Abstract

Penelitian berbasis biomolekuler membutuhkan beragam penggunaan perangkat lunak pengolah data. Salah satunya yaitu kebutuhan perangkat lunak yang mampu mengolah data citra digital pada proses segmentasi warna. Dalam penelitian biomolekuler, segmentasi warna dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis pendaran warna hijau sebagai hasil ekspresi gen gfp. Gen pelapor ini banyak digunakan dalam proses rekayasa genetik tumbuhan maupun hewan yaitu: memonitor ekspresi gen, in situ localization, biosensor, physiological indicators, dan studi interaksi protein. Sinar UV pada panjang gelombang eksitasi 450-490 nm dapat diserap dan diemisikan oleh molekul protein GFP sebagai warna hijau. Adanya pendaran hijau tersebut diharapkan hanya muncul sebagai penanda terekspresinya gen gfp. Namun demikian, pada sampel tumbuhan terkandung senyawa metabolit sekunder yang dapat menyerap dan mengemisikan sinar UV sebagai warna hijau. Adanya warna hijau selain hasil ekspresi gen gfp ini tentunya dapat menyebabkan hasil analisis in situ localization menjadi bias. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan teknik pengolahan citra digital yang mampu memilah warna hijau hasil ekspresi gen gfp dan warna hijau dari emisi senyawa metabolit tumbuhan. Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah untuk memisahkan objek hasil ekspresi gen gfp pada citra digital jagung transforman dengan warna hijau yang diemisikan oleh senyawa metabolit sekunder jagung menggunakan pengolahan citra digital. Proses yang digunakan adalah color filtering, thresholding, dan Canny edge detection. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berupa citra yang mengandung citra objek hasil ekspresi gen gfp yang telah tersegmentasi pada sayatan melintang akar jagung transforman.

Abstract

Pemrograman adalah salah satu keterampilan yang harus sering dilatih di kalangan mahasiswa bidang ilmu komputer dan sejenisnya. Paper ini akan membahas mengenai penggunaan CodinGame sebagai alat bantu berlatih pemrograman. CodinGame merupakan platform dengan model game-based programming. Platform ini dibekali banyak fitur yang mendukung penggunanya untuk dapat berlatih secara mandiri. Terdapat banyak tantangan yang dapat dipilih pengguna untuk berlatih pemrograman. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pengguna merasa tertarik dan termotivasi untuk menggunakan platform CodinGame. Selain itu, pengguna juga merasa terbantu dalam berlatih pemrograman di platform ini sehingga pengguna merasa lebih termotivasi untuk berlatih pemrograman.

Abstract

A chatbot is an intelligent system that provides users with direct interaction with machines via written media. This paper describes how to use chatbots to ask questions about prayer procedures. A Muslim sometimes has questions about the procedure for praying when he finds a difference between the procedures performed by other Muslims. In this case, the use of chatbots is to provide an explanation. This chatbot was developed using a deep learning model, especially LSTM, that was integrated with the RASA framework. LSTM (Long Short Term Memory) can efficiently save some of the needed memory while also removing some of the unnecessary memory. The Telegram platform was chosen for the chatbot's implementation. The results showed that the chatbot telegram prayer consultation with DIET Classifier and RASA was able to recognize questions and provide answers in the form of text and images, with 96 percent accuracy.

Abstract

Nasyiatul Aisyiyah is part of the Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah which is engaged in da'wah among the younger generation aged 18-40 years. This generation is a productive generation who are usually pursuing a career or family. The leadership of the Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Region (Pimpinan Wilayah Nasyiatul Aisyiah, PWNA) during this pandemic has a regeneration problem. The main reason is that there are no online regeneration facilities. In addition, PWNA has not received knowledge about online learning systems, such as how to know the level of interest of a cadre when participating in online training, attracting cadres to continue to be interested in participating in training, and so on. This causes the regeneration process of cadres in an organization to be hampered. On the other hand, the lack of motivation to complete the course after registering causes the course completion rate to be low. A possible solution to overcome this problem is to do online regeneration with MOOC. The MOOCs system is a distance learning model. The MOOC system for this regeneration will use gamification. Gamification is the application of learning to follow elements such as in a game or game. By imitating like a game, it is hoped that it can motivate cadres in the learning process. So that the regeneration system can increase the interest of cadres to the learning. The output target of this Community Service (PkM) is the availability of Moodle-based MOOCs with gamification features in West Java PWNA. In addition, partners are expected to be able to operate the system independently, such as preparing content on the system. In addition, the system is also able to regulate access to materials according to the level of cadre members. Access rights to a material will be controlled automatically and the instructor can form statistics on participant reports systematically.

