Abstract

ISO 9000 certified construction service companies in North Sulawesi need to develop work performance related competence model that can be used as a standard to develop human resources. In the more competitive business environment, a company is demanded to empower and optimize all proprietary resource, including human resources. Dealing with human resources with different characters, attitudes, and ability and to make them able to work cooperatively is indeed a challenge. Human resources who have knowledge and expertise are needed in an organization, and this will in return require organizational commitment. (Ulrich, 1998). An employee’s competence is valued based on his/her expertise and manifested in the form of salary. This of course relies on the individual’s capability  (person based pay) and non  characteristic work (job based pay) Long (1998). The aims of this research are: 1). to analyze and explain the  significant influence of human resource variable on compensation. 2). to analyze and explain the significant influence of human resource competence variable on employee’s performance.3). to analyze and explain the significant influence of  compensation variable on employee’s performance. This research samples  211 field employees. The data is sampled using propotional random sampling. Questioner is the main instrument to collect data, as well as to obtain secondary data of the related company. SEM (Structural Equation Model) is used to calculate and test research result data. Research result shows that: 1). Significant and positive influence between human resource competence toward compensation is strongly seen. 2). Significant and positive between human resource competence and employee’s performance is strongly seen. 3). Significant and positive influence between compensation toward employee’s performance. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of human resource competencies to employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk. Branch Office Manado. The method used in this research is quantitative method by using correlation and regression analysis. The analysis showed that the competence of human resources have a significant effect on the performance of employees, as well as the regression coefficient of human resource competencies which meant that if the competence of human resources increased by one scale, the performance of employees will be increased by zero point nine one assuming factor other Factors unchanged. Thus, human resources competencies at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Branch Manado make a positive contribution to the performance of the employee.Keywords: Competence, Human Resources, Employee Performance

Abstract

Pengetahuan dianggap sebagai salah satu aset penting dalam perusahaan, karena dengan pengetahuan perusahaan dapat mengetahui bagaimana kondisi lingkungan perusahaan saat ini, dan memperkirakan bagaimana lingkungan tersebut akan berubah serta bagaimana mengantisipasi dan memanfaatkan perubahan tersebut. Namun, banyak perusahaan belum mengetahui bagaimana memperoleh, mengelola, dan memanfaatkan pengetahuan-pengetahuan yang ada untuk kepentingan perusahaan. Dalam membangun suatu learning organization, dibutuhkan komitmen dan kesediaan para anggota organisasi untuk terus-menerus belajar dan berubah sesuai dengan perubahan lingkungan, dan hal ini dapat ditunjang oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasankKerja. 2) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh learning organization terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lokasi penelitian di Kota Bitung yang terdiri dari 3 Lokasi/Perusahaan Minyak Goreng yaitu: 1) PT. Bimoli, 2) PT. Multi Nabati Sulawesi, dan 3) PT. Agro Makmur Jaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 125 responden. Untuk menentukan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian, digunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data yang telah dijaring dengan kuesioner kemudian diberi nilai dan ditabulasikan untuk selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh epemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan learning organization berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the ability of the District Officers Working in Providing Administrative Services Purchase Deed Land to the People in District Tikala Manado City. The research methodology used is qualitative research. Informants in this study were taken from the public, community leaders and governments in Sub Tikala by 10 informants The results showed that in providing services deed of sale of land generally apparatus own technical abilities quite like the ability to use knowledge concerning administrative services deed of sale and purchase of land in terms of the process until the rules that must be met, with the knowledge it easier for employees to be able to work in providing administrative services deed of sale and purchase of land to the community, there is a portion of the apparatus that do not have adequate knowledge in the performance of its duties regarding the administrative services deed of sale and purchase of land, but coworkers are always trying to provide help, so that administrative services to the community is not disturbed. For social skills are good enough proven apparatus of the apparatus has the capability of other people's motives as well as collaborating with colleagues in performing the duties of administrative services deed of sale and purchase of land to the public. Conceptual abilities are good enough apparatus wherein the apparatus is enough to have the ability to understand the complexity of the organization as a whole. Keywords : performance, administration

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the magnitude of the effect of the quality of the resources of the State Civil Administrative work attitude of employees in Meteorology and Geophysics North Sulawesi province. This research is a quantitative research survey explanatory research design. The results of this study indicate that the physical quality and health Apparatus State Civil partially have an influence on the work attitude of employees, knowledge and skills partially have influence on work attitudes Spiritual and kejuangan partially have an influence on the attitude of employees working at the Meteorology and Geophysics Sulawesi North. Physical Quality and Health, Knowledge and Skills, as well as Spiritual and Kejuangan simultaneously have an influence on employee attitudes. Among the three independent variables variables that most influence on the attitudes of employees working at the Meteorology and Geophysics North Sulawesi province is the spiritual and kejuangan. Abstract

The work environment is divided into two, namely the internal environment and the external environment of the organization, where both can affect employee performance. Internal Environmental organizations often faced with a problem the mission, policies, organizational culture, information systems and individual differences of employees while the external environment, namely the labor force, legal regulation / legislation, society, technology, and economics. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the internal and external environment influence the organization of the performance of the staff of the Airport Authority Region VIII Manado.The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is the technique census. Samples taken amounted to 64 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis was tested by using statistical test F and test t statistic. From this study it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously on the organization's internal and external environment on the performance of the staff of the Airport Authority Region VIII Manado. Suggestions in this research is necessary to improve the quality of existing services, and considering the work environment working conditions there, both from within and from outside so that the performance of employees may increase even more. Abstract

This research aims to: Analyze how incentives affect individual performance of employees of PT. Summit Auto finance Bitung. This research is a survey while the methods used is the method that emphasizes research on the excavation of ideas and things - things other details attached to a phenomenon The research was carried on in PT. Summit Oto Finance Bitung. The results of this study may show no significant effect between individual incentives with the performance of employees at PT Summit Oto Finance Bitung because the incentive is too small, so the incentives of individuals from the perspective of employees is low. So based research company must still provide an incentive to add more number of individuals and individual incentives in order to get a positive response from employees. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the empowerment of SMEs to Community Economic Development Kota Ternate . In carrying out this study , the type of research is qualitative descriptive approach in which researchers wish to dig symptoms directly in the field with a descriptive form , this method is used due to ease writers that aims to identify and describe the corresponding problems presented previously ( Sanapiah , 2001. 52-53 ) . Based on the results of research in the field shows that MSMEs have responsibilities conceptual in nature must be expressed , one way is with the policy in the form of regulations by the government with its agencies in the field of empowerment of SMEs .
