Abstract

Tourism provides a significant contribution to development, conventional tourism products are becoming increasingly abandoned and tourists are turning to tourism products that value the environment, nature, culture and special attractions more. How to manage tourist villages in the village of Tegal Waru Ciampea Bogor, in the flexibility and intensity of interaction with the environment and local communities. The purpose of this research is to see how the management of creative and innovative community-based tourism villages (CREANOVA) The approach method used is an empirical normative approach and uses qualitative methods and direct field research on research objects that are related to the problem under study. the results of the study are. Tegal Waru tourism village is a pedesan tourist area that is no less interesting and offers cultural potential. Has a variety of agricultural production businesses and entrepreneurs. Community participation in the development of tourist villages is very high. There are tour packages offered including entrepreneur training, charity creativity, outbound on the road, consumption packages, souvenir packages, shopping centers, tourism attractions, business tourist village locations, while visitors from home and abroad. Abstract

AbstrakKomunikasi yang dilakukan oleh PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) tidak hanya secara lisan, akan tetapi menggunakan komunikasi media massa sebagai alat bantu. Media massa yang dianggap paling tepat digunakan untuk membangun citra positif oleh adalah media cetak dan media online. PT KAI (Persero) mengelola beberapa media di antaranya adalah: Tabloid KONTAK, Majalah REL-KA, dan C-NEWS. Melalui media Humas PT KAI (Persero) berusaha membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan yang baik dengan cara menyampaikan informasi dan melaksanakan kegiatan yang telah disusun sesuai dengan Standard Operating Prosedure (SOP) Humas PT KAI (Persero). Proses pemuatan artikel di Tabloid KONTAK (Komunikasi Antar Karyawan) dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap oleh Unit Humas Internal Daerah Operasi 1 Jakarta untuk kemudian dikirim ke humas pusat di Bandung untuk diseleksi. Dimulai dari pelaksanaan kegiatan, mendokumentasikan kegiatan dan menyusun berita internal, seperti: berita foto dan artikel. PT KAI (Persero) memiliki jaringan luas yang terdiri dari 12 Daerah Operasi (DAOP) se-Indonesia, maka menjadikan persaingan dari setiap DAOP yang berpartisipasi dalam pembuatan tabloid ini menjadi lebih selektif, karena pencarian berita foto, dan topik dalam semua artikel seperti artikel Profil Pegawai (crew) yang akan diangkat dari tiap-tiap DAOP beragam dan diharuskan menarik untuk dibaca, agar dapat masuk ke dalam Tabloid KONTAK yang dicetak selama satu bulan sekali, untuk kemudian dikirim ke seluruh daerah operasi di Indonesia.Kata kunci: Artikel, Profil Pegawai, Tabloid, Media Cetak, media online

Abstract

AbstractThe biggest issue that occurs in Jakarta area, especially North Jakarta, is the large number of vagrant kids, there are around 87 people. The faced issue by the vagrant kids is having no place to live, having no income and often disrupting public convenient due to unmannered behavior. Moreover, some of them have committed crimes. For this reason, vagrant kids need a place to develop into a better human being. Therefore, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore NorthWest Java (ONWJ), as a business entity which maintained by the state, also runs CSR programs as a form of awareness of government regulations and concern for the communities around the area of operation. Various programs related to 5R ++ (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Resale, Reshare) are implemented as an effort to empower vagrant kids while utilizing the environmental waste in form of paper, that can be recycled.Keywords: CSR, 5R ++, entity, container, wasteAbstrakPermasalahan terbesar yang terjadi di wilayah Jakarta khususnya Jakarta Utara adalah banyaknya jumlah anak jalanan, yakni sekitar 87 orang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi anak jalanan antara lain mereka tidak mempunyai tempat tinggal, tidak memiliki penghasilan yang tetap dan seringkali mengganggu kenyamanan publik karena tingkah laku yang kurang santun bahkan beberapa dari mereka sudah melakukan tindak kriminal. Untuk itu anak jalanan ini perlu sebuah wadah untuk dapat berkembang menjadi manusia yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore NorthWest Java (ONWJ), sebagai sebuah entitas bisnis yang dinaungi oleh negara turut menjalankan program CSR sebagai bentuk kesadaran akan peraturan pemerintah serta kepedulian terhadap masyarakat di sekitar wilayah operasi. Berbagai program terkait 5R++ (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Resale, Reshare) dilaksanakan sebagai upaya memberdayakan anak jalanan sekaligus memanfaatkan limbah lingkungan berupa kertas yang bisa didaur ulang.Kata kunci : CSR, 5R++, entitas, wadah, limbah

