Abstract

Anak dengan pengasuhan tunggal menjadi kasus trend dikalangan dunia yang jumlahnya terus meningkat, hak pengasuhan tersebut didominasi oleh single mother. Anak dengan keluarga single parent dominan memiliki hambatan stabilitas kurang, disiplin yang keras, gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman single mother dalam mengasuh anak pra sekolah. Desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif pengumpulan data dengan wawancara (indepth interview) dan studi dokumentasi 7 informan single mother dan 5 guru dari anak tersebut dengan analisis tematik. Ttema pada pengasuhan anak, yaitu pemenuhan gizi diupayakan baik dari ibu maupun keluarga, terhambat dalam akses ketercapaian di layanan kesehatan, kurang partisispasi ayah dalam mendidik anak, perlindungan anak bergantung pada anggota keluarga dan tetangga. Dimensi pengasuhan yang diterima anak lebih banyak diterima dari coparenting (anggota keluarga, saudara dan tetangga) dibandingkan dari single mother karena tuntutan pekerjaan harus meninggalkan anaknya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga

Abstract

Early detection of children's emotional mental disorders is an activity or examination to find early emotional mental disorders of preschool children, this activity is not only carried out on children who are suspected of having a problem but is checked on all toddlers and preschool children regularly 2 times a year. Yogyakarta Special Region Province has a prevalence of mental emotional disorders above the average of 8.1% and is in the high category. This is to find out the parties involved in the process of implementing early detection of mental emotional disorders of preschool children at Puskesmas Gamping Sleman DIY. Descriptive qualitative research. The main informants were midwives, psychologists and doctors, while the supporting informants were kindergarten teachers. In-depth interviews were collected for the data collection. The results showed that the implementation, recapitulation, intervention, referral support and obstacles were still not optimal.
