Abstract

Flexible pavement is one of the pavements that generally uses a mixture of materials originating as a surface layer and a grained material as the layer underneath. So that the pavement layer has flexibility / flexibility that can create vehicle comfort when passing on it. It is necessary to conduct a more intensive study in its application and also take into account economically, according tolocal conditions, level of need, implementation capacity and other technical requirements, so that the planned road construction is optimal. Drainage which comes from English (drainage) means to drain, drain, remove, or divert water. In the field of civil engineering, in general, drainage can be defined as an action to reduce excess water, which comes from rain, seepage, or excess irrigationwater from an area / land, so that the function of the area / land is not disturbed. Drainage is also defined as an effort to control groundwater quality in terms of sanitation. So, it concerns not only surface water but also groundwater. Based on the data that has been processed using the Bina Marga method in 2013, it can be seen that there are several things that experience significantdifferences. It is known that ESA 20 years = 3,922,232 uses a pavement thickness of HRS WC 3 cm, HRS Base 3.5 cm, LPA class A 37.5 cm while for the duct dimensions the values of b are 0.6 m and h 0.6 m.

Abstract

Kereta api  dapat ditemukan di stasiun-stasiun dengan pemberangkatan setiap saat. di Kabupaten Jember termasuk Daerah Operesional IX (Daops IX) dengan 12 (dua belas) stasiunnya. Kedua belas  stasiun tersebut  adalah stasiun Tanggul, stasiun Bangsalsari, stasiun Rambipuji, stasiun Mangli, stasiun Jember, stasiun Arjasa, stasiun Kotok, stasiun Kalisat, stasiun Ledokombo, stasiun Sempolan, atasiun Garahan, stasiun Mrawan. Prasarana berupa jalan rel kereta api meliputi rel, bantalan, ballas dan penambat rel seharusnya perlu perawatan yang baik. Berdasarkan permaslahan yang ditemukan peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan mengevaluasi geometrik jalur kereta api dan struktur jalan rel kereta api. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui geometrik jalur kereta api, dan mengetahui struktur rel kereta api. Saat ini dari ketiga lokasi penelitian Geometrik (perlintasan), dan struktur rel Kereta Api dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa permasalahan yang di anggap penting dalam menentukan keamanan atau kelayakan Geometrik dan Struktur rel kereta api. Pada ketiga lokasi penelitian (perlintasan) rel KA dengan jalan raya adanya hambatan jarak pandang masinis dan pengemudi (kendaraan). Hal ini disebabkan garis pada jarak  pandang (dTA) terhalang karena terdapat bangunan, seperti perkampungan dan tempat usaha. Saat ini sepanjang ketiga lokasi penelitian,Rel kereta api dari stasiun Rambipuji sampai stasiun Arjasa adalah  tipe R.54. Kata Kunci : Struktur Rel Kereta Api, Geometrik

Abstract

Jaringan  jalan  raya  sebagai  prasarana  transportasi  darat  memegang  peranan  yang  sangatpenting dalam sektor perhubungan terutama untuk kesinambungan distribusi barang dan jasa. Sebagai salah satu daerah sentra industri tentu berdampak pada kepadatan lalu lintas, baik di jalan dalam kota maupun luar kota seperti di wilayah utara Jawa Timur seperti pada ruas jalan Grati – Pasuruan sampai dengan Tongas – Probolinggo. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya jalus alternatif yang ditujukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah itu. Penelitian ini berisi tentang alternatif perencanaan jalan tol yang dimana jalan tol pada umumnya memakai perkerasan kaku.  Perencanaan  tebal  perkerasan  berdasarkan  “Manual  Desain  Perkerasan  Jalan  Tahun2013”  sedangkan  untun  rencangan  anggaran  biaya  berdasarkan  Manajemen  “Proyek  danKonstruksi Jilid I”. Dari data diperoleh pannjang jalan tol rencana adalah sepanjang 7 KM, dari data survey yang dilakukan oleh PT. Multi Phi Beta Consultan Engginering bahwa LHR adalah sebesar 46.467 kendaraan pada tahun 2016. Sedangkan dari hasil perhitungan tebal perkerasan yang dibutuhkan adalah sebesar LPA/CTB 10 cm, AC-BC sebesar 22 cm, dan AC-WC sebesar5 cm. Untuk rencana anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk 7 KM perencanaan perkerasanlentur sejumlah Rp. 79.305.225.275.

Abstract

Road is an infrastructure which supports and plays an important role in the transportation sector. The  improvement of land transportation infrastructure can support the smooth and equitable development in regional and national levels.. Benculuk highway well known as highway of various destinations. With these conditions, it is necessary to evaluate the thickness of the flexible pavement on the road. Therefore a good handling construction of normalization, enhancement or rehalibitation is needed. It will be done optimally if the factors causing the damage are known. The problem in this research is how the performance of the Benculuk highway, how to evaluate the condition of the thickness of the flexible pavement using the 2013 UR 20-year Bina Marga method, and how to evaluate the dimensions of the road drainage channel. This study aims to (1) analyze performance on the Benculuk highway, (2) analyze the flexible pavement conditions with the 2013 UR 20-year Bina Marga method (3) evaluate the dimensions of the road drainage channel. The results of the 2013 Bina Marga pavement thickness calculation obtained a flexible pavement thickness  47.5 cm, WC AC 4 cm, AC BC 13.5 cm, LPA Class A 15 cm. The results of drainage dimensions b 0.9 m and 1.1 m are planned along 2 km of KM Genteng 6 + 400 (left) with a drainage gradient value of 60% and using cemented masonry material.

Abstract

The intersection of Jl.Gajah Mada and Jl. Sentot Prawirodirjo is an intersection with 3 arms (East, South, West). Where to Jl.Gajah Mada is a national road, which consists of 2 lanes and 3 lanes. Meanwhile, Jl. Sentot Prawirodirjo is a local road which consists of 1 lane 2 lanes. Jl Gajah Mada is the center or area of shopping and offices .. On Jl. Gajah Mada has also built a shopping center and a new generation building, so that it will increase traffic flow in the area. One reason why traffic lights are needed is to make a U-turn too long before  this intersection. So it is necessary to analyze how the intersection performance before and after the traffic light. The analysis used is the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines method (PKJI 2014). This analysis includes the degree of saturation (DJ), delay, queue length. From the results of the calculation evaluation, the level of intersection service is better with the presence of traffic light, than before the traffic light. Likewise with the analysis of the awakening from the mosque, which did not have a significant effect on the intersection of Jl. Gajah Mada and Jl. Sentot Prawirodirjo.

Abstract

Water balance can be used as a guide to the presence or absence of water in an area. In the concept of the hydrological cycle that the amount of water in a certain area on the surface of the earth is influenced by the amount of water entering (input) and out (put) in a certain period. Balance input and water output somewhere known as water balance. Since water is dynamic, the water balance value changes from time to time so that somewhere there may be surplus or deficit. If the shortage and excess water is in extreme circumstances can certainly cause disasters, such as floods or drought. The disaster can be prevented or mitigated if good management of the land and the environment is carried out. The water balance is a water balance for agricultural land use in general. This balance sheet is useful in considering the suitability of agricultural land, arranging planting and harvesting schedules, arranging irrigation water supply in the right amount and time. It cannot be denied that some areas of Java and Madura have experienced water shortages, of all the water earth 97.5% is salt water, fresh water is 2.5%.This not entirely surface water and ground water. In Kabupaten Jember, especially in the area of underground water sampling (ABT) conducted by drilling wells in community development projects from the results of this study is expected to help and provide solutions to communities in the study area in the form of water buildings for storage of agricultural water reserves.Keywords:Reviewof Craft Balance

Abstract

Roads are infrastructure that play a very important role in traffic flow, so that during the road service period, efforts are made to avoid problems related to road damage. Road infrastructure which is burdened by high and repetitive traffic volumes will cause a decrease in road quality that can be seen from the condition of the road surface, both structurally and functionally damaged. This study aims to re-plan the thickness of the flexible pavement on the Kalibaru highway - Glenmore Banyuwangi Regency. In this study, to find out how thick the flexible pavement of the Kalibaru - Glenmore highway in Banyuwangi Regency for the next 20 years is in 2038. In this study the authors used the Binamarga Method 1987 and 2013. In this method we have to conduct LHR surveys on these roads and do CBR data retrieval. After the data data is collected, then we can determine the Index of Pavement Thickness of the road.  From the calculation results, it is known that the results of the pavement thickness with the Binamarga 1987 method are 4.5cm Lapen / Laston, 15cm Upper Foundation Layer, 10cm Bottom Foundation Layer. Whereas the thickness of road blocks with the method of Binamarga 2013 is WC air conditioner of 4cm, AC BC of 13.5cm, CTB of 15cm, LPA of Class A of 15cm.

