Abstract

This study describes the implementation of information technology system management and telegram bots in student services and information. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The study was conducted at the Daar El Hasanah Jawilan Civilization Islamic Boarding School, Serang Regency, Banten Province. The data is taken from primary and secondary data, which comes from documentation of Islamic boarding schools, relevant books, and reputable journals both internationally and nationally. Data collection techniques are through observation, in-depth interviews, document assessment, and focus group discussions. Data analysis is done through the process of editing, organizing, and interpretation. The results of the study show that the application of information technology system management and telegram bots is very effective in using services and information for Islamic boarding school students, which consists of academic, financial, library, staffing, reporting, computer-based exams, teacher info, student info, SMS gateway, and pavilion services. The study recommends that Islamic educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools and madrasas take advantage of information technology's sophistication in providing services to users.

Abstract

The low quality of education refers to teachers' low work motivation and job satisfaction. These two variables are important because they affect their performance in madrasas. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the relationship between teacher work motivation and madrasah teachers job satisfaction in the last ten years. This research uses meta-analysis and systematic review using JASP 0.14.1.0 software. The data found as many as 25 papers through a search, and nine papers were selected according to predetermined characteristics. The data taken from the selected articles is the number of samples (N) and the correlation value (r) in each paper, and then the effect size is analyzed. The study results found that the effect size value resulting from the relationship between the two variables was 0.610, with a moderate category at a 95 per cent confidence level at an interval of 0.450 to 0.770. The meta-analysis results in this study have stated the consistency of the results of previous studies and have strengthened existing theories, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and madrasah teachers job satisfaction. Recommendations from the results of this study, it is necessary to conduct further research on job satisfaction of honorary teachers at every level of madrasah education.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the concept of accountability and good governance in the management of Islamic education. This research uses a qualitative approach for library research type. The discussion data was obtained from primary and secondary data derived from books and journals of international and national reputable. Content analysis is used as an analysis technique. The results of the study show that accountability and good governance in Islamic education management is the obligation of schools to account for the management, control of resources, and the implementation of policies entrusted to institutions in order to achieve the goals that have been set. The study recommends schools to implement accountability and good governance in Islamic education management.

Abstract

This paper analyzes Kyai's leadership model applied to Islamic boarding schools. The method used is literature study. Related primary data were obtained from reference books and secondary data from several scientific articles from international and reputable national journals. Data analysis was carried out by collecting, analyzing, and drawing conclusions. The analysis results can be concluded that the Kyai leadership model applied to Islamic boarding schools consists of individual and collective leadership models. Some of the findings also found that there were spiritual leadership styles and charismatic leadership applied by Kyai in Islamic boarding schools. Further discussion is discussed on the subject matter of each topic.

Abstract

This study is motivated by a decrease in learning process management and an increase in students’ skills at the Darunna’im Islamic Boarding School, Lebak Regency, Banten. Darunna’im boarding school is part of the institution that implements entrepreneurship skills education. As a form of self-development and preparing students to have an entrepreneurial spirit. The results of the entrepreneurship skills program at the Darunna’im Islamic Boarding School are carried out every day as a form of training and self-development for students for the future. Researchers are interested in conducting research related to process management and improving the skills of students in the Darunna’im Islamic boarding school program. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely research that is used to examine certain populations and samples and uses data collection with research instruments that aim to test the hypotheses that have been set. Based on the research results, it is known that the relationship between process management and the improvement of students’ skills can be concluded that there is a relationship between process management and the improvement of the life skills of students at the Darunna’im Islamic boarding school. a positive relationship is indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.322 and a determination coefficient of 10.4%. This means that the better the process management, the better the students’ life skills will improve.
