Abstract

AbstrakGejala sekularisasi organisasi pelayanan sosial semakin masif. Sekularisasi ini disebabkan karena masyarakat semakin rasional pada realitas sosial yang menuntut kualitas pelayanan sosial lebih baik. Masyarakat yang rasional adalah masyarakat yang mampu mengorganisir dan melakukan peran serta tindakan atas dasar pertimbangan logis atas realitas. Hadirnya organisasi menjadi cirri masyarakat rasional. Organisasi adalah bentukan sosial yang berisi kesepakatan gagasan pemikiran, nilai, ideologi dan tujuan. Ketika agama menjadi bagian di dalamnya, maka organisasi menjadi lebih kuat dengan tatanan nilai dan aturan-aturan yang selalu merujuk pada nilai agama sebagai dasar keyakinannya. Keyakinan pada nilai agama menjadi spirit organisasi untuk merancang dan merealisasikan tujuannya. Maka organisasi yang berbasis keagamaan memiliki sensifitas dan orientasi untuk kesejahteraan yang lebih baik. Kesejahteraan tidak hanya bagi obyek, tetapi juga bagi subyek organisasi. Tesis Weber bahwa semakin menguatnya organisasi atau lembaga formal di masyarakat justru akan mempersempit ruang-ruang keagamaan, ternyata tidaklah demikian. Justru dengan hadirnya agama dalam organisasi, maka jangkauan organisasi semakin luas, memasuki sel-sel organisasi secara lebih dalam dan manusiawi.   Kata kunci: keagamaan, organisasi, strategi AbstractSymptoms of secularization of social service organizations are increasingly masiv. This secularization is caused by increasingly rational society in social reality that demands better quality of social services. A rational society is a society capable of organizing and performing action based on logical reasoning of reality. The presence of the organization became the cirri of rational society. Organization is a social form that contains agreement of ideas of thought, value, ideology and purpose. When religion becomes part of it, the organization becomes stronger with the order of values and rules that always refer to the value of religion as the basis of its belief. Confidence in the value of religion becomes the spirit of the organization to design and realize its objectives. Hence religious-based organizations have sensitivity and orientation for better welfare. Welfare is not only for the object, but also for the subject of the organization. Weber's thesis that the strengthening of formal organizations or institutions in society will actually narrow the religious spaces, it is not so. Precisely with the presence of religion within the organization, the scope of the organization increasingly widespread, entering the cells of the organization more deeply and humanely.Keywords: organization, religion, strategy

Abstract

Abstract: Educators are the spearhead of the success of the continuity of education in the industrial revolution era 4.0. The success of education can be seen in the competencies held by the teacher. This study aims to analyze the result of the Teacher Competency Test (UKG) Year 2015 in East Nusa Tenggara Province. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach and supported by qualitative. This study is descriptive. The subject of this research was the value of teachers who followed UKG Year 2015 in East Nusa Tenggara Province, which consists of 9.286 teachers from 22 districts of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The data were collected by using document and interview techniques. In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive statistics and SPSS program to know the Mean value of teachers from the pedagogical and professional competencies. The result of Teacher Competency Test (UKG) Year 2015 in East Nusa Tenggara Province, reviewed from the pedagogical and professional competencies and the general subjects of the national examination (Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mathematics) of the 22 districts, is relatively categorized low since the Mean value is below the Minimum Competency Standard (SKM) which is 55. According to the functionary and the teachers, several factors cause the low competency of teachers in East Nusa Tenggara Province, so the coordination among the Education Quality Insurer Agency (LPMP), provincial education authorities, and district education authorities should be improved to see the Teacher Competency Test (UKG) problem as a mutual concern. The government should conduct a teacher competency test periodically to maintain the teachers? competencies in both pedagogical and professional to improve the education quality in East Nusa Tenggara Province particularly.Keywords: Teacher, Pedagogical and Professional, Competency Test Abstrak: Pendidik merupakan ujung tombak keberhasilan keberlangsungan pendidikan di era revolusi industri 4.0. Keberhasilan pendidikan dapat dilihat pada kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hasil Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) Tahun 2015 di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah nilai guru yang mengikuti UKG Tahun 2015 di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) sebanyak 9.286 guru di 22 Kabupaten/Kota se Provinsi NTT. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik dokumen dan wawancara. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan deskriptif statistik dan menggunakan program SPSS untuk mengetahui nilai rata-rata guru dari kompetensi pedagogi dan profesional. Hasil UKG Tahun 2015 di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur ditinjau dari kompetensi pedagogi dan profesional berdasarkan 22 Kabupaten/Kota maupun berdasarkan mata pelajaran umum ujian nasional (Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, dan Matematika) secara keseluruhan mencapai nilai rata-ratanya dalam kategori rendah karena dibawah Standar Kompetensi Minimum (SKM) yaitu 55. Menurut pejabat dan guru ada faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya kompetensi guru di Provinsi NTT, sehingga harus meningkatkan kerja sama antara Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP), dinas pendidikan Provinsi dan dinas pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota untuk memperhatikan masalah UKG sebagai perhatian bersama. Pemerintah perlu mengadakan sebuah uji kompetensi guru secara berkala, Uji Kompetensi tersebut dimaksudkan agar tetap menjaga kompetensi guru baik pedagogi maupun profesional sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Provinsi NTT pada khususnya.Kata kunci: Guru, Pedagogi dan Profesional, Uji Kompetensi

