Abstract

Pidie District has a district road length of 1,015 Km and is divided into 445 roads. The lack of funds makes it difficult to determine the priority of handling the road, it is necessary to examine the method of setting road priority in accordance with the needs of the community. The purpose of this study was to obtain criteria weights based on perceptions of importance between criteria using 15 stakeholder respondents and to determine the priority order of handling road infrastructure in Pidie District due to limited funding capacity in Pidie District Government using the Multi Criteria Analysis (AMK) method accessibility, regional development, economic sector development, cost aspects, environmental impact and road damage as the selection criteria. The results of this study are that road damage criteria get the highest weight, which is 0.197, then environmental impact criteria 0.190, economic development criteria 0.184, accessibility criteria for accessibility 0.152, regional development criteria 0.147 and cost aspect criteria 0.130. This can be interpreted that the aspect of road damage is a major consideration in determining the priority of road development in Pidie District but not significant to other criteria. Based on the weighting and scoring of these criteria, a sequence of priorities for road handling in Pidie District is obtained, where Jalan Bangkeh - Leupu is the first priority with a performance value of 4.152

Abstract

Teuku Umar Street has very high activities as an access service, but there are also on-street parking facilities. On-street parking facilities cause traffic congestion on teuku umar road area, especially in public service areas such as Seutui Market, Harapan Bunda Hospital, Suzuya Mall and Canai Mamak. This is caused by the influence of vehicle maneuvers when entering and exiting from parking facility location, and  this phenomenon often occurs during rush hour and the volume of vehicles is very dense. Based on these problems, a study was conducted to determine the effect of vehicle maneuvers when exiting and entering of parking facility on the traffic of degree of saturation and relation model between volume, speed and density using 3 models i.e. Greenshields, Greenberg and Underwood. Based on the analysis results, the Greenberg Model is the best model with the highest determination of the three variables of speed-density-volume. The model is chosen based on the greatest value of determination approaching one rate. The capacity of Teuku Umar Street Directions Gunongan-Sp.Tiga is 2970 pcu/hour, and after the on-street parking activity, the capacity decreased by 2079 pcu/hour (30%). For the way to Gunongan, the capacity is 2970 pcu/hour, after parking activities the capacity drops 2524 pcu/hour (15%). The value of saturation degree in the segment is no parking facility towards Gunongan to Sp. Tiga is 0.31 and there is parking obtained 0.43. Sp. Tiga-Gunongan street direction has the value of surfeit level on the segment no parking facility at 0.37 and there is parking obtained at 0.44. The alternative improvements to increase capacity is by providing special parking facilities and limiting vehicles in and out, so that the surfeit level will decrease.

Abstract

The district of Aceh Barat Daya has 9 sub-districts, of which there are 3 sub-districts with the highest population, Susoh, Blangpidie and Kuala Batee. Increasing population in the sub-district, resulting in an increase in the number of transport movements that will affect road capacity. It is therefore necessary to model a revival of the movement in the sub-district, living in the area on the basis of its activity. Movement activity has 2 categories, namely mandatory and non-mandatory activities. Mandatory activity is the work and school activities undertaken by individuals, while non-mandatory activities are activities such as daily shopping, shopping that is not done daily, carrying and delivering children or other people, as well as other activities such as recreation, social visits, and other entertainment activities. This study aims to find out the pattern of the rise of household travel, based on the structure and income of the family in terms of mandatory and non-mandatory activities in Blangpidie, Susoh and Kuala Batee sub-districts. The results showed that in mandatory activity there was only 1 best model, that is in movement of family structure greater than 2 children (Y2.a = -0,427 + 0,296X2 + 0,341X7). In this case the factors that influence the rise of movement of family structure on mandatory activity is the age factor and the number of motorcycle in the family. In non-mandatory activity there are 2 best model, that is in movement of family structure greater than 2 child (Y2.b = -1,128 + 0,972X2 + 1,651X3) and movement of family income greater than 3 million (Y4.b = -1,475 + 0,940X2 + 2,553 X3). In this case the factors that influence the rise of movements of family structure and income in non-mandatory activities is the factor of age and level of education.

Abstract

Special Stopping Space(RHK) is one of the facilities for motorcycles to stop at intersections during the red phase. RHK functions to separate motorbikes from other vehicles and is expected to reduce the obstacles that come from motorbikes. This Special Stop Room has been tested on a limited scale to support motorbike movement at signaled intersections in major cities in Indonesia. So far RHK at the Jambo Tape intersection has not been optimally functioning because there are still many motorcycle that cannot enter RHK. Therefore, this study aims to determine the level of service on Jambo Tape Intersection. The research was carried out using the simulation method using VISSIM software. The advantage of VISSIM is that it can model simulations in the form of video and get the value of the queue length and the value of time delay just by inputting the data of vehicles passing through the intersection. Traffic volume data is taken on Monday and Wednesday with direct observations in the field. RHK is considered unable to function optimally because there are still many motorbikes that cannot enter RHK. The closure of access (RHK) by four-wheeled vehicles is one of the reasons. Therefore, this study aims to plan the dimensions of motorcycle lanes in Special Stop Space (RHK), and analyze the effect of the level of crossing services using VISSIM software simulation . The advantage of VISSIM is that it can model simulations in the form of video and get the value of the queue length and the value of time delay just by inputting the data of vehicles passing through the intersection. In this study, a survey was conducted to obtain traffic volume, local and geometric velocity. The highest length of the Queue is at arm C, which is on T. Hasan Dek road at 163.36 m. The highest vehicle average delay is 132.119 seconds, the service level category F is greater than 80 seconds. By applying a special route to RHK, the highest volume occurred on Jalan T. Nyak Arief with the existing volume on the T. Nyak Arief road arm at 437 to 520 two-wheeled vehicles / Hour on RHK conditions using motorcycle lanes.

Abstract

The Mutiara Sub-district to date has continued to experience a relatively rapid population growth rate, limited existing road network facilities, and increased development in urban centers that are not well organized. This phenomenon will burden and will adversely affect the city transportation system because it will cause the occurrence of transportation problems such as queues, or traffic congestion in certain areas. Therefore, it needs a model of the movement generation in the Mutiara Sub-district. This study aims to determine the pattern of the rise of household movements, based on the type of education and occupation reviewed in mandatory and non-mandatory activities in Kecamatan Mutiara. The population in Mutiara sub-district is 20,810 people, through the Slovin formula, the sample is 393 people. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. Calibration of regression parameters used Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22 software. The results showed that the mandatory activity of the upward movement of high school education was influenced by sex factors, the number of family members who were still in school, and the ownership of the driver's license, the rise of the movement of the trader's work is influenced by sex factors, and the number of family members already employed, and the rise of non-trades work movements is influenced by the number of family members who are still in school, the number of cars in the family, and the ownership of the driver's license. In non-mandatory activities, the rise of the high school education movement is influenced by the number of family members in school, the number of cars, and the ownership of the driver's license.
