Abstract

The discussion on the subject of gender in family law has been discussed more and more in light of both acamedic and gender activist? male views, and it is rarely asked for a famale?s opinion. Based on these studies the research in this article probes the famale?s view. Given how: the current reality in the field that demonstrates women?s lives in urban areas with her few public duties, wether their involvement in the public domain coincided with her understanding of gender. Based on the pheemona in this thesis has at least two questions, namely how the view of urban Muslims about the gender relations of husband and wife and what is behind the emergence of the view of urban Muslimah. The results of the study are: First, the background of the emergence of the thoughts and views of Jemaahn Yayasan Rumpun Nurani Foundation on the gender relations of husband and wife is at least influenced by three factors, namely religious understanding, science and knowledge, and social and cultural factors formed from personal experience. Second, Jamaah Pengajian Yayasan Rumpun Nurani considers that husband and wife relationships in the family do not have a fundamental difference between husband and wife. In terms of domestic labor division and decision-making is done flexibly, but for the fulfillment of family needs, it is entirely the husband's responsibility. Based on this view, urban Muslims can be said to be gender conscious Muslims.

Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang paling urgen dalam kehidupan manusi, baik itu secara verbal maupun non verbal, karena bagaimanapun untuk menyampaikan gagasan serta idenya manusia sangat memrlukan yang Namanya komunikasi. Terlebih bagi seorang santri atau murud Ketika mecari ilmu pengetahuan maka sangat dianjurkan untuk berkomunikasi dengan memerhatikan etika berkomunikasi terhadap gurunya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan riset kepustakaan (library research), adalah salah satu bentuk metode yang menekankan pada pustaka sebagai suatu objek studi. Abstract

The results of this research show that the perception of male and female employees at the Subdistrict Office regarding the five-day working day provision is that all of them say that they dominate the families of male and female employees at the Sekotong Subdistrict Office to support their families even though they have to work up to five working days, this It can be seen from the jobs of husband and wife whose income is different. Looking at the results of interviews conducted by researchers, the perceptions of male and female employees regarding the five-day working day provisions in the Sekotong Subdistrict Office environment are more focused because they have to follow regulations that must be obeyed and work also because of economic factors. The impact of marriages carried out while still working has positive and negative implications for household harmony. It has positive implications, namely the creation of a harmonious family and more enthusiasm in carrying out daily activities (earning a living) because marriage is carried out with careful planning, full of responsibility, honesty, and mutual understanding within the family, developing the principles of deliberation, openness to each other, respecting each other, plus the husband support his wife's career. Meanwhile, the negative implications are that the family is not in harmony, because they have to work from morning to evening, even longer than office hours because they have to complete unfinished office work. There is no time for family, lack of communication and lack of love for wife and children and seeing the weak economic condition of the family. Apart from that, if a husband and wife both work from morning to evening, problems will arise in the family, such as lack of attention, lack of communication between wife and children and lack of togetherness (staying overnight).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui variabel kesempatan promosi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survey dengan metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS dengan menggunakan 40 indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur masing-masing variabel laten terhadap 233 responden dari enam perusahaan yang keseluruhannya merupakan Grup Wilmar company yang terdapat di Kabupaten Serang Provinsi Banten. Hasil uji empiris menggunakana outer model analisis didapatkan dari 40 indikator terdapat 9 indikator yang tidak valid sehingga didropping dari model penelitian. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukan item indikator memiliki kehandalan dan konsistensi yang baik. Sedangkan hasil uji empiris menggunakan inner model analisis didapatkan model penelitian memiliki goodness of fit yang baik dengan nilai r-square yang sangat tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kesempatan promosi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang memperhatikan aspek keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat