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of psycho-educational guidance service policies in assisting the task of developing elementary school students in the City of Kediri and to find out supporting factors, inhibiting factors, as well as the efforts implemented in overcoming obstacles in the implementation process. This research is a qualitative descriptive study of elementary schools in the city of Kediri, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the psycho-educational guidance service policy is carried out by the class teacher as an additional task given by the principal. This is supported by the class teacher who is considered able to condition the class he is in. Some constraints experienced include the absence of BK counselors/school counselors, the provision of services not well programmed by class teachers, the government does not place BK teachers in public schools and if it is self-constrained with funds, and there is no counseling room in schools. While the solution applied in placing senior teachers as high-class teachers (grades 4,5,6), collaborating with related institutions (KPAI, BNN, Police), and school principals also directly involved in helping class teachers in helping solve problems learners.Keywords: Policy, Psycho-Educational Guidance Services, Development TasksAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan layanan bimbingan psiko-edukatif dalam membantu tugas perkembangan peserta didik SD di Kota Kediri dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat, serta upaya yang diterapkan dalam mengatasi hambatan dalam proses implementasinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif sekolah dasar di kota Kediri, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan layanan bimbingan psiko-edukatif dilaksanakan oleh guru kelas sebagai tugas tambahan yang diberikan oleh kepala sekolah. Hal tersebut didukung dengan guru kelas yang dinilai mampu mengondisikan kelas yang diampunya. Beberapa kendala yang dialami antara lain tidak adanya tenaga guru BK/konselor sekolah, pemberian layanan tidak terprogram dengan baik oleh guru kelas, pemerintah tidak menempatkan guru BK pada sekolah negeri dan bila mengadakan sendiri terkendala dengan dana, dan tidak adanya ruang konseling di sekolah. Sedangkan solusi yang diterapkan yaitu menempatkan guru senior sebagai guru kelas tinggi (kelas 4,5,6), mengadakan kerja sama dengan instansi yang terkait (KPAI, BNN, Kepolisian), dan kepala sekolah juga ikut terjun langsung membantu guru kelas dalam membantu menyelesaikan permasalahn peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Kebijakan, Layanan Bimbingan Psiko-Edukatif, Tugas Perlembangan

Abstract

Pelatihan penulisan esai kreatif merupakan bagian dari gerakan literasi Indonesia yang menargetkan pengembangan bakat sastra anak panti asuhan dan pembentukan bibit-bibit baru komunitas literasi. Mewujudkan insan yang berkualitas dan bermanfaat bagi sesama adalah nilai-nilai yang mendasari realisasi program pengabdian masyarakat dengan sasaran anak-anak panti asuhan Muhammadiyah di daerah Malang dan sekitarnya. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara dengan Majelis Pelayanan Sosial, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pertimbangan (1) anak-anak panti minim mendapatkan materi dan pendampingan tentang teknis menulis karya sastra, (2) belum banyak media untuk menampung kreatifitas menulis kreatif bagi anak-anak panti, (3) minimnya event pelatihan menulis yang menghasilkan publikasi karya sastra, dan (4) perlunya apresiasi untuk mempublikasikan karya tulis terpilih baik dalam wujud cetak maupun daring. Hasil pelatihan penulisan esai kreatif santri LKSA direncanakan untuk dipublikasikan sebagai buku kompilasi karya sastra. Sayangnya, berdasarkan hasil pelatihan, 50 persen mampu menulis puisi, 40 persen senang menulis cerpen, dan sisanya opini singkat. Namun demikian, 40 persen diantaranya perlu penyempurnaan penulisan Sehingga, perlu tindak lanjut kegiatan pelatihan untuk menyempurnakan tulisan masing-masing santri.Kata kunci: Literasi; Malang; Muhammadiyah; Santri; Sastra.AbstractCreative essay writing training is part of the Indonesian literacy movement which targets the development of literary talents of orphanages and the formation of new generation of the literacy community. Realizing qualified and beneficial human beings are values that underlie the realization of community service programs targeting Muhammadiyah orphanage children in Malang and surrounding areas. Based on observations and interviews with the Social Services Assembly, this activity was carried out with the consideration that (1) the orphanage children had minimal material and assistance on technical writing of literary works, (2) there were not many media to accommodate creative writing creativity for orphans, ( 3) the lack of writing training events that result in the publication of literary works, and (4) the need for appreciation for publishing selected written works both in print and online. The results of LKSA santri creative essay writing training are planned to be published as a compilation book of literary works. Unfortunately, based on the results of the training, 50 percent were able to write poetry, 40 percent liked writing short stories, and the rest were short opinions. However, 40 percent of them need improvement in writing. Therefore, it is necessary to follow up on training activities to improve the writing of each student.Keywords: Literacy; Malang; Muhammadiyah; Santri; Literature.

