Abstract

The implementation of the Law No. 6 of 2014 and the Village Fund in 2015 was able to encourage community participation in the entire development process starting from planning, implementation, supervision and utilization. This study aimes to analyze community participation in Megaluh Village by using an Islamic perspective. This study applied a case study approach to community participation and a literature review to determine community participation after the implementation of the Village Law from an Islamic economic perspective which are called maqhasid sharia. In general, Megaluh villages have shown active community participation in village development, but they still need to carry out long-term planning to ensure prosperity and this has not been observed during the study.

Abstract

Diversity is a condition that is so in new countries after the second world wars. Therefore, they develop strategies to integrate and minimize differences, from the use of repressive means to the means of hegemony. In a situation of globalization, it is not entirely successful. By taking three local communities in East Java, this study shows that local communities have different strategies from the state. Local elites develop strategies by mixing mythology, developing rules of play in public spaces to superstructure networks.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh indikator Etika Kerja Islami terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah. Etos Kerja Islami di BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah disebut “ILMU PADI”, yaitu Integritas (Integrity), Loyalitas (Loyalty), Mandiri (Independent), Unggul (Superior), Profesional (Professional), Amanah (Trust), Disiplin (Discipline) dan Ikhlas (Sincere). Menurut (Robbins, 2006) terdapat enam aspek kinerja individu karyawan yaitu: kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas, kemandirian dan komitmen kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 2. Metode Partial Least Square merupakan bagian dari Structural Equation Analysis (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah indikator-indikator yang berhubungan dengan Etika Kerja Islami mempunyai pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap indikator lain yang berkaitan dengan Kinerja karyawan. Dari semua indikator yang diteliti, terdapat empat indikator Etika Kerja Islami yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap indikator kinerja karyawan, antara lain indikator kedisiplinan terhadap ketepatan waktu, disiplin terhadap kualitas, kemandirian terhadap kualitas, dan profesional terhadap kerjasama.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Etika Kerja Islami ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of Islamic Work Ethics indicators on Employee Performance in BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis, using SmartPLS software version 2. Partial Least Square method is part of structural equation analysis (SEM). The results of this study are indicators related to Islamic Work Ethics have different effects on the other indicators relating to Employee Performance. Of all the indicators studied, there are four indicators of Islamic Work Ethics that have a positive and significant impact on employee performance indicators, including disciplinary indicators to timeliness, discipline to quality, self-reliance to quality, and professional to cooperation.Keywords: Employee Performance, Islamic Work Ethics

Abstract

the senior high school of Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya is a school continually experienced various developments including in an effort to improve the performance of the teachers. SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya is a religion-based school in Karangpilang which experiences increasing number of students and community interest from year to year. It cannot be separated from the strategy and active role of the principal. This study aims to find out and explore what is the leadership strategy of school principals in improving teachers’ performance in SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya? And what are the supporting factors and obstacles of school principals in improving teachers’ performance in SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya? This is a qualitative research with descriptive approach. The process of data collection is done by using observation, interview and documentation. Data are collected and analyzed through several stages including data collection, reduction, and presentation then drawing conclusions in accordance with the scope of the problem. As the findings of this study, it can be concluded that: First, Principal Leadership Strategy in improving teacher performance in SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya consists of 9 strategies. Second, the supporting factors in this school environment consist of 3 factors and the inhibiting factors consist of 2 factors. The supporting factors are teacher education level, conducive climate, and mental condition of the teachers. The inhibiting factors are caused by internal and external factors. The internal factor is budget limitation while the external factor is the parents’ financial conditions. Keywords: Strategy, Leadership, Teachers’ Performance

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to find out and describe children's education in the family in terms of al-Qur'an, letter Luqman verse 12-19 study of al-Azhar interpretation. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study use library research methods. While data analysis techniques are used with the tahlili method and content analysis method. The results of the study show that the main points of children's education in the family are contained in the verses of the Luqman verse 12-19 as follows: 1). Aqidah education is the command to purify monotheism to Allah SWT, 2). The worship education is the command to uphold five times prayer in congregation and sunnah prayer, 3). Muamalah education is doing good and preventing evil, 4). Moral education includes; give thanks to Allah SWT, devote to parents, be gentle, be patient, charity sincerely because of Allah SWT, be polite, be a noble character, prohibition to be arrogant, prohibition of pride, be good when walking, prohibition of hardening when speaking, and prohibition on rebuking. Keywords: Child, family education, Q.S. Abstract

