Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the development of school culture in SD Manisrejo 1 Madiun City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Research subjects were the principal, teachers, students and parents of students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study uses the Miles and Huberman Model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that SD Manisrejo 1 had implemented the school culture optimally with the collaboration of principals, teachers and students. School culture developed and fostered by schools is 5 S culture, courtesy and politeness culture, checking morning present or absence, morning story, read the scriptures of holy quran, morning prayer and cast praise on the prophet, multidirectional communication, and cultural love. The characters that are grown from fostering school culture are discipline, religious, social care, honesty, fond of reading, tolerance, love for the motherland/Nationalism, mutual respect, friendship, responsibility and care for the environment. The character must always be fostered continuously so that all school personnel have a noble personality. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembinaan kultur sekolah di SD Manisrejo 1 Kota Madiun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan orangtua siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan Model Miles dan Huberman yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SD Manisrejo 1 telah menerapkan budaya sekolah dengan optimal dengan kolaborasi kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Kultur sekolah yang dikembangkan dan dibina oleh sekolah adalah Kultur 5 S, kultur unggah ungguh, absen pagi, morning story, tadarus pagi, doa pagi dan bersholawat, komunikasi multiarah, dan cinta budaya. Karakter yang ditumbuhkan dari pembinaan kultur sekolah yakni kedisiplinan, religius, peduli sosial, jujur, gemar membaca, toleransi, cinta tanah air, saling menghargai, bersahabat, tanggungjawab dan peduli lingkungan. Karakter tersebut harus senantiasa dibina secara kontinue agar seluruh personil sekolah berkepribadian luhur.

Abstract

Abstrak: Membudayakan Literasi di sekolah menjadi langkah paling penting untuk pengembangan kemampuan dan wawasan pada siswa. SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota telah berpartisipasi dalam membudayakan literasi. Oleh karena itulah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi budaya literasi yang ada di SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota dan bagaimana budaya literasi dapat mengembangkan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data kepala sekolah, guru, pustakwan, siswa, dan komite sekolah. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yakni reduksi data, sajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yakni SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota telah membudayakan literasi dengan sangat optimal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tersedianya perpustakaan yang memadai dan nyaman untuk para siswa, adanya pagupon literasi dihalaman sekolah, dan pembuatan mading kelas setiap bulannya untuk membiasakan anak membaca dan mencari informasi. Pelaksanaan budaya literasi ini dapat menumbuhkan karakter pada anak yakni karakter tanggungjawab, peduli sosial, toleransi, saling menghargai teman, disiplin, gemar membaca, karakter menghargai prestasi, karakter rasa ingin tahu, karakter kerja keras, karakter kreatif, karakter bersahabat/komunikatif, karakter cinta damai dan peduli lingkungan. Budaya Literasi yang dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota dapat meningkatkan potensi, kualitas diri dan karakter positif pada siswa.   Kata Kunci: Budaya Literasi, KarakterAbstract: Culture literacy in schools is the most important step for the development of skills and insights in students. SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota has participated in culture literacy. Therefore, this research aims to describe the implementation of literacy culture in SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota and How culture literacy can develop the character of students. This study uses qualitative descriptive methode. Data sources of Principals, Teachers, Librarian, students, and School Committees. Data retrieval techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data feed, and conclusion. The results of the study is SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota has cultured literacy very optimally, this is evidenced by the availability of adequate and convenient libraries for students, the availability of literacy pagupon in the school yard, and the creation of mading classes every month to get used to children reading and looking for information. The implementation of this literacy culture can foster character in children namely character responsibility, social care, tolerance, mutual respect of friends, discipline, love of reading, character appreciate achievement, character curiosity, character hard work, creative character, friendly/communicative character, peace loving character and caring environment. Literacy culture implemented in SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota is expected to increase potential, self-quality and positive character in student.  Keywords: Literacy Culture, Character

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : peran guru dalam mengoptimalkan gerakan literasi di SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yakni guru, kepala sekolah, pustakawan, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan model Miles. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah memberikan pelayanan maksinal dalam gerakan literasi. Peranan guru dalam mensukseskan gerakan literasi ini yakni : 1). guru berperan sebagai Peneliti Ideal Literasi, dimana guru berupaya untuk melakukan riset mengenai berbagai ilmu pengetahuan sehingga literasi bukan hanya untuk siswa namun juga guru, dan guru akan semakin bertambah wawasan dan pengetahuannya ; 2). Guru Sebagai teladan dalam Kegiatan Literasi, yakni guru senantiasa rajin membaca dan menganalisis materi bacaan bersama dengan siswa ; 3). Guru sebagai motivator dan fasilitator dalam gerakan literasi yakni guru selalu memotivasi siswa nya untuk rajin membaca dan menulis apa yang telah dipahaminya. Peran guru di SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota harus terus di optimalkan, agar gerakan literasi di sekolah dapat senantiasa berjalan dengan maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1). Implementation of paguponliteracy at Muhammadiyah Bantul City Elementary School; 2) To what extent Pagupon literacy can increase reading interest in students; 3). The role of schools in empowering literacy pagupons as an effort to increase student interest in reading at SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. Sources of data are teachers, principals, librarians, data collection techniques by observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The research results are as follows: 1). Muhammadiyah Bantul City Elementary School has empowered literacy through literacy pagupon effectively and optimally. It is proven that many students like to visit the pagupon which is in the front yard of the school library, the students are diligent in reading the books placed on the pagupon, the students are enthusiastic and interested in continuing to take books from the pagupon to be studied in turn; learning is not only done in the classroom but also in front of the pagupon (Pagupon literacy camp); 2) The existence of the pagupon can attract students to read the books provided in the paguponliteracy. 3) The role of teachers, school principals and librarians is very optimal in providing exemplary, improving facilities and books in the pagupon, the teacher invites students to always analyze books read together, and motivates students to always visit pagupons to increase knowledge.

