Abstract:Â Regional success in building its territory not separated from the role of the village , as political entities smallest in NKRI which directly dibawahi by district. Since has been the establishment Law number 6 year 2014, who set about villag, currently the villages across indonesia central event either the political side saw, development organization village, maturation of democracy, as well as improving the quality of village officials .The village head election ( pilkades ) is democracy party ditingkat village, village where society can participate by giving a vote to select the village head candidate responsible and can develop the village. Hence, village head elections very important, because very supportive village governance. Occurs in Pilkades competition that free, community participation, in direct election to the principle of one man one vote (one person one vote).Keywords: democracy, village, pilkadesAbstrak:Â Keberhasilan daerah dalam membangun daerahnya tidak terlepas dari peran desa, sebagai entitas politik terkecil dalam NKRI yang langsung dibawahi oleh kabupaten. Semenjak telah ditetapkannya Undang-undangNomor 6 tahun 2014, yang mengatur tentang desa, Saat ini desa-desa di seluruh Indonesia tengah berbenah baik itu dari sisi pembangungan politik, pembangunan organisasi desa, pematangan demokrasi, serta peningkatan kualitas aparatur desa. Pemilihan kepala desa (Pilkades) merupakan pesta demokrasi ditingkat Desa, dimana masyarakat desa dapat berpartisipasi dengan memberikan suara untuk memilih calon kepala desa yang bertanggung jawab dan dapat mengembangkan desa tersebut. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan kepala desa sangat penting, karena sangat mendukung penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Dalam Pilkades terjadi kompetisi yang bebas, partisipasi masyarakat, pemilihan secara langsung dengan prinsip one man one vote (satu orang satu suara).Kata kunci: demokrasi, desa, pilkades

Artikel ilmiah ini membahas peranan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhlas Sungai Arang Kecamatan Bungo Dani Kabupaten Bungo dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan serta kendala dan upaya yang dihadapi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhlas Sungai Arang Kecamatan Bungo Dani Kabupaten Bungo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhlas Sungai Arang dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan antara lain menerapkan Disiplin Santri, Menertibkan dalam proses belajar mengajar, mengadakan razia terhadap santri paling kurang 2 kali dalam sebulan yang dilakukan oleh wali kelas beserta guru terhadap siswa yang membawa rokok ataupun yang membawa dan menghidupkan HP dalam hal-hal yang menghalangi pada waktu belajar, dan guru belum memiliki kompetensi pedagogik yaitu pengajar, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian secara utuh. Dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini, maka perlu adanya jalinan kerja sama antara guru dan pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhlas Sungai Arang dan orang tua, sehingga santri diharapkan mampu menerapkan dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai akhlak dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari. besarnya tanggung jawab guru selaku orang yang mampu memberikan teladan kepada santri selayaknya guru mampu menularkannya kepada santri sehingga pendidikan yang baik dan terarah dapat menjadi salah satu langkah dalam membentuk kepribadian santri menjadi kepribadian yang Islami. Adding salt to the original soil can reduce the optimum moisture content and increase the maximum dry volume weight at a percentage of 0% by 0.8913 gr / cm3 - 10% by 1.0593 gr / cm3. CBR testing that is not submerged in the original soil will improve the mechanical properties of the soil if mixed with 5% of 8.37 kg / cm2, then a decrease of 10% is 3,297 kg / cm2 and so on because it is easy to dissolve and has low bond strength. So, the CBR shows that its value decreases dramatically as the percentage salt increases. Testing the value of the shear angle (Ø) also continues to fall with increasing value of the percentage of Salt. In cohesion testing also increased at 5% by 0.089 kg / m2 and decreased if the percentage of salt addition increased. The value of shear strength also increased at a percentage of 0% by 26.57o - 10% by 39.29 and decreased at a higher percentage. The addition of salt to native soil can also increase the shear strength value of 5% salt by 0.209 - 10% salt by 0.351 kg / cm2 and decrease at 15% higher salt addition by 0.140kg / cm2.

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mendeskripsikan latar belakang pendirian Museum Palagan Bojongkokosan, (2) Mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai yang terkandung pada artefak dan diorama di Museum Palagan Bojongkokosan (3) Mengetahui pemanfaatan Museum Palagan Bojongkokosan sebagai sumber belajar sejarah di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tahap-tahap; (1) Memilih lokasi penelitan yaitu desa Bojongkokosan, (2) Teknik penentuan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan juga Snow Ball, (3) Teknik penjaminan keaslian data menggunakan Triangulasi Data dan Triangulasi Metode, (4) Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Observasi, Wawancara, Studi Dokumentasi dan Teknik Analisis Data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, (1) Latar belakang sejarah pendirian Museum Palagan Bojongkokosan sebagai bentuk apresiasi untuk jasa para pahlawan. (2) Nilai-nilai yang terkandung pada artefak dan diorama di Museum Palagan Bojongkokosan yaitu Nilai nasionalisme dan patriotisme, nilai religi, nilai estetika, nilai rekreatif, dan nilai edukasi (3) Museum Palagan Bojongkokosan dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar sejarah dalam bentuk buku suplemen. Kata Kunci : Sejarah, Museum Palagan Bojongkokosan, Sumber Belajar Sejarah.

