Abstract

Pada penelitian ini mengembangkan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) untuk pembelajaran IPS di kelas VIII dengan kompetensi dasar (3.2) “Menganalisis Pengaruh Interaksi Sosial Dalam Ruang yang Berbeda Terhadap Kehidupan Sosial dan Budaya Serta Pengembangan Kehidupan Kebangsaan” di SMP Bhaitani Tosari Pasuruan dengan materi “Pluralitas Masyarakat Indonesia” yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai tradisi lokal Suku Tengger, “Yadnya Karo”. Pengembangan LKPD ini didasarkan atas kegiatan pembelajaran IPS di SMP Bhaitani Tosari yang belum menggunakan LKPD, serta banyak siswa yang belum memaknai tradisi leluhur mereka, Yadnya Karo. Sehingga sangat penting tradisi lokal diintegrasikan dalam materi pembelajaran agar peserta didik mampu memaknai tradisi lokal melalui kegiatan pembelajaran. Model pengembangan yang digunakan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumen, observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian pengembangan LKPD berbasis tradisi Yadnya Karo Suku Tengger pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas VIII, menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LKPD terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS peserta didik. Selain itu LKPD ini juga membantu peserta didik untuk memaknai tradisi lokal yang ada di sekitar lingkungan peserta didik. Peserta didik juga menyatakan senang dan merasa tertarik untuk belajar IPS materi Pluralitas Masyarakat Indonesia menggunakan LKPD berbasis tradisi lokal Yadnya Karo Suku Tengger.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the students' creative thinking skills in social studies learning using the Problem Posing model. The subjects in this study were 28 eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tulangan academic year 2019. Researchers used primary data and data collection techniques, namely tests. Tests were carried out before and after learning. The results showed that the test results of independent sample t-test posttest creative thinking abilities of learners shows that there are differences in the ability of creative thinking between the experimental class and class control after being given treatment. Based on the analysis of the t-test, it was concluded that the problem posing learning model influenced students' creative thinking abilities. This research is useful for teachers, that is, they can develop teacher insights to be more innovative and creative in creating fun learning activities in the classroom and increasing students' knowledge competencies and creative thinking abilities. The problem posing learning model is implemented into the class because it can improve the ability of creative thinking and understanding in addressing problems and conflicts that occur in society and is expected to optimize the ability to think creatively.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 berdampak pada kewajiban bagi masyarakat untuk melaksanakan physical distancing. Dampaknya terhadap dunia pendidikan adalah guru IPS SMP di Surabaya harus melaksanakan pembelajaran secara online. Berbagai pengalaman guru IPS Surabaya selama mengajar dengan media online tentunya dapat dijadikan “pengalaman praktis” untuk dituangkan dalam bentuk tulisan yang bermuara pada penyusunan artikel ilmiah. Kendala yang dihadapi guru IPS dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah yakni kurangnya pemahaman mengenai seluk-beluk artikel ilmiah serta kurangnya pengalaman dalam menulis artikel ilmiah, sehingga guru sangat membutuhkan pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah. Pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah dilaksanakan oleh Tim PKM Pascasarjana S2 Pendididikan IPS Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang diikuti oleh 25 guru IPS di Surabaya dan ditambah 55 dari guru IPS Jawa Timur yang berminat dalam pelatihan tersebut. Kegiatan dilaknskan menggunakan platform zoom. Metode pendekatan yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru adalah dengan model in service learning 1 (pemberian pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah secara online), on the job learning (kegiatan penulisan dan pendampingan/work from home), dan in service learning 2 (guru mempresentasikan hasil penulisan artikel ilmiah secara online). Pemberlakuan pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah berbasis best praktis mendapat respon positif oleh guru karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pada taraf sedang dalam menulis artikel ilmiah.

Abstract

Abstract            This paper reveals the behavior of historical education students in dealing with the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak. Responding to this situation, the State University of Surabaya followed the directives of the Directorate of Higher Education to change conventional learning to online lectures. The policies issued by  State University of Surabaya affect aspects of student activities, and relate to individual student activities in dealing with learning systems that are enforced online or non-conventional.            The purpose of this study seeks to reveal how the behavior of History Education students in adapting and at the same time understanding the process of forming new behavior patterns from students during online learning after facing the Covid-19 situation. Student behavior patterns towards aspects of online learning and aspects of family life affect the emergence of new forms of behavior both in the form of attitudes and cultures that come into contact with IT devices.            This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In the early stages of collecting data from various sources, especially students through online media in the form of narrative text, expressions, words, opinions, and ideas. Furthermore, by using the descriptive-qualitative method, it is attempted to describe events, circumstances, objects, and things related to variables that can be explained by the problem under study. This study describes the phenomenon of student behavior patterns in using online media.            The results of this study can open and broaden people's insights about understanding the lecture situation that is no longer carried out conventionally but with new patterns by utilizing technology or online media. This research can also foster situational awareness among the community, that the process of adaptability of history education students has taken place in maintaining the continuity of the learning process. An understanding of the results of research can also be used as material for consideration in issuing policies in Unesa and the government in general. In addition, this research will also produce articles that will be sent to accredited scientific journals. Key Word: Behavior, student, learning history education