Abstract

Teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan berkembang sangat cepat, guru di tuntut bisa memanfaatkan ragam media dalam pembelajaran daring. Di SDN Kebonalas sudah menerapkan pembelajaran online dengan media whatsapp, tetapi perlu ada media alternative lain yang membuat siswa tidak cepat bosan. Media powtoon salah alternative yang bisa digunakan dalam pembelajaran online yang dapat memotivasi siswa karena didalamnya berisi video animasi.  Penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan tehnik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan kualitatif diskriptif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan sebagai berikut: 1). penggunaan powtoon dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SDN Kebonalas, 2). Penggunaan media powtoon meningkatkan motivasi belajar sekaligus meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SDN Kebonalas pada tiap siklus dari  72,88 menjadi 89,90.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of online learning through Zoom Meeting media at SD Muhamadiyah Bantul City, especially grade 2nd in elementary school. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. Sources of data in this study were grade 2nd teachers, students and parents of grade 2nd at SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used triangulation of data sources. The results showed an increase in student learning in the form of increasing student understanding in receiving subject matter, students enjoying learning more, teachers and students can interact directly through zoom meetings, foster student interest in learning, teachers can better understand the character of students, students can work on practice questions with good, and parents can unite student learning to be more optimal

Abstract

The low critical thinking skills of students in understanding social studies subjects. Less innovative learning models and media used by teachers, so that students find it difficult to understand the material. This study aims to determine critical thinking skills at the elementary school level using the SAVI learning model assisted by video animation for class IV MIN 2 Madiun City. The research method used is Quasi Experimental with the research design used in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample in the study was class IV D as the experimental class which consisted of 30 students and class IV E as the student control class. The data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on the results of the t test where the yield Sig.(2. taileld) < 0.005 (0.002 < 0.005). Thus it can meet the criteria for testing tcount <ttable at a significant level of 5%. In conclusion, there is an influence of the SAVI learning model assisted by video animation on the critical thinking skills of social studies class IV MIN 2 Madiun City.

Abstract

This research aims to develop snakes and ladders game media to improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in elementary schools. This research uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. This researcher produced a snakes and ladders game media product to overcome students' boredom and saturation in learning. In this development the media was validated by 2 validators and there was a teacher and student response questionnaire to determine the suitability of the media. Meanwhile, to determine the increase in student learning outcomes, pretests and posttests were given to students. The calculation results obtained the completeness of the game media by achieving a score of 93.36% for media experts, 95.38% for material experts, and teacher responses were obtained 84.61%, to find out the percentage of student responses to the questionnaire totaling 26 students, an average calculation was carried out and a score of 93.69% was obtained. Meanwhile, for student learning outcomes, the average was 0.57 which was calculated using the N Gain score formula. You can It was concluded that the snake and ladder game media was included in the valid category or suitable for use for learning in class IV elementary schools.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk 1) mengetahui integrasi sosio kultural seni pencak silat dalam pembentukan karakter siswa; 2) peran guru integrasi sosio kultural seni pencak silat dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di SMP 1 Jiwan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian yakni siswa, guru dan pelatih pencak silat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Milles dan Hubermas yakni data display, verifikasi dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa 1). intergrasi sosio kultural dalam seni pencak silat dapat membentuk karakter sosial siswa menjadi lebih baik diantaranya muncul karakter tenggang rasa, peduli sosial, cinta tanah air, kerjasama, tanggungjawab yang tereskplore ketika anak-anak melakukan seni pencak silat, semakin mencintai seni pencak silat semakin tumbuh karakter sosial yang lebih optimal. 2).Peran guru dalam integrasi sosio kultural seni pencak silat dalam pembentukan karakter siswa guru sebagai role model yakni teladan bagi siswa, guru harus membiasakan pencak silat dalam kegiatan di sekolah, guru harus memaksimalkan seni pencak silat untuk membentuk karakter pada diri siswa.
