Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) which was mediated by job satisfaction and to prove the hypothesis regarding the relationship of research variables: leadership style, organizational culture, organizational climate, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behaviour. The population of this study is all employees in marketing department of PT EVI and employs 212 employees. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), which was operated through the LISREL Program. This study showed that leadership style was the strongest predictor and has the biggest influence on organizational citizenship behaviour, which was mediated by job satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted to design a quality control system for concrete tile products. The purpose of this study is to reduce the defect rate of concrete tile products at PT CTC. Defective products that occur tend to increase at 5.49% for one year with a total production of 6,529,735 tiles. Product defects that occur are caused by broken, broken, cracked, porous, curved, dry and faded paint. By looking at the data, the company needs a system that needs to be implemented to reduce the level of product defects that occur by conducting a Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to find the root causes that cause defects in the product. Next, we call the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) analysis to find the completion steps. The results of the FMEA analysis showed that the most dominant type of defect was due to rupture with a value of RPN = 513 caused by human factors. After the improvement implementation and anova testing were performed, it showed a significant difference before and after the repair with a mean value of 1.6.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the optimization of improving the quality of PP-based furniture products. The purpose of this study is to reduce the defect of PP-based meble products. The total level of product defects that occurred reached 16.90% of the production produced during one year. Thus the company has not experienced an optimal point so that Six Sigma analysis needs to be done with efforts to reduce defective products and find the cause of the problem of disability and find solutions with methods or assistive devices so that the percentage of defective products can be reduced to the smallest possible level and achieve company targets This quality improvement can be improved. solve with the Six Sigma method through the stages of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve. The value of sigma level before improvement is 12.77%. This shows that the company has not implemented the production process properly. After implementing the improvements, the sigma level value is 0.50%. And the ANOVA test results showed a significant difference before making improvements and after being repaired with a mean value of 0.50.

Abstract

Astried Gabby Pinaria1, Edy Supriyadi2, Derriawan3 Angkasa Pura 1,Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Pancasila23 e-mail: astriedpinaria88@gmail.com ABSTRACT The study aims to determine whether there is an influence of procurement planning and HR competencies on the performance of goods / services procurement of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) through the implementation of e-procurement system with moderation of Information Technology in the process of procurement of goods / services at the Head Office of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The method used in this study is a descriptive statistical method with quantitative through questionnaire survey and observation approaches in the field, where the research sample is the Procurement Unit, Technical Unit and Goods / Services Provider at the Head Office of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). To test this hypothesis Structural Equation Model (SEM) - PLS and using WarpPLS 7.0 tools from the results of the research conducted, an analysis was produced that showed that procurement planning has a significant effect on e-procurement systems, and HR competence has a significant effect on e-procurement system, procurement planning has a significant effect on the performance of goods / services procurement through e-procurement system, HR competence has a significant effect on the performance of goods / services procurement through e-procurement system but the direct effect is not significant on the performance of goods / services procurement, e-procurement system significant effect on the performance of procurement of goods / services and there is a significant influence between the interaction of e-procurement systems on the performance of procurement of goods / services that are moderated by information technology

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengarhui user acceptanceterhadap implementasi enterprise resource planning dengan model UTAUT. Penelitianmenggunakan data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pendistribusiankuesioner kepada responden. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh pegawai selain pejabatstruktural maupun manajerial, yaitu pegawai officer dan analyst di PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero)dengan lokasi kerja kantor pusat - Jakarta. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 responden yang diambildengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalahStructural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software WarpPLS. Dapat disimpulkan dari hasilpenelitian bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, anxiety, social influence, danfacilitating conditions berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Kemudian facilitatingconditions dan behavioral intention juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap use behavior. Dari 3variabel moderator yang digunakan, hanya leadership yang signifikan memoderasi pengaruh anxietyterhadap behavioral intention, sedangkan age tidak signifikan memoderasi pengaruh performanceexpectancy terhadap behavioral intention, begitu juga experience tidak signifikan memoderasipengaruh effort expectancy terhadap behavioral intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate culture, mutation towards employess’s performance trhough organizational commitmen with motivation as a moderating variable. The population of this research is 450 people with the level manager until senior manager in PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The number of samples of the population was 212 people taken using clutering purposive sampling technique. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS 7.0 program. In this study, the results showed that the variables of corporate culture, mutation have positive and significant influences towards employess’s performance trhough organizational commitmen. The role of motivation can moderate the employee’s performance, meanwhile the variabel of mutation have unsignificant influence toward employee’s performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work life balance, work environment, and employee engagement on job satisfaction and mental health as a moderator variable. The population of this research was the millennial generation of Finance directorate employees in PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The number of the respodent was 71 people. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS program. In this study, the results show that the variables of the work environment have positive and significant influences on employee engagement, even work life balance has no influence on employee engagement. Variables of work life balance, work environment, and employee engagement have positive and significant influences on job satisfaction. Mental health as a moderator variable has positive and significant influences to encourage work environment on employee engagement, even has no influences to encourage work life balance on employee engagement.

Abstract

The increase in shareholder wealth influenced by accounting measures that indicate the company's financial condition. Some financial ratios that are used as indicators of shareholder's wealth, among others: leverage, (DER), profitability (ROE) and dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio / DPR). In construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, within 5 years of observation, namely 2014-2018, showed Return to Equity, Debt to equity ratio had a positive effect on shareholder's wealth, while Dividend payout ratio had no effect. The return to equity ratio has a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio while the Debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on strategies to increase shareholder's wealth through the optimization of fundamental financial performance such as DER, ROE, with dividend payout ratios that are proportional to revenue.

Abstract

This study examine the phenomenon of the influence of Advocacy Performance carried out by Legal Officer of PT AP I in carrying out Legal Advocacy in its company. The purpose of this study are to analyze the influence of Organizational Structure, Leadership, and Motivation on Advocacy Performance. This study uses quantitative methods because this study meets the elements of a particular population or sample, the existence of data collection activities using research instruments, with the aim of the research is to test the hypotheses that have been set. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Structure and Leadership have a significant influence on Advocacy Performance, coupled with the existence of Motivation as an intermediary which provides a significant increase in Advocacy Performance at PT AP I.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of migrant workers on election preferences option remittance services, TKI preferences influence on the formation of commitment and analyze the commitment as a mediator variable between preferences and remittance options. The research methodology using quantitative descriptive approach. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data obtained running by using the software LISREL 8.70. The research concludes that there is a positive influence between the preference for the commitment and remittance options. Commitment does not significantly influence remittance options. Thus the variable no commitment can not be used as a mediator variable between preferences with the option money transfer services
