Abstract

Zakat merupakan salah satu kewajiban ummat muslim meninjau pada rukun Islam yang ke-4, dimana ummat Islam mengeluarkan, menyisihkan dan membayarkan sebagian harta atau penghasilannya kepada orang lain yang membutuhkan. Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah prosedur pengumpulan dana zakat. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analitik. Dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengambilan data, dengan mencatat dan mencocokkan prosedural dengan fakta lapangan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan dana zakat merupakan peranan penting untuk kemudian dapat di distribusikan dengan amanah kepada golongan-golongan yang wajib menerima zakat. Zakat is one of the obligations of the Muslim ummah to review the fourth pillar of Islam, where the Muslim community issues, sets aside and pays part of their assets or income to others in need. The main problem in this research is the procedure for collecting zakat funds. The author uses descriptive and analytic methods. With interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques, by recording and matching procedural facts with the field. The conclusion in this study is that the collection of zakat funds is an important role in that it can then be distributed in a trustworthy manner to groups who are obliged to receive zakat.

Abstract

Abstrak Kehadiran Undang-Undang tentang Pengelolaan Zakat memberikan warna baru bagi BAZNAS Kabupaten Subang dalam mensosialisasikan peran dan fungsi ZIS, dengan sosialisasi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran muzakki dalam berzakat, namun hal ini menjadikan BAZNAS Kabupaten Subang untuk menentukan kebijakan dalam upaya peningkatan kesadaran zakat masyarakat, yang dapat memberi dampak positif pada meningkatnya jumlah muzakki yang dimiliki BAZNAS Kabupaten Subang. Dengan bertemakan “Peran Lembaga Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Subang dalam Meningkatkan Jumlah Muzakki”. Maka tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjawab tiga permasalahan. Pertama, apa saja rencana strategis BAZNAS Kabupaten Subang dalam meningkatkan jumlah muzakki. Kedua, apa saja program kerja BAZNAS Kabupaten Subang. Ketiga, bagaimana langkah-langkah BAZNAS Kabupaten Subang dalam meningkatkan jumlah muzakki. Kata Kunci : Peran BAZNAS Meningkatkan Jumlah Muzakki Abstract The presence of the Law on Zakat Management provides a new color for BAZNAS Subang Regency in socializing the role and function of ZIS, with this socialization it is expected to increase awareness of muzakki in tithing, but this makes BAZNAS Subang Regency to determine policies in an effort to increase public zakat awareness, which can have a positive impact on increasing the number of muzakki owned by BAZNAS Subang Regency. With the theme "The Role of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Subang Regency in Increasing the Number of Muzakki". So this paper aims to answer three problems. First, what are the strategic plans of BAZNAS Subang Regency in increasing the number of muzakki. Second, what are the work programs of BAZNAS in Subang Regency. Abstract

Era perdagangan bebas dewasa ini, perusahaan dituntut dalam menentukan dan membangun sistem manajemen yang mampu secara professional merentesi data para nasabah. Dua hal yang menjadi pertimbangan utama perusahaan dalam meretesi nasabah para nasabah yaitu: Pertama karena semakin mahalnya biaya perolehan nasabah baru dalam iklim kompetensi yang sedemikian ketat. Kedua adanya kenyataan bahwa tingkat kemampulabaan perusahaan berbanding lurus dengan pertumbuhan hubungan antara perusahaan dan nasabah secara permanen. At this era of free trade, the company is required to determine and establish a management system that is capable of data merentesi professional customers. Two things into consideration in the company's main customer meretesi customers are: Firstly because of the increasingly high cost of acquisition of new customers in a climate of competence so tight. Both the fact that the level of profitability the company is directly proportional to the growth of the relationship between companies and customers permanently.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether investment exhibitions, investment forums, information of investment potential on websites, information of investment potential on billboards, and service satisfaction have a direct effect on investment decisions, and indirectly affect investment decisions through perceptions of investment potential. This research is a quantitative research using SmartPLS 3 with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, the research sample is investors who invest their capital in South Kalimantan Province continuously for the last three years and recorded on several work projects totaling 86 respondents. Based on the analysis carried out, it was found that investment exhibitions, investment forums, information of investment potential on websites, and information of investment potential on billboards which are part of investment promotion activities were not able to influence investment decisions, the variable that really affects investment decisions is perception investment potential, and service satisfaction variables can affect investment decisions only if mediated by the perceptions of investment potential variable.  Keywords: Promotion, Service Satisfaction, Investment Decision, Perception of Investment Potential

Abstract

Community involvement plays a crucial role in the process of development planning, which is a crucial stage in the overall development process. This process involves analyzing the needs and issues in the field and seeking recommendations for solutions that will be outlined in the form of planning documents. However, based on the results of the data analysis in the field, community participation in development planning in Pelaihari Village in 2021 is still low, as demonstrated by the lack of attendance of community representatives and the inadequate presence of resource persons. Besides, there need to be more proposals for the process of development planning consensus (Musrenbang). This study aims to investigate the reasons for the lack of community involvement in Pelaihari Village's development planning in 2021. Explanatory qualitative research methods are used in this study to gather information from sources including the Sub-District Heads of Pelaihari Village, a representative of the neighborhood head in Pelaihari Village, the head of Pelaihari District, and the head of the Tanah Laut Regency Development Planning Department. The findings of the field study on the reasons for low community involvement in development planning in Pelaihari Village in 2021 show that the first factor is the mindset of the people who still do not trust and understand the process of development planning and the benefits of their participation in it. The second is the technical factor of implementation which is still not optimal and not suitable for urban areas, and the last is the Pelaihari sub-district heads' lack of initiative in gathering information to share with the community and their lack of creativity in planning technological implementation and engaging the community. Finally, the recommendations in this study are directed at the Tanah Laut District Government, the Pelaihari District Head, and the Pelaihari Sub-District Head. They include improving technical implementation, changing community attitudes through socialization, and boosting village head initiatives and innovations

Abstract

Analysis of Perceptual Mapping and References to Religious Tourism Visits in Banjarmasin City during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Study on Tourists in Banjarmasin City). Supervised by Taharuddin. This study aims to identify and explain perceptual mapping, visit preferences, and predictions of destination religious destinations in Banjarmasin City with perceptual mapping analysis and tourist visit preferences. This research is quantitative research using SPSS for Windows version 26 with a Multidimensional scaling analysis method. The sample in this study used the Matchin & Campbell formula with a sample of 150 respondents. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis, perceptual mapping analysis, and thrust one-case analysis. Abstract

This research aims to test the difference in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) between permanent and contract employees, continued to test the influence of job satisfaction, leadership style, and organizational culture on OCB employees of PT Ambang Barito Nusapersada. The study used a quantitative approach, with a sample of 27 employees (saturated sampling) divided into 13 permanent employees and 14 contract employees. Questionnaires are used as instruments while Independent sample t-tests and multiple linear regressions to test hypotheses. The results showed permanent and contract employees showed no difference in OCB. Other test results, proving job satisfaction, leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on OCB, and partially only job satisfaction and organizational culture have a significant effect Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, OCB, Permanent Employees, Contract Employees, Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style, and Organizational Culture
