Abstract

Latar belakang: Indonesia memiliki 40% remaja yang mempunyai teman yang sudah pernah melakukan hubunganseksual pranikah dan 66% remaja memiliki teman yang hamil di luar nikah. Yogyakarta terdapat 97,05% remajayang sudah tidak perawan. Bantul terdapat 113 pernikahan dini, 90% diakibatkan oleh kehamilan di luar nikah.Sasaran pendidikan seks ini di SMK Muhammadiyah Kretek karena 80% siswa memiliki pengetahuan yang kurangtentang seks pranikah. Angka kejadian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya masalah.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan seks melalui peer counselor tehadap pengetahuan remaja tentang seks pranikah di SMK Muhammadiyah Kretek.Metode: Studi Quasi experiment dengan one group pretes­posttest design. Pengambilan sampel secara purposivesampling dengan jumlah responden 64 siswa. Jenis data primer dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner.Analisis data dengan uji paired sampel T­tes.Hasil: Rerata pengetahuan sebelum diberikan pendidikan seks oleh peer counselor adalah 74,88 dengan SD 5,21dan rerata pengetahuan setelah diberikan pendidikan seks oleh peer counselor adalah 82,00 dengan SD sebesar8,52 sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebesar 7,12 dengan SD sebesar 6,81. Analisis dengan paired sample T­testdiperoleh nilai p= 0,000.Simpulan: Ada pengaruh pendidikan seks melalui peer counselor terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang sekspranikah di SMK Muhammadiyah Kretek Tahun 2013, dan secara statistik bermakna. Paired data analysisof test samples T-test.Results: Mean knowledge before being given sex education by peer counselor is 74.88 with SD 5.21 and the average level of knowledge when given sex education by peer counselor is 82.00 with SD size 8.52 7.12 results in animprovement of the SD as large as 6.81. Analysis with Paired sample t-test obtained p value 0.000.Conclusion: The influence of sex education through peer counselor for teens about premarital sex knowledge inSMK Muhammadiyah Kretek Year 2013, and statistically meaningful.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pernikahan pada usia muda berdampak pada peningkatan angka kematian ibu melahirkan, ke- hamilan yang tidak diinginkan, aborsi, jumlah anak terlantar, angka pengangguran dan perceraian. Upaya menga- tasi masalah tersebut pemerintah membuat sebuah program keluarga berencana yang bertujuan menekan angka pertumbuhan penduduk salah satunya adalah dengan pendewasaan usia perkawinan (PUP).Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan remaja tentang pendewasaan usia perkawinan dengan niat untuk menikah pada usia muda di SMP Muhammadiyah Piyungan.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam pe- nelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Piyungan tahun pelajaran 2013-2014 sebanyak 71 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik total sampling.Hasil: Remaja yang memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang PUP 28 (39,4%) responden dan yang berpengetahuan cukup 35 (49,3%). Remaja yang sangat tidak berniat menikah muda 33 (46,5%) dan yang tidak berniat 37 (52,1%)responden. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan Kendal Tau (ττ) diperoleh signifikansi sebesar 0,017.Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan remaja tentang pendewasaan usia perkawinan dengan niatmenikah pada usia muda.ABSTRACTBackground: Marriage at a young age have an impact on improving maternal mortality, unwanted pregnancy, abor- tion, the number of abandoned children, unemployment and divorce. Teenagers who do not intend to get married very young 33 (46.5%) of respondents, had no intention of 37 (52.1%) of respondents. The results of statistical tests using Kendal Tau (τ) obtained a significance of 0.017.Conclusion: There is a relationship between adolescent knowledge about the maturation age of marriage with the intention of getting married at a young age.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Cases of early marriage is still high in Indonesia, including in the district of Bantul. This study aims to determine differences in knowledge and readiness of family life for young people in SMA, SMK and MA in Bantul in the year 2015. Method: The study used observational analytic design with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted in Senior Hight Schools on the district of Bantul. Number of samples 3 groups, each group a total of 68 respondents. Univariate analysis used frequency distribution, bivariate analysis used Mann Whitney test and multivariate analysis uses kruskal wallis. Result: The results showed that the majority of students aged 16 years and generally do not know about the ICRS. Results of multivariate analysis with the Kruskal showed no difference in knowledge about the readiness of life for adolescents at SMA, MA and SMK (P = 0.001), and there are differences in readiness life for adolescents at SMA, MA and SMK (P = 0.002). It was concluded that there are differences in knowledge about the readiness of life for adolescents in high school, MA, and SMK and there are differences in readiness life for adolescents in high school, MA, and SMK. Required overall effort to improve the knowledge and readiness teens about family life. Keywords: knowledge, readiness, family readiness, adolescents