Abstract

The establishment of the School of Civil Service is expected to print cadres who work in the government that allows people. Society no difficulty for all aspects relating to the civil service is bureaucracy for schools create graduates who are ready to work in local government. The long journey of the servant of the state of the education system originally the Dutch colonial era and post-independence education system more adopters of the Dutch education system that is more emphasis on physical exercise. But over time the civil service school in giving more priority to the education of qualified leadership and managerial abilities administrative.Formulation of the problem: 1) How does the education system of the Civil Service School in Malang in 1956 to 1972, 2) How is the contribution of the distribution of the Civil Service School alumni in Malang. The purpose of this study was to knowing school education system of the civil service and contributions of alumni APDN Malang. This study uses historical research that includes heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography.The assessment results of this study, successfully obtained the following conclusions. First: The results of this study describing the changes in the education system from the beginning in the Dutch colonial era and the post-independence more adopters of the Dutch education system that is more emphasis on physical exercise. The education system in APDN changed with more emphasis on the concept of the Trinity-centered learning, which includes Teaching, Care and Training. Second: the contribution of alumni occupying the country APDN applied with some dedication of the civil service in politics and public administration at certain positions as village chief, Head, Municipal Police, Assistant Regional Secretary and Regional Secretary, coupled with FNS (Work Unit Governor) . Key words: Civil Service, The education system

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perspektif baru penulisan sejarah Indonesia dengan memanfaatkan foto sebagai sumber sejarah. Foto-foto yang akan dijadikan bahan kajian dalam penelitian ini diambil dari peristiwa-peristiwa awal kemerdekaan di Surabaya pada bulan Agustus sampai Desember tahun 1945. Dari gambar foto-foto tersebut dicoba untuk direkonstruksi peristiwa-peristiwa sejarah di Surabaya dari segala segi. Beberapa yang akan diperhatikan adalah sekitar peristiwa-peristiwa reaksi setelah di beritakan pernyataan proklamasi kemerdekaan oleh Sukarno Hatta di Jakarta hingga berkecamuknya perang 10 November. Foto adalah catatan yang direkayasa secara canggih, hasil dari hubungan sekilas antara orang yang difoto dengan juru foto. Sebagai bahan sejarah, foto dapat dimanipulasi secara selektif seperti halnya sumber-sumber sejarah yang lainnya. Fokus penelitian ini ada pada isi foto, apa atau siapa yang penting menurut juru foto untuk diabadikan melalui proses teknologi digital yang dapat memberikan informasi terkait dengan peristiwa-peristiwa di Surabaya. Penelitian ini mencoba menggabungkan narasi dokumen dengan narasi foto dalam satu rekonstruksi historiografi. Kata kunci : narasi foto, dokumen historis, rekonstruksi, Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to (1) identify and describe the role of social studies teachers in implementing discipline character education and student responsibility at MtsN 1 Lamongan, and (2) identify and explain the obstacles experienced by teachers in implementing student discipline and responsibility character education. at MtsN Lamongan. The method used is descriptive qualitative with teacher and student informants with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used the Milles and Habermas technique which started from data collection, data reduction, data study, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that (1) the teacher's role in instilling the character of discipline and responsibility of the students of MtsN 1 Lamongan is by example, enforcement, and habituation. (2) supporting and inhibiting factors come from the school environment, family and community. while (3) the solution is in the form of cooperation between the school and parents and the active role of the teacher.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perlawanan ‘Kelompok Islam 212’ terhapadap pemerintah pada 2016-2019. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam terhadap 13 informan-yang berasal dari 4 unsur- dari ‘Kelompok Islam 212’, Kelompok Islam Moderat, Akademisi dan Jurnalis. Selain itu, juga menggunakan data sekunder seperti media dan buku. Studi in menyimpulkan bahwa teknologi informasi (media online dan medsos) mempunyai peran besar untuk membuat gerakan perlawanan ‘Kelompok Islam 212’ terhadap pemerintah pada 2016-2019 begitu menonjol. Gerakan perlawanan yang menonjol dapat dilihat pada Aksi Bela Islam (ABI) pada 2 Desember 2016. Walaupun negara berusaha menghalangi aksi tersebut, ABI tersebut berhasil mendatangkan beratus ribu peserta dari berbagai provinsi dan menjadi perhatian nasional dan internasional.  Karena aksi tersebut Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahya Purnama menjadi tersangka dalam kasus dugaan penistaan agama.