Abstract

This research examines the reasons for early marriage in Jatimulyo Village and the impact that occurs in the family life. The research uses descriptive qualitative research in which the research data is based on data found in the field. The data collection method uses direct observation in Jatimulyo Village. Direct and-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects used case studies. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation, verification and coclusion drawing. The result showed: Marriage carried out at an early age does not always end ini divorce and also does not always end without problems, emotions and respect for partners are very important in a marriage relationship. As for the impact to early marriage that occurs in family life, namely for couples whose marriage smoothly have a beneficial impact on both parties, both parents and marriage couples. Appart for adding new family members, it alsi strengthens brotherhood. For couples whose marriages do not run smoothly, it has an impact on the loose ties of brotherhood and experiences a burden on the mindKeywords: early marriage, teenagers, Jatimulyo village.

Abstract

The partner of the community service program is the Social Services Council (MPS) at the Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership in Malang Regency. The problem faced by MPS is the lack of updated information about MPS performance through the website of Muhammadiyah Regional Head (PDM). Based on the results of interviews with MPS administrators, this board division has not been able to carry out efforts to disseminate information using technological progress. There were lack of human resources to enhance the role and function of social service organizations in providing data and information. The optimalization of management of an organization's website is absolutely necessary as part of strengthening the image and spread of information. Thus, training on website management is a strategy to answer public needs as well as an effort to strengthen the organizational governance of MPS in Malang Regency. Technically, this training involved: 1) the IT administrator who responsible structurally in the board of management 2) the community service team of UMM as the speakers that internalized the subjects of organizational management, technical news writing and online media management. The results of the training on managing the MPS website have reached the target. MPS administrators has been able to collect and categorize data for online publication. This is indicated by 1) their ability to compile news texts based on the value of public interests and needs; 2) the ability to collect data and information previously obtained to be edited as website material; and 3) the ability to update the website appearance and link with the admin who manage the PDM website.

Abstract

This community service program tries to answer problems related to economic development that must be carried out by the Pujon Kidul tourist village, based on information that there are facilities and tourist attractions that are developing are not supported by other economies. This area also does not have any characteristics related to its superior products. Some of the resources that can be utilized are the abundant bamboo land which can be used as various processed products that have economic value. This development is not only for processing bamboo, but how bamboo can be packaged properly which will be in great demand by tourists visiting the Pujon Kidul area. Some of the programs that will be carried out are training in bamboo material processing, making bamboo packaging, and marketing the finished bamboo products to attract them. With the creative economy development program, we, the community service team, hope that the creative economy of the community will eventually have income outside the existing ones. Through merchandise in the form of processed bamboo taken from the potential of the surrounding area. The hope is that residents will have income not only from existing tourist attractions. Because seeing the tourist areas that are visited by many tourists, apart from some handicraft products produced by the service team, they also provide material related to the use of bamboo and must also be used at several points in tourist attractions in order to image the Pujon Kidul tourist area that is superior to its bamboo products.Based on the results of the training that has been carried out by the service team, it can be said that the processed bamboo produced has more selling value and can eventually be sold in bulk. Through this service program, several bamboo products can be produced, ranging from glass to fountains made from bamboo. These products will later become characteristic of Pujon Kidul village as merchandise that can be brought home and can be used in several units in the village.
