Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has paralyzed people's lives in many sectors. The economy and health have been victims of the Covid-19 attack. Gele Pulo and Kelitu villages are among the villages affected by Covid-19. Public misunderstanding about the dangers of the Corona Virus and economic difficulties have been the trigger for the team to carry out community service activities. This community service activity aims to provide an explanation and understanding of the community from the dangers of Covid-19 transmission and how to overcome some of the problems that arise as a result of the Covid-19 attack in the form of counseling. The method of implementing this activity is interactive lectures and discussions with the village community who are the target of the service. The results of service activities can be enjoyed and carried out by the village community in the form of community knowledge and awareness as well as an increase in faith which can be seen from the increase in worship activities in the community. This is because in the counseling lectures are also delivered to the people who attend. Tausiah was indeed prepared as one of the approaches to this activity. As a result of follow-up activities it has been reported by local officials that community life shows an increased spirit of community worship. Meanwhile, the spirit to improve the wheels of the economy is also felt to increase. This shows that the impact of community service activities has begun to be felt.

Abstract

The title of this research is Public Perception in Addresing Clickbait News  on Kumparan.com Media (Descriptive Study on the Kelurahan Desa Lama, Kecamatan Pancur Batu). This research was backround because of the proliferation of clickbait news hat spread to the public through Kumparan social media. The aim of the study was to learn how to public perception of clickbait headlines on Kumparan.com media. This study aims to uses  and gratification theory. In collecting data, the researchers conducted face-to-face interviews with five informants who were active community users of Kumparan media in the Desa Lama, Pancur Batu District. This research uses qualitative research. The results of the current study are that many forms of clickbait titles content in Kumparan are often seen by informants. The news title ‘’ 31 Years as a Contract Worker for the NTT Provincial Government in Sikka, Layoff Only by Phone’’ which is a type of clickbait Exaggeration also influenced the informant’s perception of clickbait news titles that were spread through social media. For this reason, reading the truth of the information seen on social media is an important thing that must be done to further ensure that information the clickbait headline is true or tricky.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on job stress of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) generation during the covid-19 pandemic. The research subjects were 111 people with the sampling technique using total sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale consisting of three scales, namely the work motivation scale, job satisfaction scale, and work stress scale. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The results obtained that there is a significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction on work stress of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) generation during the covid-19 pandemic. The magnitude of the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on the work stress of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) generation during the covid-19 pandemic was 41.9% while the remaining 58.1% was influenced by other factors outside the study. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there was an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee job stress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan positive self-talk terhadap stres kerja pada pemasar kartu kredit bank. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemasar Kartu Kredit Bank yang berada di Kota Medan Sumatera Utara dengan jumlah total 100 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, kemudian teknik yang digunakan dalam pengempulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pengisian kuesioner, yang disusun melalui skala likert. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik probability sampling, kemudian untuk menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan teknik uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi rx1y sebesar -0.691 dengan p < 0.05, kemudian hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa positive self- talk juga mempengaruhi stres kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar rx2y -0.378 dengan p < 0.05. hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan positive self-talk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap stress kerja karyawan, kontribusi keduanya dalam memunculkan stres kerja adalah sebesar 48.2%. dengan demikian dapat diatik kesimpulan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan positive self- talk memiliki pengaruh terhadap stres kerja pada adalah Pemasar Kartu Kredit Bank yang berada di Kota Medan Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

The coffee trend is currently global and the rise of coffeeshops in various regions including the city of Medan, the interest of researchers in conducting this research is that the Medan Terasore Coffeeshop is one of the most popular coffeeshops among young people today. The Medan Terasore Coffeeshop is always crowded with young people, especially on weekends. The objectives of this research are as follows: To find out what strategies are carried out by Coffeeshop Terasore Medan in utilizing Instagram as a digital marketing communication medium. To find out what factors are the obstacles in carrying out the Instagram utilization strategy carried out by Coffeeshop Terasore Medan. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Qualitative descriptive research method is a research method used to conduct research naturally. The results of the study show that the strategy of using Instagram social media through the from of posting photos, stories and video content has been successfully carried out by Coffeeshop Terasore Medan, with success being able to increase visitors who are increasing every day, especially at night. The inhibiting factor in carrying out the Instagram utilization strategy carried out by Coffeeshop Terasore Medan is that it does not have obstacles, it can be seen that with the uploads made by the admin of the Instagram account, Coffeeshop Terasore Medan is able to attract every visitor or follower to uploads that are in accordance with the topic being discussed. served on Instagram @terasore__.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of psychological well-being and job satisfaction on job stress members of the association of Indonesian translators. This study used a quantitative method in which the sampling technique was through a simple random sampling technique where the subjects in this study amounted to 141 people. Data were collected using was a Likert scale consisting of three scales, namely the psychological well-being scale, job satisfaction scale, and work stress scale. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was be a significant effect between psychological well-being and job satisfaction on the work stress of HPI members. This is indicated by the coefficient F reg = 15.211 with p < 0.05, and the coefficient R = 0.425 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0.181. The total contribution of these two variables was 18.1%, while the remaining was 81.9% is influenced by other factors on job stress. From the result of the study, it can be concluded that psychological well-being and job satisfaction jointly affect the work stress of the association of Indonesian translators

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction and leader-member exchange on job stress employee of PT Central Mega Kencana. This research was conducted in February 2022. This study used a quantitative method in which the sampling technique was through a non-probability sampling technique using simple random sampling where the subjects in this study amounted to 100 people. Data were collected using was a Likert scale consisting of three scales, namely the job satisfaction scale, leader-member exchange scale, and work stress scale. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between job satisfaction and leader-member exchange on the work stress of employee of PT Central Mega Kencana. This is indicated by the coefficient F reg = 18,852 with p < 0.05, and the coefficient R = 0,529 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0,280. The total contribution of these two variables was 28%, while the remaining was 72% is influenced by other factors on job stress. From the result of the study, it can be concluded that job satisfaction and leader-member exchange jointly affect the work stress of employee of PT Central Mega Kencana.

Abstract

An effective communication strategy requires good planning with communication methods or tools for marketing activities. This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy of Paloh Naga Agrotourism, Denai Lama Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency. The type of method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation using descriptive analysis techniques, namely describing the events studied. The results of this study indicate that in implementing the marketing communication strategy of Paloh Naga agrotourism in the village of Denai Lama, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, to attract tourists, there are five types of promotions or what is often referred to as the promotion mix, namely: (Advertising) by using advertisements such as brochures, signage, and online media such as Facebook and Instagram accounts; (Sales promotion) through managers and promotion and marketing staff providing information from social media accounts or through direct face-to-face interactions between entrepreneurs and consumers; Public Relations (Humas) in a way where the promotion and management staff of Agro-tourism Paloh Naga collaborate with various media parties with the aim of introducing Paloh Naga tourism and increasing the number of tourist visitors; (Personal selling) by means of promotional staff and managers informing visitors of the latest information about Paloh Naga agro-tourism; (Direct selling) is a way for traders to promote products or services that are displayed directly and involve direct contact sales to consumers.