Abstract

The application of artificial intelligence, especially in the automatic optical inspection of printed circuit boards or PCBs, is increasingly being carried out by researchers. Unfortunately, the data used to train and test artificial intelligence models is synthetic data. Printed circuit boards in good condition are imaged and then changed by software to give the impression of defects. In addition, the type of damage is limited to pre-operation, namely when the PCB is not yet operational. After the PCB is operational, damage can occur, for example, burned components. Until now, there is no data set of PCB images with burned components. This study, therefore, explores data retrieval techniques that can produce the required data set. This data collection technique includes hardware setup and PCB data sources. Based on the exploration results, it is concluded that a trinocular digital microscope with high resolution can produce sharp PCB images. The obstacle that arises is the difficulty of getting PCBs with burned components. The solution was obtained by referring to the PCB repair video from the Youtube channel. Several data were collected and tested with EfficientDet with 90% mAP.

Abstract

The national education department's inventory record is unique because the goods are in schools under service, not in the office. Inventory complexity has increased due to the procurement of different schedules and reports, not only for internal but also for other institutions concerned. A structured and accessible inventory from anywhere is the right choice for the effectiveness and efficiency of this work. This research aims to design a website-based information system for goods inventory in the National Education Office (DISDIKNAS). The software development method used in this study is the Rational Unified Process. The study results obtained a web-based application that can help DISDIKNAS inventory goods in a structured and accessible anywhere

Abstract

Indonesia has great natural resources. UNESCO recognized at least six geoparks, and Indonesia will continue to develop more geoparks in the future. However, currently, Indonesia's geoparks are not widely known. One of the reasons is that the existing websites do not pay attention to performance guidelines, information, economics, and search engine optimization even though the website is a vital marketing medium so that geoparks can be promoted widely and effectively. A comprehensive study of the website contents is required to build a good geopark website. In addition, it is also necessary to study user experience when visiting web pages. This study aims to find the standard website content on the geopark website and compare existing website performance and user experience. This study compares three geopark websites. The three websites include the Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu, Hongkong geopark, and Cliff of Fundy Geosite website. Three indicators are used: website performance, user experience, and what information should be on the geopark website. These three indicators are essential as an attraction for website visitors so they can enjoy the content of the website and they can stay longer so that the visitors can turn into potential geopark tourists. Good website performance is supported by consistent ease of providing information and speed in providing information to website visitors. In comparison, the user experience visiting the website relates to the interactive visual design, organization, and navigation structure of the website framework and the completeness of the content. We use performance and user experience metrics as evaluation tools for the three selected websites. As a result, the general availability of information is as follows: information about geoparks, UNESCO, list of tourist attractions, activities, itinerary, tourist accommodation, education, contacts, language choices, news articles, pamphlets, maps, and virtual tours. In terms of performance, the three websites have slow speeds, but in cumulative layout shifts, they have good scores.

Abstract

Today, the use of information systems is important, especially in archiving important data. Advances in technology have made conventional recordings begin to switch to digital. The case study in this research is to make an information system on one of the electric power systems, namely the distribution system. In this distribution system there is a substation that contains important components in the distribution of electricity from transmission to consumers. Generally, data collection at distribution substations uses manual recording on paper. This becomes less effective when it finds conditions of archiving data that have been in the past. Therefore, an application is designed that can help the authorities to record android-based data and websites. This information system is made using Rest API which facilitates communication via the internet. From the research that has been done, the performance between the mobile application and the website is good. Website performance produces applications on the web that have good results, namely 99, while Android is 93 from a maximum value of 100.

Abstract

One of the world's most critical nutritional issues, stunting is particularly prevalent in impoverished and emerging nations, including Indonesia. West Java is one of the provinces having a relatively high proportion of children with stunted growth. This study intends to conduct data visualization about the number of stunted children under the age of five in each West Java city or district. The data visualization is an interactive dashboard with several interconnected charts that was created using Google Data Studio. This is intended to aid the analysis of the distribution of stunting among children under the age of five in West Java by city and district from 2014 to 2021. Open Data Jabar is the source of the data used to create the visualization of data on toddlers with stunting in West Java. The result of this research is a dashboard that can be facilitate data analysis process. From the dashboard, we can determine that the total number of cases of toddler stunting in West Java reduced between 2014 and 2021. Despite an increase in the number of instances between 2019 and 2020, the number of cases has reduced again in 2021

Abstract

Inventory of goods at large institutions is a complicated activity; one solution is to create a structured web application system that can be accessed anywhere. At the National Education Office, it is not only inventory management that is a problem but also the management of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS). Data security must be a priority because it involves significant funds and can be misused by irresponsible parties. This study aims to apply Two Factor Authentication to the Goods Inventory System and BOS Fund Management. The first stage is verification by the DISDIKNAS admin at each level of education. Next, a verification email will be sent to the registrant for verification. The results showed that the use of 2FA did not interfere with the performance of the web-based application or its users. The approval rate for the system is 97.4%. This research contributes to the implementation of website security and can be applied to similar systems
