Abstract

PT Hamson Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan kapal keruk. Penelitian ini berfokus pada produksi pipa pompa air yang termasuk bagian dari kapal keruk. Sejak berdirinya perusahaan tersebut tidak pernah melakukan pengukuran produktivitas sehingga perusahaan belum mengetahui apakah mengalami peningkatan atau penurunan produktivitas. Pengukuran produktivitas pipa pompa air pada tahun 2014 dan 2015 menunjukkan adanya penurunan produktivitas. Pengukuran produktivitas dilakukan dengan metode Objective Matrix (Omax). Ditentukan lima rasio pada perhitungan Objective Matrix (Omax), yaitu rasio 1, rasio 2, rasio 3, rasio 4, dan rasio 5 yang memerlukan tujuh data dalam penentuan rasio. Tahap awal pengukuran produktivitas adalah pencarian bobot setiap rasio dari hasil wawancara kepada tiga pakar, yaitu pakar PPIC, QC, dan supervisor dibantu dengan software expert choice. Indeks Produktivitas yang didapat setelah dilakukannya perhitungan, yaitu sebesar 15,03%, yang menunjukkan penurunan pada tahun 2015 dibanding tahun 2014. Terdapat tiga rasio yang paling rendah dan kemudian diidentifikasi penyebabnya menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) untuk memberikan usulan perbaikan. Rasio yang mempunyai nilai terendah, yaitu rasio 1, rasio 4, dan rasio 5. Setelah usulan diimplementasikan dan dilakukan perhitungan produktivitas kembali diperoleh peningkatan nilai rasio 1 rasio 4, dan rasio 5, untuk angka indeks produktivitas pada tahun 2016 adalah 24,38%, yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan produktivitas setelah dilakukannya usulan perbaikan. Kata Kunci: Produktivitas, Objective Matrix (Omax), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)

Abstract

Community Service Partners are members of the Indonesian Laundry Entrepreneurs Association (HIPLI). This Student Creativity Program (PKM) activity is intended to provide a thorough explanation of the Lean Canvas model, business opportunity theory, appropriate market strategies, and risk analysis for business owners that are members of HIPLI. The participants were trained using presentation and discussion techniques. The feedback from the participants through the questionnaires showed that they were satisfied with the training’s implementation. Finally, this PKM implementation concluded that the Lean Canvas Business Model Training for HIPLI entrepreneurs provided a better understanding of the training material such that participants are more enthusiastic about continuing their business.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic had a real negative impact on all sectors, including startup. More than half of total start-ups in Indonesia can’t survive the crisis caused by Covid-19 pandemic. This requires the organization to be able to develop its ability to survive. The answer to this challenge is organization resilience. Organizational resilience can anticipate potential threats, respond to unexpected events, and achieve sustainable growth. Through a recent literature study related to theory and conceptualization of organizational resilience, as well as considering contextual factors adapted to organizations, especially startup, this research succeeded in developing a theoretical model related to organizational resilience. The framework is built on three variables, namely organization resilience as the dependent variable, knowledge management as independent variable, and organization innovativeness as intervening variable, with 11 sub-variables, and four hypotheses. Furthermore, this framework can be an initial picture and insight for Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of startup, to navigate organizations in dynamic environments, crisis situations, or in the midst of today's global competition

Abstract

Lokomotif memiliki peran sangat penting bagi PT.KAI (Persero) sebagai  penggerak kereta dan pendukung untuk sistem kelistrikan dan sistem penumatik bagi kereta.  Penilaian  dan evaluasi kinerja perawatan lokomotif saat ini belum dilakukan secara komprehensif, hanya dilakukan berdasarkan indikator Availability dan MKBF (Mean Kilometer Between Failure).  Pada penelitian ini akan pengukuran kinerja perawatan lokomotif berdasarkan model pengukuran kinerja Maintenance Scorecard (MSc). Model yang digunakan diperoleh berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang terdiri dari enam perspektif yaitu productivity, Cost Effectiveness, Quality, Environment, Safety dan Learning. Pengukuran kinerja perawatan lokomotif dimulai dengan menentukan target untuk setiap KPI, menentukan skala pengukuran, menentukan bobot KPI.  Penentuan target dilakukan dengan proses FGD. Proses pembobotan dilakukan dengan metode pairwise comparison dengan bantuan software Expert Choice. Hasil pengukuran kinerja perawatan lokomotif di Dipo Jatinegara diperoleh skor 2.8 yang menunjukan kinerja perawatan lokomotif dipo jatinegara ini cukup baik. Hasil Penilaian berturut – turut pada perspektifQuality (37%), Cost Effectiveness (53%), Productivity (55%), Environtment (56%), Safety (83%) dan Learning (84%).Kata kunci : kinerja perawatan, lokomotif, maintenance scorecard ABSTRACT The locomotive has a very important role for PT.KAI (Limited) as a driver of the train, and support for electrical systems and systems for the railway penumatik. Assessment and evaluation of the performance of locomotive maintenance has not been done comprehensively, are solely based on indicators of Availability and MKBF (Mean Kilometer Between Failure). This research will measure the performance of locomotive maintenance by Maintenance Scorecard performance measurement model (MSc). The model used is obtained based on the results of previous studies of six perspectives, namely productivity, Cost Effectiveness, Quality, Environment, Safety and Learning Locomotive maintenance performance measurement begins by determining targets for each KPI, specify the scale of measurement, determine the weight of KPI. The selection of the carried the FGD process. Weighting process is done by pairwise comparison method with the help of Expert Choice software. The results of performance measurement in locomotive maintenance depot Jatinegara obtained score 2.8 which shows the performance of locomotive maintenance depot Jatinegara is pretty good. Successive Assessment - participated in perspektifQuality (37%), Cost Effectiveness (53%), Productivity (55%), Environtment (56%), safety (83%) and Learning (84%).Keywords: performance of maintenance, locomotive, maintenance scorecard
