Abstract

This study aims to identify and answer some of the problems that exist in the Marketplace related to Product Quality, Service Quality and Purchase Decisions through Digital Marketing. Based on the questionnaire that will be answered by the respondent, the researcher can find out the results that will be obtained and describe how the respondent spends. This research method uses quantitative, in order to facilitate research in generating the existing variables in accordance with using questionnaires distributed by researchers to respondents at PGRI Ronggolawe University, Sunan Bonang University, STIE Muhammadiyah Tuban and IIK Nahdlatul Ulama Tuban. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling. The method used is simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate that, Product Quality has positive results and effects and has a direct significant result on the Purchase Decision variable. Service Quality has positive and significant results and influence on the Purchasing Decision variable. Product quality has positive and not significant direct results and influence on the purchasing decision variable through digital marketing as the intervening variable. and Service Quality has positive and not significant results and direct influence on the variable of Purchase Decision through Digital Marketing as the intervening variable.

Abstract

Many previous researchers have carried out research on the integrity of financial statements. The newness of this study is to use profit management as an intervening variable, where this research has not been carried out. Therefore,this research will be important information for company management for creating integrated financialstatements. The purpose of this study isto determine whether earningsmanagementcanbecomeaninterveningvariabletowardsanintegratedreportthroughthecomponents of good corporate governance. This type of research is quantitative research, thepopulationusedismanufacturingcompanieslistedontheIndonesiaStockExchange.Thesampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is to test theclassicalassumptionsfirst,thentesttheestimationofthepaneldataregressionmodelandthentestthe hypothesis analysis with the t-test. The analysis results found a relationship between severalcomponents of good corporate governance that can affect the integrity of financial statements,including institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and independent commissioners andearnings management. Abstract

This At the end of 2019 in December in Wuhan, China, the world was stirred up and people were made restless by the corona virus (Covid-19) which had an impact on all sectors of human life, not to mention the world of education. Media information promotion facilities used at SMA Hang Tuah 2 in carrying out the process of accepting new students (PPDB) in order to build a brand image by using the Digital Marketing system. The type of research that will be used is associative quantitative research, namely research that is asking for the relationship between two or more variables. This study aims to determine the influence of variables, namely the variable (X) promotional media and brand image on (Y) the decision to choose Hang Tuah 2 High School Sidoarjo. The data obtained were analyzed using SMART-PLS. Promotional media has no significant effect on election decisions. Brand Image has a significant influence on election decisions. Promotional media has no significant effect on digital marketing. Brand Image has a significant influence on digital marketing. Digital Marketing has a significant influence on election decisions. Promotional media does not have a significant influence on the selection decision through digital marketing as an intervening variable. Brand Image does not have a significant influence on election decisions through digital marketing as an intervening variable. Word of mouth is the most powerful promotional technique in this study, the role of people is very important in promoting services. Customers are very close to service delivery.

Abstract

Mentoring aims to help increase the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises affected by COVID-19 through improving financial management and marketing, especially for mousetrap producers. The development of the corona outbreak, it has an impact on several sectors, especially the economic and industrial sectors. Not a few companies that went out of business. Several companies have decided to lay off their employees and even terminate their employment. Including quantitative research using the results of a questionnaire survey filled out by respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. To test the partial effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable, the t-test was used. The f test is used to test the effect of the independent variables together on the dependent variable. The results of data processing show that there is an effect of increasing the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises affected by Covid-19 through improving financial management and marketing. together there is an effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Improving management and marketing management can increase the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises affected by Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to conduct a Quality, Design and Price Analysis of the Purchasing Decision of Nike Sports Shoes Through Lifestyle as an Intervening Variable in Sidoarjo Regency. The research on Quality, Design and Price Analysis of the Decision to Purchase Nike Sports Shoes Products Through Lifestyle as an Intervening Variable in Sidoarjo Regency is to use quantitative methods in the form of surveys assisted by questionnaires and by using secondary data to become comparative materials. The sample used was 200 people who were determined by the purposive sample method in this case were users of Nike sports shoes with varying age ranges ranging from less than 20 years of age to 40 years. The analytical tools used are multiple linear regression test analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), correlation coefficient, and t test using the SPSS version 24 program. The result of this study is that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product design has a significant effect on sales decisions. The price of the product has an insignificant effect on sales decisions. Product quality through lifestyle does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product design through lifestyle has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The price of products through lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Through better financial management and digital marketing, the study seeks to raise the income of MSMEs impacted by COVID-19. Due to a pandemic of MSME business players, there are a number of issues, including decreasing sales, ineffective advertising, and a lack of business fund management expertise, all of which have a negative impact on MSME entrepreneurs' revenue. This study is quantitative and relies on respondents' responses to a questionnaire survey. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed in the data analysis process. The t-test was employed to examine the independent variable's partial impact on the dependent variable. The f test is utilized to examine the combined impact of the independent and dependent variables on the dependent variable. The outcomes of data processing demonstrate that better financial management and digital marketing have an impact on raising the income of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises affected by COVID-19. When viewed collectively, the independent and dependent variables have an impact on one another. by employing sound financial management and digital marketing to boost the revenue of Covid-19-affected Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

