Abstract

This article is an effort to explain the potention of conflict and the correlation to the map of conflict. It begins by a brief several cases of violence or riots that occurred before the election. this paper also describes the forms of violence that occurred during regional elections in Aceh. besides, this paper also tries to provide a solution to the conditions that occur or as a preventative measure for similar cases in the future

Abstract

This article is an effort to explain the correlation between natural Resources and conflict that involved Dayak and Madura ethnic in Kalimantan. This writing begins by a brief description of ethnicity and conflict and also a glance of natural Resources. This article also describing conflict of ethnic about forest issue in Kalimantan through Green Thought. This perspective discern the logical correlation between living Environment and conflict emergence.

Abstract

 The article is an effort to explain violations of humanitarian law that occurred during the war in Yugolavia. It begins by a brief description of  international Humanitarian Law. This articles also describing he form of violations of Geneva conventions and forms of punishment against violators of humanitarian law. Besides, it also explain the form of punishment given by international criminal courts.

Abstract

There are 3 things that want to be explained further in this research, namely: how are traffic practices regulated in traffic fiqh in Aceh, and how are ideas and implementation of human security values through traffic fiqh in Aceh? Apart from that, this research also reviews the background to the birth of traffic fiqh for the Acehnese public. This research is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. The results found that driving practices regulated in traffic fiqh also strengthen what is regulated in Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, but by using a religious approach to touch the public's awareness of the importance of protecting a sense of security for themselves and others.