Abstract

AbstractNurfarizki. The Analysis of the new employee recruitment & Selection Process at PT Baruna Dirga Dharma, Jakarta. 2018. The purpose of this research is to find out how the recruitment process is, to find out what factors influence the selection recruitment process, and the obstacles and solutions of the new employee barriers of PT Baruna Dirga Dharma. This research is a qualitative research. With a total of three informants, consisting of the Director, staff and HRD supervisors. Determination of informants is done by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation which were then analyzed qualitatively qualitative. The results show that the process is the factor in recruitment and selection, which begins with the planning of new employees, FPPK approved by the executive, and determining the source of recruitment. The selection process is selecting job applications, interview, psychotest, medical chech ups, offering letters, work agreements, filing & document records.Keywords: Recruitment, Selection, Human Resources.AbstrakNurfarizki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses rekrutmen, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi proses rekrutmen seleksi, dan hambatan serta solusi dari hambatan karyawan baru PT Baruna Dirga Dharma. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Dengan jumlah informan sebanyak tiga orang, terdiri dari Direktur, staf dan supervisor HRD. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses yaitu faktor dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi yaitu diawali dengan perencanaan karyawan baru, FPPK yang disetujui executive, dan menentukan sumber rekrutmen. Adapun proses seleksi yaitu menyeleksi lamaran kerja, interview, psikotest, medical chech up, offering letter, perjanjian kerja, filing & record dokumen.Kata Kunci: Rekrutmen, Seleksi, Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

AbstractOne of the greatest challenges experienced by developing countries is the emergence of environmental problems that can not be separated from economic development. This can be illustrated in the relationship between the increase in population and the increasing tarap of community life on the one hand can support economic growth and on the other hand can also lead to a decline in development The problem of waste management is one aspect of development that is very important and requires the involvement between government, business / private, colleges and the general public. While the formulation of the problem of how the policy and the concept of waste management in urban areas, How to solve the problem of waste in the community in the city of Depok, What obstacles that cause the management and processing of waste in the city of Depok has not run well. The method that will be used in this research is using qualitative descriptive research method and passed by through stages, that is mapping of local waste treatment policy, evaluating the processing of garbage area. One of the goals of local government is to minimize waste. While the targets achieved from this research is the model of waste management dilaksaakan by local government of Depok city can realize a clean life, environmentally friendly and organized waste processing and improve the economy of society. The resulting model of research, in order to be implemented in accordance with the mandate of the respective regional regulations and impact on waste reduction and economic improvement of the community.Keywords: local policy, waste processing, economic improvement of society, domestic waste pollution, evaluation of local waste.AbstrakSalah satu tantangan terberat yang dialami oleh negara berkembang adalah timbulnya permasalahan lingkungan yang tidak bisa terlepas dari pembangunan ekonomi. Hal ini dapat diilustrasikan dalam hubungan antara kenaikan jumlah penduduk dan meningkatnya tarap hidup masyarakat yang disatu sisi dapat menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi dan di sisi lain juga dapat menimbulkan penurunan pembangunan Masalah pengelolaan sampah merupakan salah satu aspek dalam pembangunan yang sangat penting dan memerlukan keterlibatan antara pemerintah, bisnis/swasta, perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat umum. Sedangkan perumusan masalah bagaimana kebijakan serta konsep pengelolaan sampah di perkotaan, Bagaimana mengatasi masalah sampah pada masyarakat di kabupaten Bogor, Hambatan apa yang menyebabkan pengelolaan serta pengolahan sampah di kabupaten Bogor belum berjalan dengan baik. Metode yang akan dipakai dalampencapai penelitian ini adalahmenggunakanmetode penelitian deskriptif kualitattif dan dilalui dengan melalui tahapan-tahapan, yaitu mapping kebijakan pengolahan sampah daerah,mengevaluasi pengolahan sampah daerah. Salah satu tujuan dari pemerintah daerah adalah untuk meminimalisir sampah. Sedangkan target yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah model pengelolaan sampah yang dilaksaakan oleh pemerintah daerah kabupaten Bogor, dapat mewujudkan kehidupan sejahtera, bersih, ramah lingkungan serta tertata pengolahan sampahnya dan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Model yang dihasilkan dari penelitian, agar dapat diterapkan sesuai dengan amanat dari peraturan daerah masing-masing dan berdampak pada pengurangan sampah dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat.Kata kunci: kebijakan daerah, Pengolahan sampah, peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, pencemaran limbah domestik, evaluasi sampah daerah

