Abstract

Rumah Makan Nasi Gandul Pak Memet adalah warung makan berlokasi di Jl. Dr.Cipto No.12A, Kebon Agung, Semarang. Walaupun warung makan Pak Memet ini berbentuk warung kaki lima, namun usaha yang telah dirintis semenjak 1990 telah memiliki pendapatan mencapai 4 juta/hari dengan menjual 230 porsi nasi gandul. Konsumen utama Rumah Makan Nasi Gandul Pak Memet adalah masyarakat sekitar lokasi warung makan, dikarenakan pendapatan dari tahun  2011 sampai  2013 yang meningkat dan pertumbuhan pasar usaha kuliner di Kota Semarang maka  pemilik ingin memperluas pasar sasaran dan meningkatkan pendapatan pertahunnya dengan membuka cabang baru untuk pasar di daerah lain di Kota Semarang. Setelah dilakukan pengumpulan dan perhitungan dengan faktor rating, terpilihlah wilayah yang akan menjadi lokasi pembukaan cabang baru Rumah Makan Nasi Gandul Pak Memet yaitu di wilayah kecamatan Semarang Selatan. Selanjutnya  dari hasil survei dan pengumpulan data kuesioner didapatkan persentase dari pasar potensial sebesar 86,7%, pasar tersedia sebesar 68,6% dari pasar potensial dan pasar sasaran sebesar 5% dari pasar tersedia dikarenakan mempertimbangkan factor pesaing dan kemampuan kapasitas produksi dari pemilik usaha. Adapun  pengeluaran yang ada di dalam aspek financial, seperti kebutuhan dana investasi, perkiraan pendapatan, biaya operasional, income state, cashflow dan balance sheet yang digunakan menghitung investasi, seperti Pay Back Period (PBP), Net Present Value (NPV) dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) dengan masa periode yang ditetapkan untuk proyeksi keuangan adalah 5 tahun. Perhitungan Pay Back Period (PBP), Net Present Value (NPV) dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari tingkat nilai investasi. Hasil perhitungan nilai tingkat investasi yaitu : NPV = Rp 224.318.823-, , IRR = 27.83% dan PBP = 2.69  tahun. Lokasi cabang baru  Rumah Makan Nasi Gandul Pak Memet  dinyatakan layak karena nilai IRR yang diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai MARR, NPV bernilai positif dan PBP kurang dari usia investasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowing how community participation in development planning , especially in Sub Dadi Mulya District of Samarinda Ulu . The method used in this study is a research method by using a qualitative approach , where research is descriptive . Analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis . Based on these results and in accordance with the answers given on the informant told investigators that community participation in the provision of proposed or in development planning is very important but community participation in development planning in the village of Dadi Mulya not maximized because most people lack the knowledge to become a factor resistor in village development planning , and coming to his development plans are just some people who have a deeper understanding .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the use of the cooperative learning model of type of power of two is expected to be able to increase and provide a significant influence on understanding the mathematical concepts. The type of research conducted is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method. The experimental design in the research carried out was the pattern of Only-posttest control group design. The results of the study data analysis obtained Ttable value taken at a significant level of 5% (0.05) with df = 75 obtained t_table = 1.9921 and t_count = 2.5889. The decision column is made based on the provisions of the t test, that is if t (count) ≥ t(table) (2.5889 ≥ 1.9921) stated that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of the use of the Cooperative Learning Model Type The Power of Two to understand the mathematical concepts of students in SMP PGRI 6 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan metode diskusi dengan pendekatan saintifik terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. Untuk penggunaan metode diskusi dengan pendekatan saintifik sebesar 71,42% responden memilih kategori sangat baik dan aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar 63,63% responden memilih kategori sangat baik dengan persamaan Y = 16,965 + 0,298X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Kemudian populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak yang berjumlah 79 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik langsung, teknik tidak langsung dan teknik studi dokumenter. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis datanya peneliti menggunakan program statistik SPSS versi 18.0 dengan hasil analisis data menyatakan  bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode diskusi dengan pendekatan saintifik terhadap aktivitas belajar sebesar 21,7% nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar  0,477 (R) dengan Adjusted R square 0,217 dan tingkat interprestasi hubungan sedang. Kata Kunci : Pendekatan Saintifik dan Aktivitas Belajar Abstract: This study aims to determine the use of the method of discussion with scientific approaches to student learning scientific SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. To use the method of discussion with aintifik approach by 71.42% of respondents chose the category of very good and students' learning activities amounted to 63.63% of respondents chose the category very well with the equation Y = 16.965 + 0,298X. The method used in this research is descriptive method with the form of research studies the relationship. Then the population in this study were students of class X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak, amounting to 79 students. Data collection techniques in this study using the technique of direct, indirect techniques and techniques of documentary studies. While the researchers to analyze the data using statistical program SPSS version 18.0 with the results of the analysis of the data suggests that there is influence between the use of the method of discussion with the scientific approach to learning activities amounted to 21.7% coefficient of determination of 0.477 (R) with a 0.217 Adjusted R square and level interpretation relationships being. Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the skills of reading the students of class V students of State Elementary School 16 Pontianak City. The research method used in this research is descriptive method and the nature of research that is qualitative. The data source is VA class student which amounts to 27 people. The place of study took place at State Elementary School 16 Pontianak City, especially in VA class and the research time of odd semester 2017. Data collection techniques used are observation sheet and document scrutiny sheet with data collection tool that is the assessment sheet of card media planning and observation sheet of card media implementation , as well as test questions. From the data that has been obtained can be concluded that the ability of teachers to design learning (RPP) using the steps of the average media card score for the cycle I of 3.49, cycle II of 3.60, and in the third cycle of 3.86 included category well, the ability of teachers to implement the average on the first cycle of 3.02, in cycle II average score 3.63 and in cycle III average score 3.94 including good media category in advance and use time as well as possible . Improving students' reading comprehension skills, based on the results of the test in the first cycle average score of 55.57, on the second cycle average score of 76.74 and in cycle III the average score of 78.70. This means that the application of card media on reading comprehension material is good and can improve learning result Indonesian Grade V students of Dasra Negeri 16 Pontianak Kota School. Abstract

The society of Kayu Baong Hamlet utilizes a special plantation of reproductive health as a traditional medicine that has been used inherited. The purpose for knowing the cultivation of the pharmacy and the exploiting, the treatment for the health of reproductive health. This research is descriptive, using the snowboll sampling  technique which is one of the most commonly used methods performed in chains by requesting information on the sample people. The data of the research result are covering genes of plants, health benefits, parts used, processing, directions in use. The results obtained in the field of plant genes used by the community of Kayu Baong Village Pekawai Village, Sayan Sub-district of Melawi Regency, obtained 23 species of medicinal fish from 21 family and if in groups based on habitat in face herbal most widely utilize asobat, based on the parts that are used by many people who usetheit of 10 species (47,82) and from the way of processing was the way boiled more widely used that is as much as 10 spesies (43.47%) based on its use, it turns out by way of drinking more that is 13 spesies (56.53%), and from the way the use of drugs was to treat bleeding after childbirth and at least. Abstract

Supervision is part of school-based management. The implementation of supervision, especially in the field of academics is very important to see the shortcomings of the implementation of learning, in order to always try to improve the quality of education.The purpose of this study to explain the implementation of supervision in primary schools.This study uses descriptive-qualitative research methods. Principals conduct academic supervision of teachers every month. Principals always give feedback to teachers after seeing the implementation of learning to always improve the quality of education. Academic supervision on the performance of teachers in the learning process is very important for teachers to always innovate in the implementation of learning to improve the quality of education in the face of disruption era.
