Abstract

Penggunaan fasilitas perbankan bagi masyarakat kelompok miskin masih sangat kurang. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam merangkul masyarakat kelompok miskin dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas keuangan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan terjun langsung ke masyarakat kelompok miskin. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung pada masing-masing individu yang berada dalam komunitas masyarakat kelompok miskin. Kelompok miskin ini adalah kelompok buruh yang menghidupi minimal 3 anggota keluarga dan memperoleh upah berkisar Rp750.000.000,00; sd Rp 1.500.000;00. Penelitian dilakukan selama tiga bulan. Hasilnya adalah bahwa pembayaran upah mingguan sangat diharapkan dan dianggap paling tepat. Hasilnya adalah kelompok miskin memiliki persepsi bahwa bank dianggap sebagai tempat yang mewah, berbayar mahal, tempat eklusif, tidak ada yang ditabung, tidak punya uang, dan tempat orang-orang kaya. Hal ini menyebabkan masyakarat kelompok miskin ini tidak berani masuk bank. Kebijakan yang diambil oleh regulator seharusnya mempertimbangkan hasil penelitian ini, yaitu kebiasaan atas upah mingguan dan berbagai hambatan psikologis yang dirasakan oleh kelompok ini saat mengakses bank.   Keywords : Finance access, Kelompok miskin, Reulator, Upah mingguan

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know Human Resource Competency, The Effect Of Government Accounting, Good governance, and Internal Control System on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports. The method of data collection in this study uses questionnaire techniques. This study used a census sampling method with 95 respondents in the Regional Organization of Klaten Regency. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20. The result of this study indicates that the variable Government Accounting Standards, and Good governance affect the variable Quality Of Local Government Financial Reports. While the variable Human Resource Competency, and Internal Control System does not affect the variable of Quality Of Local Government Financial. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan, Good governance dan Sistem Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode census sampling dengan 95 responden pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Klaten. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel standar akuntansi pemerintahan, dan good governance mempengaruhi variabel kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Sedangkan variabel kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan sistem pengendalian internal tidak berpengaruh variabel kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Abstract

The business of wedang uwuh can help the people's economy in Dusun Kerten, Imogiri. To support the improvement of its economy, there must be improvement of production and marketing quality in wedang uwuh. This research is done by using the method of observation and interview to the source. The result of this research is the improvement of production quality by choosing quality raw materials, drying process, making expiration date and making wedang uwuh in the form of brew. In terms of marketing enhancement, it is done by making regular scientific publications about wedang uwuh development and improving regular sachets packaging to more attractive packaging.

Abstract

This research is to analyzethe management of oil and gas old well in Wonocolo. Bojonegoro is really unique and interesting to be observed. The latest plan is that this area will be purposed into sustainable development to protect the environment in its surrounding, more over, this area is aimed to be a tourism object. The researchers hope that the result of this research gives significant contribution, especially in terms of good economic governance, for management of old oil and gas in Wonocolo if the minersswitched tothe tourism sector.The activity of traditional mining in this area cannot be strained from by year. The negative effects which appear are damaged environment, mining activity legality, unstrained pollution, insecurely working, and other social problems. Based on this thoughtfulness, the government of Bojonegoro endeavours the idea of enlightening the traditional miner, exploiting it to be educational system of oil and gas management (educational tourism). This activity needs to be socialized well, to change the habit of traditional miners to be tourism agent. The aim of this research is to give idea or contribution to rearrange the oil and gas old well that has been already exist, especially the object of this research is in Wonocolo, Bojonegoro. Oil and gas old well mining is not merely to process oil and gas mining, but more than that, the existence of it can support the economic condition of local citizens and also repair the infrastructure independently. Because of this, the local income and prosperity of local people will be increase, and the poverty will be decrease.Keywords: oil and gas tourism, local economy, traditional mining of oil and gas old well in Wonocolo, Bojonegoro.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya dan manfaat pada Tebing Breksi yang merupakan tinggalan tambang kapur di Yogyakarta. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi, riset pustaka, dan wawancara mendalam. Objek penelitiannya adalah Tebing Breksi. Kegiatan pertambangan batu kapur di tersebut sudah dimulai sejak tahun 1980-an, kualitas batu kapurnya juga sudah tidak layak untuk ditambang dan sudah tidak memiliki nilai ekonomis. Sehingga warga setempat dengan kreatif meng-create bekas tambang kapur tersebut menjadi objek wisata. Tebing Breksi ini merupakan bentuk reklamasi kreatif dalam bentuk museum alam yang memiliki nilai sejarah. Tebing Breksi menyuguhkan relief batu kapur yang dapat juga digunakan sebagai wisata edukasi. Berdasarkan taksiran perhitungan pendapatan/pemasukan per harinya apabila hari biasa sebesar Rp.10.000.000,-, kemudian pada akhir pekan sebesar Rp.20.500.000,- dan di musim liburan mencapai Rp.51.250.000,-. Namun terkait regulasi atas retribusi belum ada. Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman menjelaskan bahwa sampai saat ini belum ada aturan yang mengatur objek wisata yang dikelola oleh warga. Diharapkan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman segera membuat regulasi terkait retribusi yang dikelola oleh warga. Hasil retribusi tersebut juga dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Kemudian perbaikan infrastruktur sebaiknya lebih diperhatikan demi keamanan dan kenyamanan wisatawan.

Abstract

        This is an action research conducted with empowerment effort which is addressed to housewife in Dusun Dukuh Imogiri Bantul. The data collection used in this research is observation method, document and interview. This study aims to improve the knowledge and skills of housewives. Efforts to empower done by considering the surrounding natural resources that have not been optimally utilized herbs that thrive in the yard of the community. The empowerment effort is done by training activity, that is the training of wedang uwuh making and marketing training of wedang uwuh. In addition to improving knowledge and skills as well as providing alternative productive activities, this training is also an effort to eradicate poverty because the sale of wedang uwuh can improve the economy of Dusun Dukuh.
