Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan dan persamaan antara kurikulum pendidikan dasar Islam yang dipaparkan Ibnu Suhnūn dengan kurikulum pendidikan dasar Islam yang dikemukakan al-Qābisi dan menganalisis implementasi pemikiran keduanya dalam rangka pengembangan pendidikan dasar Islam dalam konteks keindonesiaan. Berdasarkan metode deskriptif, content analysis, analisis komparatif dan analisis sintesis maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Ibnu Suhnūn dan al-Qābisi tentang kurikulum pendidikan dasar Islam memiliki perbedaan dan persamaan. Perbedaannya mencakup aspek klasifīkasi isi kurikulum pendidikan dasar Islam dan rincian mata pelajaran al-Qur’an. Sedangkan persamaannya meliputi aspek pengertian, klasifīkasi, keseimbangan, kategori, tujuan dan corak kurikulum pendidikan dasar Islam. Kurikulum pendidikan dasar Islam versi Ibnu Suhnūn dan al-Qābisi memungkinkan untuk diimplementasikan dalam rangka pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan dasar Islam di Indonesia. Hal ini karena kurikulum pendidikan dasar Islam yang didesain oleh kedua tokoh pendidikan Islam klasik tersebut masih relevan hingga dewasa ini. Meskipun ada beberapa kekurangan lantaran faktor lini masa, kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan sebagainya, namun tetap bisa disempurnakan sesuai dengan tuntutan dan kemajuan zaman.This study aimed to analyzing the differences and the similarities between Islamic elementary school curriculum of Ibnu Suhnūn and al-Qābisi, and to analyze the implementation both of them in the Islamic elementary school of Indonesia. Based on descriptive, content, comparative, and synthesis analysis, the result of study showed that Ibnu Suhnūn and al-Qābisi’s thought on Islamic elementary school curriculum has the differences and the similarities.The differences include classifying contain of it and detailing Qur’anic subject aspect. While the similiarities include the defīning, classifying, balancing, categorizing, purposing and patterning of Islamic elementary school curriculum aspect. Ibnu Suhnūn and al-Qābisi’s thought was enabled to be implementated in order to develop the curriculum of Islamic elementary school in Indonesia. Because the concept of them are still relevant in contemporary era. Eventhough any weaknesses because some factors, such as different in term of time, the progress of sciences and technology, etc, but can be enhanced in accordance with the demands and the progress of time.

Abstract

Development of community forest with agroforestry system is in compliance with forestry implementation, by considering aspiration and participation of community. The study was conducted by using survey method at study site and closed interview with key informans, i,e: farmer, community leader, NGO, decision maker in the village. The result of study showed that community forest might be have high potency to be developed based on the large area of degradated by planting local trees in agroforestry system. Therefore, forest should be sustained by planty local trees either in natural forest or in plantation by growing local trees in agroforestry system might increase the community income.

Abstract

ملخص  ترمى هذه الدراسة إلى وصف التربية بالعقاب البدني على تلاميذ المدرسة الإبتدائية الإسلامية عند ابن سحنون في كتابه آداب المعلمين و توريطها على المعلمين و التلاميذ في المدارس الإبتدائية الإسلامية حاضرا. بناء على طريقة جمع البيانات عن طريق البحث المكتبي يصدر من البيانات الأولية و الثانية بالإعتماد على طريقة التحليل الوصفي و المحتوى و السياقي دال على أن ضوابط استخدام طريقة العقاب البدني على الصبيان في المدرسة الإبتدائية عند ابن سحنون مشتملة على اهتمام بالتدرج و وقوف على بداية عمر الضرب و منع الضرب عند الغضب و التزام بمواصفات أداة الضرب و بمكانه و تجنب القسوة والإفراط في العقاب و العدل في تنفيد العقاب البدني و مراعاة الفروق الفردية بينهم. إن آراء ابن سحنون في العقاب البدني في المدرسة الإبتدائية عهده مورط على المعلمين و التلاميذ في المدرسة الإبتدائية حاضرا. و توريطه على المعلمين احتراسهم عند توقيع العقاب عليهم و عقابهم على ما يجاوز من العقاب و احتقارهم لدى المجتمع و ابعادهم تلاميذهم و قطع بينهم و تلاميذهم صلة الرحم. و أما توريطه على التلاميذ إظهار إنتقامهم و غضبهم على المعلمين إذا لا يفهمون طريقة تطبيق هذاالعقاب البدني ضبطا, و تقدير على مرتبة الصبيان كإنسان و لو صغيرا, و تنقيص الشدة عليهم في العالم التربوي على الأقل و ابعادهم عن الشدة الذى قد يؤدى على الجناية على الأكثر, و احترامهم على النظام و الأوامر و النواهى و إطاعتها, و تعويد هم على أن يعودوا إلى الحق, و سيؤدي إلى قتل إبكاريتهم  حتى يجتنبوا عن نشاطات التعلم إذا لا يقوم به المعلم سديدا.