This scientific article focuses on the post-COVID-19 priority of UMSIDA Community Partnership for PIA Cake Entrepreneurs in the Warurejo Gang Nangka area. The study aims to provide MSME strategy assistance in the digital era by offering training in production management, financial management, and marketing management. The methods involved conventional observations and expert consultation. The results indicate that the training significantly improved the entrepreneurs' creative thinking and operational, financial, and marketing management skills. The implications of this study underscore the importance of equipping small cake businesses with the necessary strategies to thrive in the digital economy, fostering economic growth and resilience in the global market. Highlight: Focus on Post-COVID-19 Priorities: The article emphasizes the significance of addressing the challenges faced by PIA Cake Entrepreneurs in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

The swift competition within the Surya Mart business, which operates in the retail sector of household products, serves as the focal point of this study. The objective of this research is to ascertain the influence of Muhammadiyah’s business capital, manpower force, innovation, and leadership on its turnovers. This study seeks to assess the enhancement of Surya Mart’s turnover through the following approaches: (1) Examining the impact of the capital variable on the increase in Surya Mart’s turnover. (2) Investigating the influence of manpower on the augmentation of earnings and turnover. (3) Analyze the impact of innovation on the augmentation of turnover. (4) Assess the moderation effect of Muhammadiyah leadership on the relationship between business capital and turnover increase. (5) Evaluate the moderation effect of Muhammadiyah leadership on the relationship between manpower and turnover increase. (6) Examine Muhammadiyah leadership as a moderator of the impact of innovation on turnover increase. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing data collection methods including interviews, observations, and documentation. The research employs an incidental sampling technique, wherein the researcher selects population members who are deemed capable of furnishing information to bolster the research objectives. The data were analyzed using Smart-PLS. The analysis results indicate that business capital exerts an influence on turnover, manpower demonstrates a significant impact on turnover, and innovation contributes to affecting turnover. Muhammadiyah leadership does not moderate the impact of business capital on turnover. Similarly, Muhammadiyah leadership does not moderate the influence of manpower on turnover, nor does it moderate the effect of innovation on turnover.

Abstract

Non-financial performance can be used to determine the success of the company and show the growth of a company. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Financial Structure (Working Capital, Asset Structure, and Operating Leverage) on Profitability and Non-Financial Performance in Industrial Companies. The sampling method used is the census method, which is a comprehensive sampling of 15 companies with a 3-year research period from 2019 to 2021. Method A the analysis is with method Partificial Least Square (PLS) using the Smart program PLS 2.0. The results of the analysis show that working capital and asset structure have an effect on profitability. Working capital, asset structure and operating leverage have no effect on non-financial performance. Profitability has an effect on Non-Financial Performance. Profitability mediates the effect of Working Capital and Asset Structure on Non-Financial Performance. Profitability does not mediate the effect of Operating Leverage on Non-Financial Performance. The result shows, that all proposed hypotheses are accepted except Hypothesis High Operating Leverage does not affect the Company's Non-Financial Performance. The company can grow and develop, and can increase the company's profitability by increasing its own capital and reducing some of the company's debt. Non-financial performance can be improved by providing fast, good, and satisfying service to consumers.
