Abstract

The performance of lecturers in a university is measured through Tri Darma namely education, research, and community service. This research is a quantitative study using regression analysis. The research sample was 186 lecturers at Samudra Langsa University determined using tablesKrejcie. The questionnaire is a data collection tool used in this study. Data analysis using EViews.10 The results showed that partially; (1) work motivation (X1) influences lecturer performance; (2) job satisfaction has an effect onlecturer performance; and simultaneously obtained that; (3) work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. The magnitude of the contribution of independent variables to the dependent variable is 27.86% and the rest 72.14% is influenced by variables not observed in this study. So it can be concluded thatfor one of the efforts that can be done to improve the performance of lecturers at Samudra Langsa University is to increase the motivation and job satisfaction of lecturers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the employee engagement level of millennial generation employees at Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya and compare with millennial generation outside Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya, then prove the influence of stress coping, digital leadership and learning culture on employee engagement of millennial generation employees at Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya. The research method used is survey with questionnaire distribution to 104 respondents, analyze data by kruskal-wallis test, and multiple regression. The results obtained are stress coping are not significantly different between Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya and comparison institution, while employee engagement, digital leadership and learning culture are significantly different. The results showed that stress had no significant effect, while digital leadership and learning culture had a significant effect on employee engagement.

Abstract

This article was written to analyze education financing management and school quality through training. The type of research used in this research is school action research (PTS) with descriptive quantitative data analysis. The number of samples in the study was 16 people (teachers and administrative staff). Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of research on education financing management obtained an overall average percentage of 86.00% in the good category. This indicates that the education financing management at SDS Santa Lucia has been carried out properly. The results of the discussion and categorization regarding the quality of the school as a whole from the indicators obtained an average percentage of 89.77% in the high category. So it can be concluded that the quality of education is based on indicators of facilities and infrastructure, educators/teachers and employees.

Abstract

As well as knowing and analyzing the form of management accountability at SMP Santa Lucia Sei Rotan in managing the school's income and expenditure budget. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods and research methods use library research. The results of the study show that the budgeting process carried out by the management of SMP Santa Lucia Sei Rotan has not been able to optimize properly to improve the quality of existing human resources, and the process of channeling the budget has not touched the programs implemented to create students who have talents and qualified abilities in accordance with the vision, mission and school goals