Abstract

This paper describes the method used by the teacher in teaching the book of monotheism, the obstacles faced by the teacher and the solution, finding the weaknesses and strengths of the teaching method, and knowing the possibility of developing the teaching method of the book in Darul Huda Paloh Gadeng North Aceh traditional Islamic School. Based on the results of field research using interview, observation and documentation techniques, the research findings are the methods used by the teacher in the teaching of the books al-aqīdah al-islāmiyah, tījan ad-durari, and hud hudi in general, namely the method of reading, translation, lecture, question and answer, repetition, and conclusion. The teachers constraints in the use of teaching methods in each book of monotheism are different. This is due to differences in the ability of students to learn the teaching of the book al-Aqīdah al-Islāmiyah, Tījan ad-Durari, and Hud Hudi. Those differences have their own advantages and disadvantages. The methods of teaching the tauhid book in the traditional Islamic School in Aceh still need development and renewal in accordance with the times and technological advances. Abstract

General Election is a means of popular sovereignty that is held directly, publicly, freely, secretly, honestly and fairly (overflowing and fair). Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections as a product of legal politics does not place candidates who will fight in the Election of President and Vice President in 2019 in a fair and equal position. Incumbents benefit more so that they create ambiguous interests. Thus, substantial justice as part of real democracy tends to be ignored for the sake of power. This paper uses a literature study approach. This interest bias can be avoided by placing regulations equally and fairly. There needs to be a revision of Law No.7 of 2017 so that the incumbent who will run again as a presidential candidate or vice president resigns from his position. This is to safeguard the principle of justice in the 2019 electoral process and to keep ambiguous interests from being used to gain power.

Abstract

Mechanism of crack propagation is done by loading the cycle against the perforated metal material will be difficult to avoid, to fatigue crack growth rate can be a way to expand its peg with the hole that normally uses metal balls as an alternative. By using a materials testing machine type cantilever bending eccentric crank, life time of the materials are determined. Research using the method of cold expansion hole in the aluminum alloy metal material to a hole with a diameter of 5 mm in expansion using pin with variation of  5,1 mm,  5,15 mm and  5,2 mm made that crack found on the side of the hole would be difficult to propagate due to residual stress comparison. The result shows that there are residual stresses around the hole which varies depending on the diameter of the pin. In addition, there is growing tensile residual stress within a certain distance of the specimen being tested resulted in a faster growth rate, this causes the material usage time will be shorter.Keywords: cold expansion hole, materials testing machine, aluminumalloy, comparison residual stress, life time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine students’ needs to the module of Islamic education courses that have principles of anti-radicalism and anti-terrorism. This research is a developmental research. The models and procedures of this research use 4-D (four-D models) development model that consist of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis describing the result of the module of Islamic education course that has anti-radicalism and anti-terrorism, which has been designed containing the identity of the course, instruction of the use of module for students and lecturers, worksheet for students,  answer keys to the work sheet, evaluation sheets, and keys for the evaluation sheets.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of leader member exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (2) the influence of perceived organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (3) the influence of leader member exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational (4) the influence of perceived organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational. The populations in this research are the employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Padang which consist of 128 employees. The samples were selected using Clustered Proportional Sampling which the total of the samples are 97 employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data was analyzed using multiple reggression analysis. The result of this research shows (1) leader member exchange has a positive relationship on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (2) perceived organizational support has a positive relationship on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (3) leader member exchange has a positive relationship on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational (4) perceived organizational support has a positive relationship on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational.Keywords: Organizational citizenship behavior foci supervisor (OCBS); perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi foci organisasional (OCBO), pertukaran anggota pemimpin; dukungan organisasi persepsi

Abstract

Environmental damage caused by illegal logging is already being felt by some people, so that led to misunderstandings and disputes between citizens. The study was conducted in the District Pangean Singingi Kuantan District. Some problems that occurred in district of Pangean; how the implementation of Law No. 18 2013 and role of the Government and obstacles in the prevention and forest destruction in the district of Pangean Regency Kuantan Sengingi. The research objective is; to explain the implementation of Law No. 18 2013 in the district of Pangean. Related to the Government's role in the prevention and forest destruction and barriers in the prevention of forest destruction in the district of Pangean Regency Kuantan Singingi. The results of this study are that; Implementation of Law Number 18 2013 has been socialized to the community leaders and companies in Kuantan Singingi; role of government in the implementation of the prevention of forest destruction has been carried through in the form of patrol surveillance, raids and joint operations ; Obstacles in the prevention of forest destruction is that the pressure from local police officers or government officials, so that the perpetrators of forest encroachment continues to run because they feel protected.
