Abstract

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) is one of the things that must be owned by lecturers and students to acknowledge their creations. There are many parts to IPR, as an initial recognition of works, Lecturers and Students at least have Copyright and Brand Rights. This also applies to Bina Darma University, which has a work program to improve IPR from Lecturers and Students through the Directorate of Innovation and Business Incubator (DIIB). Therefore, Community Service (PkM) activities in which the team is a member of DIIB carry out IPR management clinics by introducing Copyright and Brand Rights to Bina Darma University Lecturers and Students. By the Direct Action method, the PkM Team accompanies Participants and directs them to register an account for the Management of Copyright and Brand Rights. As for the 51 participants who attended the clinic, there were 60.8% lecturers and 39.2% students. In addition, it is recorded that 68.6% of all Participants do not have IPR, both Copyright and Brand Rights. During the PkM activity, participants are welcome to ask questions and discuss during direct practice for the submission of Copyright or Brand Rights. From the results of the PkM activities that have been carried out, it was found that 100% of the Participants already have an account for managing Copyright and Brand Rights and 85% have tried to apply for Copyright and also Brand Rights.

Abstract

Salah satu dampak yang paling menonjol dari penggunaan teknologi informasi yaitu pada bidang marketing, dimana marketing pada saat ini telah banyak yang beralih pada dunia digital seperti menggunakan Whatapp, Instagram, Tiktok dan lain-lain. Dalam melakukan promosi penjualan, masyarakat lebih memilih menggunakan media digital Marketing. Masyarakat sudah banyak yang mulai beralih ke pemasaran modern dan berangsur-angsur meninggalkan cara pemasaran yang tradisional. Pelatihan Digital Marketing ini kami lakukan secara daring melalui zoom meeting pada siswa SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih. Pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan semua peserta sangat antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikutinya. Diharapkan dengan pelatihan ini siswa dan siswi dapat lebih memanfaatkan teknologi dengan tepat dan benar serta memanfaatkannya lebih ke arah positif.

Abstract

The Smart Village System is a platform specifically designed to help publicize village potential. Of course, it is very important to test UI/UX on sidespin websites which are still very far from perfect, so it becomes a question of whether the UI/UX sidespin is in line with the expectations of the community as the target user. This study intends to design UI/UX on sidespin websites by utilizing the UCD method which aims to improve interface quality, efficiency, and productivity as well as community satisfaction. The UI/UX design on this sidespin website uses the UCD method because several stages involve establishing a relationship and interaction between users. 5 people are willing to become User Personas who can provide input on user satisfaction which will be evaluated using a Heuristic Evaluation which will be combined with Survey Ratings. The results of this study state that all aspects of the satisfaction level of the User Persona are in the satisfied category. Recommendations were found to be developed by the Smart Village System Team, among others, in terms of the principles of Heuristic Evaluation 4, 5, and 6. Consistency and Standards have restructured sentences and are consistent from one page to another. Error Prevention has added many features to the sidespin and finally, Recognition rather than recall has implemented local and rural nuances on the page sidespin.

Abstract

Logbook merupakan sebuah hal yang terpenting sebagai catatan atau dokumentasi dalam suatu kegiatan, tentunya tujuan dengan pelatihan pembuatan blog melalui wordprss menjadi sebuah logbook magang pada mahasiswa universitas bina darma untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman magang serta sebagai hal yang menarik untuk pelaporan secara online. Metode yang dilaksanakan merupan Action Reaseach melalui beberapa teknis didalamnya yang ada yaitu melibatkan serangkaian workshop yang mencakup aspek teknis pembuatan blog dan manajemen konten. PkM dari pelatihan ini ditemukan bahwa mahasiswa magang yang menerapkan blog sebagai logbook mereka memiliki kecenderungan yang lebih baik dalam mencatat pengalaman dan pemahaman mereka. Blog memberi mereka ruang untuk mengekspresikan refleksi pribadi, mempromosikan pemahaman mereka tentang konteks pekerjaan, dan berbagi wawasan dengan sesama mahasiswa magang. Selain itu, blog ini juga membantu dalam mempermudah supervisi dan evaluasi oleh dosen pembimbing magang.