Abstract

This community service is the result of research from the 2020 implementation team entitled the response to policies during the COVID-19 pandemic and considerations for formulating tourism village management policies in the future. This community empowerment program in the tourist village of Cisarua sub-district, Bogor district, is a PNJ tourism village. The scheme implemented in this community service is PNJ Higher Education Excellence Community Service. The outbreak of the COVID-19 virus has made various lines of life experience difficulties, especially economic problems. Those who are affected are the Tourism Village community in Cilember Village, especially MSMEs. In addition to the pandemic, they also experienced a decrease in turnover and lack of marketing. Therefore, the Community Service Team tries to provide solutions to these obstacles that have to do with community development and empowerment. The solution given is how to empower the community through online-based product implementation activities and digitalization-based marketing as well as providing supporting tools for activities and facilitating production activities as well as related to the development of tourist villages. The next program after being given training is mentoring so that the funds run well. The outputs of this activity are in addition to journal articles, there are seminar articles, activity videos, books and intellectual property rights. For the sustainability of this community empowerment, it is hoped that the community will be able to operationalize and develop business programs through online so that the tourism village community is economically independent. Pengabdian kepada masyrakat ini adalah merupaka hasil penelitian dari tim pelaksanaan tahun 2020 yang berjudul respon terhadap kebijakaan pada saat pandemic covid 19 serta pertimbangan perumusan kebijakan pengelolaan desa wisata dimasa depan. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat di desa wisata kecamatan Cisarua kabupaten Bogor ini merupakan binaan desa wisata PNJ. Skema yang dilaksanakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Unggulan Perguruan Tinggi PNJ. Mewabahnya virus covid 19 ini telah membuat beragam lini kehidupan mengalami kesulitan terutamah masalah perekonomian. Yang termasuk kena imbas adalah masyarakat Desa Wisata yang ada di Desa Cilember khususnya UMKM. Selain pandemic juga mereka mengalami penurunan omzet serta kurangnya pemasaran . oleh karena itu tim Pennngabdi kepada masyarakat mencoba memberikan solusi terhadap kendala ini yang ada hubungannya dengan pengembangan serta pemberdayaan masyarakat. Solusi yang diberikan adalah bagaimana cara untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui kegiatan implementasi produk berbasis online serta pemasaran berbasis digitalisasi serta memberikan alat penunjang untuk kegiatan serta mempermudah dalam kegiatan produksi serta berkaitan dengan pengembangan desa wisata. Program selanjutnya setelah diberikan pelatihan adalah pencampingan agar berkelanjutan dana berjalan dengan baik. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah selain artikel jurnal adalah artike seminar, video kegiatan, buku serta HKI. Untuk keberlajutan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini diharapkan masyarakat mampu mengoperasionalkan serta mengembangkan proram usaha melalui online sehinggan secara ekonomi masyarakat desa wisata ini menuju mandari.

