state that the learning model and all the learning tools developed are practical and effective has been fulfilled then the development cycle to get a practical and effective learning model has ended. But even though all the criteria are met, there are some revisions that must be made to get the final prototype. Revisions made related to the use of language in model books and student activity sheets. After the revision was carried out, a final prototype was obtained, namely a valid, practical, and effective computer-based learning model for brain exercise.