This study is aimed to explore whether the parents’ motivation influences the students’ learning outcomes of Islamic education in grade VIII at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Bojonegoro. Does the parents’ motivation affect the attitudes of students of grade VIII at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Bojonegoro. How is the correlation between the parents’ motivation and the students learning outcomes on Islamic education and attitudes of students of grade VIII at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Bojonegoro. This is a descriptive quantitative research. Types of descriptive research is based on the results of data analysis of the fundamental answer about the correlation between dependent variables and independent variables by analyzing the variables of occurrence or the emergence of certain phenomena described. While the methods used in data collection are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analyst technique used are statistical method kolmogorov smirnov and ANOVA two laned. The findings of this study is concluded that from the results of statistical analysis using one path ANOVA with SPSS calculation, for the first hypothesis test found the price of F count is 31,596 and the significance is 0.000, then H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. So, the motivation to study affects the students’ learning outcomes of Islamic education of students in grade VIII at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Bojonegoro. Keywords: Parents’ motivation toward the learning outcomes, Islamic education and attitudes

Abstract

This research discusses how the implementation of scientific approach influences in building students' critical thinking skills on the subjects of Islamic Education and Character building at SMK Negeri 1 Bojonegoro. A combination method called concurrent embedded strategy is used in this research in which quantitative method is used as the primary method and qualitative method is used as the secondary method. The population in this study are 1440 students at SMK Negeri 1 Bojonegoro. Meanwhile, three classes (93 students) of Accounting major in grade XI are the subject of the research. Purposive sampling is used as sampling technique. Data are collected by using observation, interview, questionnaires, and documentation techniques. The data are analyzed by statistic product moment. The result of research showed that = 0,404, when it consulted with r value in table for N = 93, with significance level 5% = 0,202 and 1% = 0,263. So in a significance level of 5% the  value is greater than the  value, and in a significance level of 1% the    value is also greater than the value. When it consulted with the amount of "r" product moment, there is a moderate correlation of the interpretation of variables X and variable Y. In conclusion, there is a moderate correlation between the implementation of scientific approach and critical thinking skills building on the subjects of Islamic Education in SMK Negeri 1 Bojonegoro.Keywords: Implementation, Scientific Approach, Critical Thinking Skills.

Abstract

This research was conducted because it was motivated by the problems that occur in students at this time, ranging from brawls, harassment, sexual intercourse, bullying, moral crisis and others. This has led many parties to highlight the role of education, meaning that events in society cannot be separated from the role of education. The formulation of the problem of this thesis is first, how is the implementation of the efforts of Al Islam teachers in improving the morality of the students of Muhammadiyah 11 Surabaya Junior High School. Second, how is the application of religion values in the daily activities of SMP Muhammadiyah 11 Surabaya students, Third, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of implementation the values of morality and religion in daily activities at SMP Muhammadiyah 11 Surabaya. This type of research is field research which collects primary data through interviews from the principal, teachers of SMP Muhammadiyah 11 Surabaya, and guardians of SMP Muhammadiyah 11 Surabaya students, while secondary data is obtained from the literature and documents of SMP Muhammadiyah 11 Surabaya, after all data is collected in further analysis qualitatively and described in descriptive form. The results of the study concluded that the activities of the teacher's efforts to improve morality showed satisfactory results, namely the inclusion of the values of humanism, manners and morality, while the things that support are the policies of the principal, educators, school friends, family, facilities and infrastructure as well as the factors that become obstacles, are schoolmates, facilities and infrastructure and family.

Abstract

The quality of life of a nation is largely determined by the factor of education. The role of education is very important to create an intelligent, peaceful, open and democratic life. Religious education must be used as a benchmark in shaping the character and personality of students, as well as building national morale. So that in its implementation, Islamic religious education must be carried out as well as possible with mature management and directed to the continuity of human relations with his creator, humans with humans (society) and humans with their natural surroundings. This study aims to discuss how the implementation of Contextual Teaching and Learning in MA Muhammadiyah Paciran Lamongan. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The collected data is checked for validity with source and method triangulation techniques, data checking and peer discussion. Data were analyzed by taking steps; (1) data reduction (2) data presentation and (3) conclusion drawing. From the results of data analysis research the following findings can be obtained: First, the planning of CTL-based Islamic Religious Education learning strategies at MA Muhammadiyah Paciran Lamongan has been carried out with proper and correct planning. This is evidenced by the creation of an annual program (prota), semester program (promissory) and a learning plan program (RPP). Second, the implementation of CTL-based Islamic Religious Education learning strategies in MA Muhammadiyah Paciran Lamongan has been carried out optimally. This is based on the application of the seven main components of CTL learning strategy implementation, among others; constructivism, questioning, inquiry, learning community, modeling, reflection and authentic assessment. Keywords: Islamic education, Contextual Teaching and Learning, MAM Paciran

Abstract

Village Funds is already exist in 2015, one year after the implementation of Law Number 6/2014. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between the using of village funds and the village community participation to realize welfare in Islamic economic perspectives. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach of community participation in Megaluh Village, Jombang Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia. The implementation of Law Number 6 of the year 2014 as in line with the Village Funds in 2015 was able to encourage community participation in overall development processes ranging from planning, execution, supervision and utilization. The village community participation shows Islamic participation that the people involvement together with the goverment in development according to shari‟a to realize welfare (falah) that is in line with maqashid shari‟a.