This study aims to develop a learning model of Youtube-Based Learning to facilitate the learning habits of digital-age students. This research used the research and development method. The research steps were analysis of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, limited implementation test, revisions, implementation tests, revisions, and mass production. Subject research was the students of class XI of Light Vehicle Engineering at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen. Research data collection used closed questionnaire, open questionnaire, and integrated with interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used the effect size test. The results showed that the validity of Youtube-Based Learning included in the very feasible category to apply. The contribution given by Youtube-Based Learning on student learning outcomes was 58%. Other results showed that students and teachers gave positive responses to the learning model of Youtube-Based Learning.

Feed water tank merupakan salah satu komponen pada boiler yang memiliki fungsi penting dalam menyuplai air ke boiler. Level air pada feed water tank harus tetap dijaga agar tidak terjadi kekosongan saat proses pengisian air ke boiler. Selama ini operator masih memantau secara langsung level air pada feed water tank. Sehingga diperlukan sistem otomasi water level control yang dapat membantu operator dalam mengontrol dan memantau level air pada feed water tank. Sistem otomasi water level control dikendalikan oleh PLC Omron Sysmac C200H dengan menggunakan panel push button yang terpasang pada plant atau juga dapat dikendalikan dan dimonitor melalui melalui PC menggunakan software SCADA Wonderware InTouch 10.5. Selain itu sistem otomasi menggunakan SCADA ini dilengkapi password sebagai pengaman dari orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Kata kunci : PLC, SCADA, water level control, feed water tank Feed water tank is one component of the boiler system which has an important function in supplying water to the boiler. Water levels in feed water tank is must be maintaned to avoid emptiness at filling process to the boiler. Previously, the operator directly to monitors water level in the feed water tank. Therefore, a control mechanisem is required to help the operators to control and monitor the water level in the feed water tank autonomously. In this system, water level is controlled by PLC Omron C200H Sysmac using the push button panel attached to the plant or also can be controlled and monitored by PC using Wonderware InTouch 10.5. The aim of this study to improve tomato production by granting several concentrations of paclobutrazol and its application on differents time. This study was used a completely randomized factorial design 4 x 2 in three replications. The first factors was the paclobutrazol concentrate (K) in four levels (k0= No paclobutrazol, k1= 300 ppm, k2= 600 ppm and k3= 900 ppm. The second factors was the application time of paclobutrazol (A), in two levels (a1= 20th days after planting, a2= 30th days after planting). The data were analyzed using analysis of variance and mean separations with Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test at the 5% level. The result showed that there was no interaction between the paclobutrazol concentrate with the application time of paclobutrazol on variable of tomato observed. Paclobutrazol concentrate or its application time effected to plant height and number of flower. Paclobutrazol 300 ppm to 900 ppm concentrate hold up tomato plant height and reduce the number of flower. Application of paclobutrazol 20th days after planting hold up tomato plant height and reduce the number of flower. Keywords: Paclobutrazol concentrate, Different time of application, Tomato.

Being the ongoing fad for enterprises to manage business, mobile shopping offers superior dominance over electronic shopping and traditional shopping. This paper aims to elaborate both the motive of mobile shopping response according to the theory of reasoned action (TRA) point of view and the promotion barriers in mobile business. A selfconducted survey data of 325 Indonesian consumers is led to build and apply a structural equation modeling approach with inherent constructs. Through the result of this study, the predictive power of TRA has been proven in scouting consumer response in the context of mobile shopping. In addition, the intention to adopt mobile shopping is strongly impacted by both promotion and barrier variables. Some benefits could emerge for future studies from investigating other variables (e.g. trust and risk specific aspects) and using ongoing response (e.g. online purchase). Both promotion and barrier factors should be kept under surveillance by business managers for better understanding about why and how Indonesians adopt mobile shopping. The founding study attune the TRA model with augmented promotion and barrier variables to describe mobile shopping in the context of Indonesia.

Abstract, This purpose of this research was to found whether effect Intellectual Capital against on the earning response coefficiet (ERC) within banking company which registered in Indonesia Stock Echange. The theory used in this research is the theory of market efficiency. The dependent variable in this study is the cumulative abnormal return (CAR), and variable the independent variables are standardized unexpected earnings (SUE),and intellectual capital that uses the measurement of Value Added Intellectual Coefficient ( VAIC ). The sample drawn by purposive sampling and fulfill sample selection criterion. In order to analized connection between Intellectual Capital to earning response coefficiet (ERC) by used multiple linear regression analysis. Research result showed that variable of Intellectual Capital have relation to earning response coefficiet (ERC).
