Abstract

Abstract

AbstrakSumber daya manusia adalah salah satu elemen utama yang menempati posisi sangat startegis, artinya unsur manusia memegang peranan sangat penting untuk menjalankan aktivitas guna pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Untuk itu sangat diperlukan komitmen kerja karyawan yang tinggi dan human capital yang mumpuni dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis komitmen organisasi dan human capital baik secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia terhadap 100 karyawan dan data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan regresi berganda dengan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, human capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, komitmen organisasi dan human capital secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.Kata kunci: Kinerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Human CapitalAbstractHuman resources are one of the main elements that occupy a very strategic position, meaning that the human element plays a very important role in carrying out activities to achieve company goals. For this reason, a high level of employee commitment and qualified human capital is needed in order to improve employee performance which in turn will enhance the company's competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze organizational commitment and human capital both partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia for 100 employees and the data collected was processed by multiple regression with SPSS version 23. The results showed that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, human capital had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment and human capital simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Performance, Organization Commitment, Human Capital

Abstract

With the development of increasingly advanced technology today, it is undeniable that information technology and computers are one of the most basic human needs, the use of computers today can be done routinely for important tasks involving large amounts of data in a company, help every job in the field of computerization in the world of industry, education, sports, health and so on (Maimunah et al., 2017)Some MSMEs have used computer processes for financial management, such as filing, calculating, and making reports, so it doesn't take a long time. So far, MSMEs in using computers is only limited to typing activities. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the potential for MSME actors, for example in providing financial reports. Microsoft Excel training for residents of Tanjung Duren Utara can provide new benefits for participating actors in filing, calculating, and managing financial reports. Automatic calculations can increase the effectiveness of the performance of MSME actors in making financial report recaps.The existence of this community service is to provide management training using Microsoft Excel. So we hope that with this training, it will be a start to find out and make a profit and loss report quickly on the business being run so that it can increase business turnover. This training activity, it is held Virtually through the Zoom Meeting Application. With this socialization, it is hoped that MSME actors can make reports quickly and validly so that they can increase their business turnover.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on employee performance at PT Askrindo (Persero) Jakarta. The type of research used is quantitative. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents to employees of PT Askrindo (Persero) Jakarta. The results showed that the Reward variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) and the Punishment variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) through t test (partial test) with the value of the Reward variable coefficient ( X1) is 3.201, while the t-table value is 1.685. So it can be concluded that the t-count is 3.201 > t-table 1.67722 and the significant value is 0.002, and the value of the Punishment coefficient (X2) is 1.67722, so it can be concluded that the t-count is 3.735 > t-table is 1.67722 and the significant value is 0.000. The calculation result of Adjusted R Square shows that 78% of employee performance can be influenced by Reward and Punishment.Leadership Style

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Social Media, Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Consumer Purchase Decisions at Pedia Stores. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with data processing using SEM PLS, with a sample of 80 respondents. The criteria for testing discriminant validity are based on the value of the test variable which is greater than the value of the other variables. Based on the test results, it is known that the values of the X1 and X2 variables are smaller than the two Y variables. Thus, the test results are not discriminantly valid. Cronbach's alpha value is more than 0.7, so it can indicate a value above 0.7. Thus, the data can be said to be valid. Based on these results, it can be seen that the value of the construct in question is always greater in the variable itself. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is no discriminant validity problem. The results of the Cross Loading Factor show that each variable is > 0.7. Based on the table, the R-Square value for the satisfaction construct is 0.456, which means this value can identify y which can be explained by the x variable by 45.6%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study. The results of this study indicate that social media has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity endorsers have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important factor in the development process of a company. Without good human resources, a company will not develop properly, because even though a company has a good system and sophisticated technology, if it is not supported by competent human resources, the goals of achieving the company's targets will not be achieved effectively and efficiently. One of the focuses of HR management is employee retention. Employee retention is the process of how to encourage employees to stay with the organization for a maximum time or until the completion of a project, employee retention is the company's ability to retain employees who have the potential to remain loyal to the company. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the effect of compensation, career development and work environment either partially or simultaneously on employee retention of PT Telkom Witel Tangerang BSD. The research data were collected by distributing questionnaires, the collected data were processed using the Structural Equation Model method with Smart PLS software tools. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Career development has no effect on employee retention. The work environment has no effect on employee retention.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasing rapidly, encouraging industry players to innovate in the field of technology, one of which is online shopping transactions, namely Online shopping. There are many online shops present, one of which is Tokopedia. Tokopedia is still one of the online shops that are popular with consumers. This is inseparable from the role of consumers in purchasing decisions which are quite high. Purchasing decisions are one of the most important factors in marketing management because purchasing decisions are the basis for the birth of a purchase. And sampling by sampling technique, namely accidental sampling based on the formula proportion of sampling. Data collection includes observation, distribution of questionnaires and literature study. This study aimed to determine the effect of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Convenience on the Buying Decision of the Tokopedia Online Shop. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 100 respondents. Perceived usefulness has a significant and partially positive effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. Perceived convenience has a significant and partially positive effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. Adjusted R Square calculation results show that 46.9% of Purchasing decisions can be influenced by Perceived usefulness and Perceived Convenience.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of product quality, promotion and service quality on customer loyalty at Bank BRI KCP Kota Wisata Bogor Regency. The form of the research is associative with the population being all customers who are savers at the BRI KCP bank, Bogor Regency, which amount to 10,000 customers. Sampling with the slovin formula to obtain a sample of 200 customers. The measurement of the variables was done by using a questionnaire which was quantified with a Likert scale. The method of analysis is carried out by stratified regression. This is intended to see the relationship of variables to other variables directly or indirectly or through intermediate variables. Based on the existing phenomenon, BRI KCP Kota Wisata Bogor Regency from time to time has increased the number of customers every year. This research is a type of field research that uses quantitative methods. The type of data used in this research is the type of primary data assisted by the SPSS program. Data collection was taken from the results of distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the Accidental Sampling method and this study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable partially has no effect on customer loyalty, while the promotion variable and service quality variable partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank BRI KCP Kotawisata, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi  terhadap kinerja Pada PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi.
