Indonesia is a region that has the largest Muslim population in the world. It is a promising market opportunity to develop the Indonesian Islamic capital market. This study aims to analyze public company performance in determining the quality of sharia stocks. This study used the secondary data in historical data, namely the annual financial statements in 2017 and 2018. Meanwhile, the sample used in this study is 30 sharia stock issuers registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index. The analytical method used is the Piotroski F-Score. The study results found that there are four sharia stocks with perfect financial conditions, twenty five sharia stocks with moderate financial conditions, and one sharia stock whose financial conditions were relatively weak. This study also shows that the Piotroski F-Score method can identify Islamic stocks’ quality in the Indonesian capital market

The people of Aceh are known as coffee lovers. One of the advantages of serving Aceh coffee is the traditional blend process using human labor. Aceh coffee brewing is made manually brewing 5-7 times. This brewing process is believed to affect the quality of taste offered, where the higher the filter is removed, the better the quality of the coffee will be. It is known that workers at Zakir Coffee Shop can make an average of 270-320 Aceh filter coffee cups a day. Work posture in this process is carried out with 4-5 repetitions with a load of 3 kg by standing position. The data in the study were taken from 5 Zakir Aceh coffee shops with 10 respondents. The method used is the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment, that used to assess work posture and investigate disorders of the upper limbs. The second is the Nordic Body Map (NBM), to find out the parts of the muscles that are experiencing complaints. The research aids used are roll meter, digital camera, and stopwatch. The result of this research is an analysis of 3 work postures where work posture 1 is on the action scale 4 for the right and left limbs, work postures 2 and 3 are on the action scale 3 and 4 for the right and left limbs. The suggestion proposed to reduce worker complaints is to design a tool that can perform movements such as the required work posture. The main dimensions of the tools that are planned are based on the dimensions of the workers' bodies used in the coffee brewing process, 9.6 cm palms and 11.6 cm soles.

UD. Teungku Aceh Coffee is a business engaged in coffee production. In the November 2020-October 2021 period, this business has not been able to achieve the predetermined production target, which is 300 kg per day and 7,000 kg per month. The purpose of this study was to measure partial productivity in the production process using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method. The second objective is to provide recommendations for improvement of the ratio that causes a decrease in productivity based on fault tree analysis (FTA). The criteria measured are the use of raw materials, labor hours, production line workers, machine working hours and electrical energy consumption. Based on the results of the OMAX calculation, the lowest ratio score is the ratio 1, which means that it causes a decrease in productivity in the UD production process. Kopi Teungku Aceh is ratio 1. Recommendations for improvement are given to increase productivity in ratio 1, namely, forming an inspection section as a raw material inspection division by making an analysis report (LA) as evidence that raw material inspection has been carried out, making a firewood storage area in the factory yard that is empty, performs a mixed drying process between natural and automatic drying and ensures the availability of suppliers in the timely delivery of raw materials.

Coffee is one of Indonesia’s leading commodities which has enormous demand both from domestic and global market. The increasing number of requests makes suppliers and producers of coffee-based products not always able to fulfil the demands due to non-standard and inflexible business processes. This study examined the coffee demand fulfilment business process at SME BC, a producer of Gayo Arabica coffee powder, employing the Business Process Management (BPM). The business process modelling was conducted using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and the simulation with Software Bizagi Modeler. The as-is model resulted in 37 activities with total time of 1,165 minutes, while the proposed to-be model resulted in 33 activities with total time of 183 minutes. The comparison with Devil’s Quadrangle, time-wise and flexibility-wise, between the as-is and to-be model indicated increases in time efficiency of 84% and process flexibility by 11%. Alue Naga Village in Banda Aceh City is a village that has a river and is directly adjacent to the sea, so this village has the potential to produce oysters. Oyster shell waste is usually dumped on the banks of the river, into the river, or thrown back into the oyster farm. This results in land and water pollution. This pollution can cause rivers to become shallow; if this continues, it can result in natural disasters such as floods. Therefore, Therefore, this service aims to provide education and training related to oyster shell waste into something more valuable. This activity also involved CV. Natural Aceh Food is a forum for the community to market its products. The production process required ±5 minutes to grind 8 kilos of oyster shells and produce 7.7 kilos of oyster shell powder. Overall, the specific target achieved from this service activity is the packaged oyster shell powder to reduce oyster waste and empower the female oyster farmers in Alue Naga Village to earn additional income.

Rumoh Produksi Tiram di Desa Alue Naga, Banda Aceh, dengan didampingi oleh CV. Natural Aceh telah menjual ragam olahan produk dari tiram seperti kerupuk dan nugget tiram. Hasil pengolahan tiram meninggalkan limbah berupa cangkang tiram yang menjadi tumpukan sampah dan berdampak buruk pada lingkungan baik di darat maupun di perairan. Kelompok produksi tiram tersebut telah melakukan diversifikasi produk lebih lanjut untuk mengolah limbah cangkang tiram menjadi serbuk yang mengandung CaCO₃ dan bermanfaat sebagai adsorben serta dapat menjadi bahan baku pembuatan obat antisida. Produk tersebut bernilai komersil dan dapat dipasarkan namun masih terkendala dalam menentukan model bisnis. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini membantu memetakan model bisnis produk serbuk cangkang tiram dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Target utama yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah adanya peta model bisnis produk serbuk cangkang tiram sehingga dapat menjadi konsep dan kerangka kerja acuan yang akan memudahkan pihak terkait dalam menjalankan bisnis produk serbuk cangkang tiram. Secara berkelanjutan, diversifikasi produk serbuk dari limbah cangkang tiram ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan juga mengurangi dampak kerusakan lingkungan.