Abstract

Community Service Program, especially the Appropriate Technology Application Program (PPTTG) in the village of Curug, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency, which involves the community, especially catfish farmers, in an effort to increase community economic empowerment and marketing of catfish farming crops. Since the occurrence of Covid-19 has become a problem and has had an impact on the business activities of catfish farmers in marketing the catfish harvest because the amount of catfish consumption needs has decreased due to the decreasing purchasing power of the people around the village of Curug, the price of catfish feed has tended to rise so this condition has add to the burden of new problems for the community. PPTTG program help catfish farmers in  village  Curug as partners to be able to market their catfish harvest through direct sales and digital (online) marketing so that economic income increases and is able to buy catfish feed at a reasonable price, provide training and business assistance. catfish. The solutions offered in dealing with partner problems in developing catfish marketing through websites and internet marketing 4.0, making dumplings from catfish, help establish a special cooperative for catfish farmers so that catfish farmers have a formal organization that can assist in capitalizing catfish farmer members, providing tools for catfish production. The results of the PPTTG are the establishment of cooperatives for catfish farmers, diversifying catfish products such as dumplings, online marketing of catfish (marketing strategy 4.0), and owning the copyright and production brand rights so that catfish farmers can run catfish farming more increased. As for the sustainability of this program, it is hoped that catfish farmers in the village of Curug can continue to maintain the potential of catfish business and increase economic income

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu Program Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna kepada Masyarakat di desa Curug Kecamatan Gunung Sindur Kabupaten Bogor ini melibatkan masyarakat dalam upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat bersama Petani Ikan lele Pandemi covid 19 menjadi penyebab , beragam lini kehidupan mengalami kesulitan, bukan hanya menimbulkan masalah Kesehatan diseluruh dunia tetapi juga masalah perekonomian. Petani ikan lele berusaha untuk mempertahankan usahanya ditengah pandemic covid 19. Petani ikan lele juga kena imbasnya yang mengalmi penurunan pendapatan/omzet hingga mencapi 50% lebih pada saat pandemic covid19 ini, Program PTTG ini dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan kembali pendapatan, terutama setelah pasca panen. PNJ melalui UP2M mencoba untuk memberikan solusi terhadap kendala tersebut melalui pengembangan Pemasaran serta membuat olahan berbahan dasar Ikan Lele. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk permasalah pasca panen yaitu dalam hal marketing atau pemasaran produk olahan Ikan lele atau diversifikasi produk, melalui Website/Internet marketing 4.0, Pendirian koperasi , dapat mengembangkan usahanya serta memberikan alat penunjang untuk mempermudah dalam kegiatan produksi. Program selajutnya ada yaitu pendampingan agar keberlanjutan dapat berjalan lebih intensif, agar bisa membawa produk mereka ke tingkat nasional. Keberlanjutan Program ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat terus menerapkan program ini sehingga ekonomi masyarakat dapat meningkat dan yang terpenting dapat memberdayakan masyarakat di diwilayah tersebut.

Abstract

At present, MICE destinations have become an attraction and are expected to increase foreign exchange in tourism. The Ministry of Tourism and the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) now also support the core business of tourism. Because when MICE can be developed, it will gain seven times the profit compared to tourism which is merely entertainment. Especially in Indonesia, MICE activities are still minimal. Bogor Regency as a destination with tourist attractions also has the opportunity to develop MICE, call it the Gunung Mas Agrotourism. Under the management of PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) VIII, Gunung Mas Agrotourism is now able to provide a variety of activities according to market needs. What are the MICE attractions that can be used for MICE tourism activities? How to maximize MICE destination in Gunung Mas Bogor Agrotourism? Results of research with qualitative methods explain that in Gunung Mas have tea walk potential and often hold formal meetings, weddings, and other activities on demand. Including important meetings which are scheduled in private. In fact, several times held a seminar. For this reason, there are four halls with various capacities that can accommodate 50 people, 100 people, even 300 people.