Abstract

Gumitir highway is a class I highway as a cross road between regencies and cities (Jember - Banyuwangi). The condition of this highway field with a width of 7 meters and winding and there are slopes. This highway is passed by heavy vehicles which can cause overloading (tonnage) loading, damage to the road body. Under these conditions a geometric evaluation (of the length of the arch) and calculation of the thickness of the flexible pavement on the Gumitir highway in Jember Regency .. This study aims to (1) analyze the performance of the Gumitir highway, (2) analyze the geometric of the Gumitir highway STA 229 + 664 - STA + 019, (3) analyzing the flexible pavement conditions with the 2013 UR 20-year bina marga method, (4) analyzing the inventory of the Gumitir highway. The research was conducted using the Full Circle method to calculate the geometric conditions of the Gumitir highway and 2013 Bina Marga UR 20 method for calculating the thickness of the pavement thickness of the Gumitir highway. The results of the 2013 Bina marga pavement thickness calculation results obtained for a flexible pavement thickness of 44 cm, a 3 cm HRS WC, a 3.5 cm HRS Base, a 25 cm LPA Class A and LPA Class B 12.5 cm. The results of planning the addition of warning signs point obtained 8 electric poles, 10 street lighting lamps, 8 traffic signs (addition 8 points) and longitudinal road markings in the form of solid lines

Abstract

Sedimentasi sungai yaitu proses pengendapan suatu material – material yang terangkut aliran air sungai dan dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya delta sungai, sedangkan sedimen merupakan batuan yang terbentuk karena proses pelapukan, erosi, transportasi, dan deposisi (pengerasan) yang terjadi pada suatu wilayah aliran sungai. Delta sungai yang terjadi karena proses sedimentasi tersebut dapat mengurangi jumlah debit air yang terbawa, sehingga kebutuhan irigasi di daerah hilir tidak bisa terpenuhi secara maksimal karena terhalang oleh penumpukan delta. Karakteristik sedimentasi di hilir terjadi perlahan dan berlangsung menerus selama suplai muatan sedimen yang tinggi terus berlangsung. Prediksi sedimentasi yang terjadi pada sungai dilakukan dengan memperhitungkan besar laju sedimentasi berdasarkan metode perhitungan analitik, namun untuk mempermudah dalam menggambarkan sedimentasi yang terjadi pada sungai  sampean  Bondowoso  dilakukan  metode  pemodelan  menggunakan  progam  aplikasi HEC-RAS. Progam HEC-RAS sendiri merupakan salah satu progam pemodelan analisis angkutan sedimen pada saluran maupun sungai.

Abstract

Tol lenmore Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan jalan raya yang berbatasan dengan Tol Kalibaru dan Tol Genteng Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Seperti diketahui, Tol Glenmore Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan perempatan timur berbagai destinasi. Misalnya kendaraan berat (angkutan) dari pulau Jawa menuju pulau Bali atau sebaliknya yang akan melewati jalan raya Glenmore kabupaten Banyuwangi khususnya pada KM 250 - KM.252 ini. Kendaraan berat yang melewati jalan raya Glenmore di kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki tujuan berbeda. Kendaraan berat yang melewati jalan raya Glenmore di kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki tujuan berbeda. Misalnya truk trailer atau semi trailer yang mengangkut barang komoditas atau barang lainnya. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah lokasi strategis yang dekat atau mengarah ke gudang distributor yang berlokasi di Glenmore, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Dengan kondisi tersebut maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap ketebalan perkerasan pada jalan tersebut. Dengan adanya evaluasi perhitungan ketebalan perkerasan dan perhitungan rencana anggaran, nantinya akan memberikan alternatif baru atau memberikan kontribusi pemikiran teknis dalam penentuan ketebalan lapisan perkerasan dan perhitungan rencana anggarannya.
